Location wise it is a very handy walk to Busselton Jetty, beach and Park. Check in is tricky wihen towing a caravan due to limited area to pull up in. Small and busy park, with pretty tight spaces. Avoid Site 26! In our opinion it shouldn’t even be a site. It is right at the end of a very narrow road, right on the exit point. Which staff seem to use as an entry point too. Directly opposite the site, maintenance park their Utes, store bins and delivery vans park for short periods as well. So constant coming and goings in a very tight area. Then there is the noise of the bins constantly being moved in and around and to add to that, there is constant busy traffic movement lined up at nearby roundabout next to you. Handy Park location wise, it was clean and tidy, staff ok, but after spending 5 nights here, we found it to be way too noisy. Obviously amplified due to the site we were allocated. Busselton itself is absolutely beautiful, if you’re looking for some peace and quiet, and have a large Van, most likely not the Park for you and definitely not site 26!!

If u want 1 night, forget it,gota pay for 2 (minimum) $154 for 2 nights for 2 adults and 2 kids. |And no access to their dirty kichen,no electricty at all no lights, fridge freezer dirty kettle and microwave no power. |And for the price u think they would have at least dish washing liquid. |No kid related playground for that price either: way over priced for wat u actually get.

Great location and nice tidy park....just beware of leaving anything out ! We had 2 gas bottles and an outdoor heater stolen, another camper nearby had an esky stolen.

Fabulous location right near the jetty. Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff and efficient maintenance crew. Some of the rooms and amenities are a bit “tired” however so it would be good to see the City council investing a bit to upgrade this aspect. Hopefully the council will continue to own this excellent city centre site so that ordinary folk will continue to enjoy it for years to come, and will not take the short term decision to sell the land, which surely would be worth millions.

Sadly bad weather meant we couldn’t go on the jetty … they could do with a method for when you can’t use the train … we had come several thousand k to see . There is a visitor centre and for payment we get to see the marine discovery centre . It’s one room interactive and with videos . Lovely but could be expanded

The location of the caravan park is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to Busselton Jetty and surrounding restaurants, cafes and brewery. The staff were very friendly.

Stayed here 4 times now 2 camping loved it great location could walk to everywhere we needed to go to. 2 in cabins 1st time in cabin stay was great four of us 1 double bed and then bunk beds with a large couch in lounge. This stay in the more expensive cabin was very disappointing only 5⭐️ was the location right on the front. Cabin 6 was vile had a horrible smell to it sleeping 5 people it had 2 bedrooms one with a double bed 1 with bunk beds with a small double bed at the bottom. Bed1 was OK bed2 no power points and oh my God don't get me started on the old shitty mattresses we would of slept better on the floor.... the bathroom was tiny and the 2 seater couch for 5 people mmm need I say more....our previous cabin was for 4 and that was bigger than this poker cabin no6....we cut our stay short couldn't do another night in those beds. Reception staff were lovely on the phone for our late arrival but absolutely vile on check out....next time I think we will stick to camping our beds are way more comfy and we can bring our dog.

Don’t bother booking this site. Rude staff, overpriced for the size, you have to share the power box with 4 other camp sites. Only 1 amenities block for the entire camp site.
