Downtown sandwich shop where the sandwiches are fresh and generously filled. There are a wide variety of quality deli meats Prices are very reasonable especially for the area and the portions won’t leave you hungry. It is a welcoming space with quick and friendly service. Perfect for a casual lunch or a quick bite on the go. Outdoor seating is available as well.

Went there in the summer after riding our UTV’s down the backside of Aspen. Food was amazing and fresh and the owner was so friendly. We are from the Midwest and so is he. Great place.

I have been ordering sandwiches for the last 24 years at the butcher block . The meat and cheese are so flavorful and the bread is amazing. This is real food! I’ve ordered the Cross rib roast for the past several years from the butcher block for Christmas and I have never been disappointed. It is absolutely delicious.
