This place truly feels like home. It’s unique, artistic, with an amazing atmosphere and an incredible team. Quiet, yet right in the heart of Podil — the historic center of Kyiv. Every time I’m in Kyiv, it’s THE place I want to stay. Thank you, Bursa team.

I loved everything about Bursa. The location in the lovely Podil, the kindness of the staff, the healthy menu available at the restaurant, the cleanliness of the room, the nice architectural details and interior design. I will definitely come back.

Great location in the historical part of Kyiv. Rooms have aesthetic modern design. We have enjoyed the rooftop bar with the view. You can order a decent breakfast at the restaurant.

Hotel definitely has a vibe and has a reputation for being an edgy place to stay. The overall vibe is excellent though, receptionists were superb with advice on places to visit outside of Kyiv and very accommodating with an early 7:30am arrival. Staff in the restaurant were really nice and friendly. Rooftop bar was shut which was a shame but was no prior warning of it being closed. Location was great and most places were walkable within 20 minutes. Would stay there again when in Kyiv.

This is a wonderful place to stay in when visiting Kyiv. I stayed here for a week and the experience was wonderful. The rooms are nicely designed, clean, and have everything you might need during the stay. They even have a nice library to work from on the second floor. The staff is absolutely professional, attentive and caring. Supra restaurant has great breakfast and a wonderful staff as well. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff here are fantastic, all genuinely helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, but as it faced the main street, there was tram noise from 06:00, but for me that was not a problem. There is a very nice coffee bar open till late. The only small negative was no wholemeal bread at the breakfast, for those of us who have to look after our sugar levels, that is important.

Didn't stay for the night, but loved the breakfast and the cocktails at the rooftop at night. Stylish and delicious place. Croque Madame with espresso is right what you need for a perfect start of the day. The waitress was also very friendly.

This hotel came up in a ‘family friendly’ list on Expedia. It isn’t. ||||It’s beautiful, spotlessly clean and stylish but a party hotel. For a group of friends happy to be out all hours it would be ideal. We were not. ||||Also beware of booking a windowless room. They look nice but this just wasn’t an option for us being stowed away with a 1 year old 7pm-7am with no daylight or air. We were offered another room, which was great but at an additional cost. Unfortunately this turned out to be above a rave come 9pm on Friday. The staff cheerily told us ‘they’ll be a party below your room tonight but there are ear plugs’. Tell that to a one year old.||||This place needs to decide if it’s a hotel or a nightclub. Fine if you want to blur those boundaries, I’m not.
