😊: Very helpful when requested room with minimum of stairs. Clean, comfy bed. Ease of access. 😢: The inflated price for Tall Ships Festival. Would expect increase but not 75%. Normal price I would score higher. Dirty crockery left in breakfast area for several days. Room not cleaned despite someone in building. Needs updating..

😊: The room was very spacious and clean. There is no staff located onsite most times - largely quite self-catered. But rooms are cleaned each day and ways to contact the staff are clearly written in the signages. The guesthouse is located near to the city centre and has lots of food places nearby. Also, there is no lift in the building and you need to climb flights of stairs to the rooms - more of a heads-up if you are coming in with a huge/heavy suitcase.. 😢: The floorboards on the room above can get quite squeaky..

😊: I think every hotel, B&b guest house, you should get a cooked breakfast in the morning No matter what! I have noticed a lot especially on booking.com The prices are very expensive myself and colleagues are only working away all we want is reasonable accommodation with a breakfast in the morning. Booking.com is a rip off!. 😢: The property was nice and in a good location..

Very good value for money. Bed very confortable, location IS good. No interaction with the host but you dont need them as everything IS well prepared. Check in IS simple and fast. Would recommend.

Very nice the door locks are a bit mission impossible but OK when you get the hang of it nice rooms pleasant owner...

The rooms and the bed are good. However, the shower in the washroom needs to be changed. The hot water seems to give a bit of disappointment as either the water is not so hot enough or the hot cycles are included with cold cycles of water, which comes out directly as a shower. Thank you
