Very nice clean and calm hotel. We had room with a balcony and a kettle and cups, so we could make some tea and coffee. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. ||Breakfast was included and was perfect. Fresh fruit, desserts, eggs, vegetables, salats, cheese, and many more stuff. Especially the zucchini was excellent :) ||The main beach is about 10-15 minutes on foot. The beds are soft - some may find them too soft. ||I recommend this hotel very much.

Front desk staff (e. g. Ruslana) are extremly friendly and helpful. The recently refurbished and beautifully decorated hotel is very clean and well managed. Beds are really comfortable. I have to highlight the breakfast organization and preparation. I was really fascinated by the fluffiness of the nicely arranged breakfast omelette „omlet na słodko“ What are the secrets of making them so fluffy? The kitchen crew must definitely have some! I tried to make them myself at home using different Polish recipes but I failed; they always collapse in the end and taste very dry and stiff. The hotel also offers other freshly prepared breakfast meals such as scrambled or fried eggs, bacon etc.||||There are only few monitored parking lots.

- the hotel and rooms are decorated very cute with many small lovely details.|- the room was very clean, but there was a weird smell outside on the floor|- breakfast was ok but nothing special|- the friendliness of the staff is very depending on the time. During the day helpful and mostly - friendly. The lady in the evening could not even smile once or look into someone’s eyes, when we asked questions she said to come back in the morning… |- sauna we found quite expensive so we did not use it

We stayed here while visiting the town. We had a suite/apartment and it was lovely, big and spacious and beautiful. The front desk staff was really great, especially a girl named Ruslana, she was so friendly and nice to us. Hotel location was great, right in the center of town. We really liked this hotel and we will be back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ottaviano Hotel in Swinoujscie, PL. The facilities were extremely comfortable and it is clear that the staff works hard at maintaining cleanliness and customer comfort. The complementary breakfast was outstanding. My only area of concern was the poor performance of WiFi in my room (it worked very well in the lobby and restaurant area).

They have a very nice breakfast first of all . The room was ok .wifi also no problem .The guy on Rezeption can speak German but didn’t :) easy to reach .Parking for bicycles is available ! Pricing is los acceptable for this kind of city )
