I had the most lovely stay at the Butler's Guest House. It is only a five minute walk from the train station. The owners are so kind and friendly. I felt very welcome at all times. The room was charming and perfectly clean. The wifi was reliable and fast. During the night it was very quiet. The breakfast had everything I personally like and especially the fruit was great. When I come back to Aberdeen I will definetly stay here again and I can recommend it to everyone, who comes to Aberdeen. Especially for the price, an absolute gem.

A fantastic, homely guesthouse right in the city centre. Very affordable. The place is very well kept, clean, and cosy. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. A self serve light breakfast, cereal , yoghurts, tea/coffee etc, is included in the price available in a lovely little breakfast room. Self check in, free WiFi and secure entry also included. It's only 5-10 minutes walk from the bus and railway stations, and all that the city centre has to offer. Book direct for 10% cheaper than booking.com (wish I knew before I initially booked). Extending my stay was quick and simple, sorted within 5 minutes of speaking to staff.

The rooms and the bed are good. However, the shower in the washroom needs to be changed. The hot water seems to give a bit of disappointment as either the water is not so hot enough or the hot cycles are included with cold cycles of water, which comes out directly as a shower. Thank you

Staff were great. Easy to contact when I had questions. Breakfast was simple but good. Very close to train and bus station.

We stayed here for 4 nights and all I can say that it is well located few minutes from the train station and Union street. The room we had was very clean and comfortable. The shower was good with the shower separate from toilet and washbasin and plenty of hot water. Sheena and Alan are great hosts and make you very welcome. The breakfast were delicious. Highly recommend this guest house, Thanks for such an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful two night stay at a charming B&B in Aberdeen. First stay, chosen based on previous reviews. Very convenient to rail station, shopping and very walkable to many attractions in Aberdeen. Operated by a very nice and personable couple, who offered many ideas for attractions in town as this was my first visit to the area. Room and facility in Victorian home built in 1820. Excellent continental breakfast included although full Scottish breakfast is available. Full amenities in bedroom and en-suite bath. Good value.

This guest house is conveniently located in the centre of Aberdeen - a few minutes walk from Union Street (main street of the city). Even with a modest amount of luggage it is within walking distance of the railway station. It is a good base for a visit.||||Butler's is a well run, welcoming and comfortable guest house, which provides nice rooms and a good breakfast. Be aware that some of the less expensive rooms do not have private bathrooms.
