Charming people who are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent as it is freshly cooked after ordering. Room was large but a bit hot as weather was very sunny and windows only open slightly. But I was given a fan which helped a lot. Very comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel in carrick on Shannon, we stayed in the apartment, which was very spacious and comfortable. Lovely old world bar. Had the salmon and scrambled egg, aswell as the avacado and bacon dishes for breakfast, both were very tasty, and the menu had plenty of options. Lovely fresh bread, and nice attentive staff from the reception, night porter, and waitresses. Great hotel

The warm welcome, wonderful food and ambience. Bedroom linen was spotless. Staff were a joy. Breakfast is a great start to the day. Location is perfect. Parking is free and so accessible. Plenty of quiet areas for relaxing. |Highly recommend.

Have had 2 overnight stays at The Bush Hotel recently and it’s now my go-to accommodation in the area! Super comfy beds, immaculately clean rooms, great shower, in-room amenities, great location with free parking, very friendly & helpful staff and overall very good value. It thoroughly exceeded my expectations as it’s an old building but, whilst retaining old world charm in many ways, the guest rooms are finished to a very high contemporary standard. At the price point, I couldn’t fault it on anything. I’ll be back!

Had a lovely visit to Bush Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a twin room and plenty of room for the two of us, with extra seating and a bistro table too. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower. Breakfast was very nice, with a continental option and choice of hot options. The bacon and avocado toast and the scramble were lovely and nutritious options and the full irish is excellent value for money. I enjoyed the fresh cut fruit, yoghurt and granola options. They also offer homemade soda bread and muffins which are lovely (muffins with a topping of jam are delightful). Good location to visit other areas and some nice bars/restaurants in the town too.

Stayed here for one night. Very central hotel with it being in the heart of the town. Staff were friendly and very affordable for today’s world of hotel pricing. Plenty of nightlife about the place. Lovely place and area to stay. The hotel is lovely decorated.

Stayed two nights in one of the oldest hotels in the country, I reckon. The place has a real charm to it, with loads of old photos on the walls showing its history from way back. Right in the heart of the town, so you couldn’t ask for a better spot. The hotel itself is lovely, and there’s a big car park just 50m away, handy as anything. Well worth a stay!

Rooms are brilliant lovely clean rooms comfy ish beds. food very bad was very undercooked on the eggs still see through sausages the same and the the pudden and mushrooms and that reheated the latte I got had lumps of what looked like gone off milk in it I asked could it be changed waitress took it ignored me till twice I had to ask for another drink an she was highly annoyed when we came in to order waitress passed us numerous times and when I asked could we order when she start taken people's orders who came after us she said wait in a rude tone. We tried order room service we were told we should of ordered 24 hours previous yet we had only arrived and wanted it the next morning lol also tried to get some cold drinks the next day was told we should of pre ordered 24 hours before hand so strange in a hotel reception staff had both different information regarding this that they don't do room service then they pre booking 24 hours before hand crazy also the night porter was so young he looked if even 16 and tried tell us we weren't on the list we were drunk but nothing to the point we couldn't give our names we found it on the list of names ourselves how hard is Grace to read on a list 🫣it is a central hotel and is ok if one night away not wanting food but I don't think I would go back again after how we got treated by some staff members very unprofessional
