Just spent 8 nights in the hotel. Marc and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I had wonderful different views from my top floor room which was spacious with a very clean and manageable bathroom. The breakfast room is lovely with a beautiful outside eating area for warm weather. Very close to shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop just outside for easy access to the railway station.

If you’re looking for a small family-run hotel in the heart of the city this will be absolutely perfect for you. I’ve stayed here 3-4 times while teaching at the University, and it’s been excellent. I especially highlight the staff, who are well-trained, helpful and courteous. On my final day the receptionist was very flexible and helpful with my awkward checkout, and pointed me to some evening options for food and drink.||||On the downside there are few dairy or gluten-free alternatives in the breakfast, but to be fair I didn’t ask in advance having only recently changed my diet. ||||So I’ll be back!

I have stayed at Hotel Busche for 3 nights. The first night I took a single room which was VERY small but the lovely view from its balcony made up for the size. The two other nights I shared a double room; it was spacious, clean and comfortable. ||||** Pros:||* Great location, right in the center. You can just leave the hotel and explore the city on foot. ||* Rooms are clean and have everything you might need.||* Breakfast offered was great. Good variety and fresh. I have especially enjoyed having it on their beautiful little terrace with a view of the cathedral.||* The staff was very friendly and helpful.||||** Cons:||* The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops so it can get very noisy and especially during weekends. ||* The hotel does not have an elevator and the stairs are narrow. If you have huge luggage, good luck! But to be fair, the staff does help with that. ||||I would DEFINITELY stay at Hotel Busche again. I miss Munster already!!!

If accessibility is an issue, don't stay here. Reception is up one flight of winding stairs, the rooms up at least one more. With that caveat, it's a lovely place, located right behind the cathedral and the market square. Plain but comfortable and clean rooms with modern furniture in contrast to the overall feel of the place, Bathroom fine, although some might find the retro pink tile in need of updating. Breakfast excellent, with a variety of breads, fruit, meat and cheese. A little noisy if your room fronts on the street, as beer trucks apparently deliver early! Pleasant staff.

I liked this hotel, which has a great location and friendly, helpful service. The breakfast was lovely and the room was clean. I did find it surprisingly spartan: no pictures on the walls, no extra pillow, no hair dryer, reception is not staffed at night, and my single room was pretty tiny. None of this bothered me, but it's something to keep in mind if you're looking for luxury. The one slight problem I had was that the proximity to the cathedral meant that the morning bells were loud, despite the double-glazed windows. This is not the hotel's fault, and my room was facing the cathedral. If that sort of thing bothers you, request a room on the other side and bring ear plugs!

Great Hotel indeed, extremely comfortable with a wonderful breakfast buffer that exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable! Also every member of staff is incredibly warm and professional. Highly recommended!

I would give 4.5 stars, but gave 5 because 4 would not be fair. The minus .5 would have been for the walls not beeing very thick and so the noise the neighbors make, is part of the package. My neighbors decided to shower at 1am and converse very loudly, it was pretty anoying. Considering the price of € 59.- this hotel was a really good deal!!!! ||||Now for the PRO: Perfect location, quaint, very friendly reception, clean and decent size room, nice bathroom, windows can be opened, no problem to get breakfast at 6:45 even though officially starts at 7:30, very friendly lady at breakfast buffet (she went out of her way to make it right for me!!), very nice breakfast room, breakfast more than plentyfull.||||I would love to stay here again!!

The hotel is clean and located in a beautiful part of town. It's perhaps a 15 minute walk from the train station.||||The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast outstanding, and the staff very hospitable.||||For those that have issues with stairs, there is no elevator in the hotel.||||We only stayed one night and wished we would have stayed more.
