Bush Hotel Farnham

Lovely atmosphere, beautifully decorated, unique hotel with a cosy feel. Bed is superb , very comfy- slept amazing! Great shower also. Breakfast was very good, we had eggs royal and pancakes which were very well made and a great portion size. All the staff was super helpful and we would love to return.

Excellent afternoon tea, lovely friendly staff, great food. The setting is lovely and we were well catered for. The oak room is best for tea and dietary requirements are handled well. The hotel is well positioned in the town and has a relaxing feeling to it. We all enjoyed it.

Staff at reception acting as if they were doing a favour to guests, and had zero enthusiasm or customer service. Additionally when asked for local recommendations (things to do/ see in the area) they were clueless! We had ordered for a special Keto lunch and they forgot about it! Then scrambled to make a salad and didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise. Recommended only if this is the last available place in Farnham; where there are a number of other, much better hotels!

We enjoyed an amazing afternoon tea at The Bush and it was an experience to remember. Best tea I’ve had in ages with delicious sandwiches, yummy scones and patisseries which were works of art. The service was attentive and super friendly. We were so impressed we going to do it again!

I stayed here for 3 nights over Christmas. The room was clean and comfortable with all the usual facilities including a fridge. There was a courtesy call enquiring if we needed anything in the room and a welcoming card and gift.|The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was excellent. |It’s right in the town but quiet. |I would definitely stay again but request a ground floor room because I have arthritis and find stairs difficult. |The hotel hasn’t got a lift at the moment but that’s due to local council restrictions.

We had a fantastic Xmas Day Lunch, the staff were brilliant and the food exceptional. We cannot praise this place enough, they also do not rip you off from your drinks or service charge. The whole atmosphere had a wonderful Xmas feel. We will be booking again next year for sure.

Thank you to Randall and his team, that looked after us at the Bush today. The best service ever. Faultless day; we had a private dining room for 26 people plus 3 dogs. Nothing was too much trouble & the day went as smoothly as could be. Highly recommend such a professional & stunning venue. Food was fresh & seasonal & the decor was gorgeous too. 10/10

When we entered the establishment we were greeted with a friendly smile , the man who checked us in was very helpful and checked us in with ease. When we entered our room it was indeed an amazing room and very spacious . The bed was very comfortable and clean and the pillows were like you were sleeping on a marshmallow . Breakfast was incredible and there were a big variety of food on the continental option . Thank you the bush hotel Farnham for a wonderful stay .
