5/5 – Outstanding Experience at The Chop House! We stopped over at The Chop House on our way to the Tower of London for the Ceremony of the Keys, and it turned out to be the perfect start to an unforgettable night! From the moment we arrived, the hostess at the door made us feel instantly welcome — super inviting and friendly. The atmosphere was amazing: elegant yet relaxed, with stunning views that made us feel right at home. Our server, Kaissa, was absolutely exceptional. She was attentive, polite, and always smiling — truly one of the best servers we’ve ever had. We noticed how wonderful she was with everyone around us, not just our table. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. People like her make dining out such a pleasure — she made us feel valued, cared for, and completely at ease. Because of Kaissa, our evening was extra special. It really set the tone for a great night out. The service was a solid five stars, and we left feeling happy and appreciated. If you’re visiting the area or just want an amazing dining experience with top-notch service, The Chop House is absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

Before I dive in, let me be clear: I actually had a great time. Not because the food was Michelin-star quality or the service was seamless, but because I witnessed absolute, cinematic chaos. As a local who walks past this place daily, I know they’re usually pretty chill. But on Valentine’s Day, they were in panic mode. It was clear they weren't prepared for a full house. One staff member had the facial expression of an assassin, while another looked like it was his first day on Earth, let alone his first day on the job. (I spent half my dinner genuinely worried for him, lol). We waited about 30 minutes for our champagne, despite "reminding" them three separate times. By the third time, the waiter gasped, "Yes! Your drinks! Of course! Let me check the bar!!" The service (not only drinks but everything) was so slow that the couple next to us actually left before their mains even arrived. The Food: Actually not bad! (But not sure it’s worth £105 pp…) Final Verdict: Do not go here for a romantic date unless you want to live inside an episode of "The Bear." 10/10 for entertainment, 2/10 for blood pressure.

The service was fabulous, where the service staffs were friendly and yet attentive. Food was awesome! We had the pork chop, fish & chips, ribeye..and some sides. We left in a food coma state. They pampered us with fabulous mini lemon tart, on the house, Werent they sweet! Good place to celebrate with friends!

This is a beautiful spot to eat and enjoy a view of Tower Bridge. There were some food items like the fried fish and bernaise sauce we really enjoyed! Others were good but didn’t blow us away. All in all we felt like some of the food could use a little more seasoning as we found ourselves reaching for the salt and pepper often. If you’re wanting a scenic view restaurant this probably can’t be beat but I felt like price wise we were paying for the view.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch at Butler’s Wharf Chop House a few weeks ago, and everything was just perfect! We were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary, and from the beginning we felt very well taken care of. The Sunday roast dinner was really delicious – full of flavour and cooked perfectly. A big thank you to Carmine, the manager, and Kunal, our waiter. They both looked after us so nicely and made sure we had everything we needed. Their attention made our lunch even more special. At the end, they surprised us with a “Happy Anniversary” dessert plate, which was such a lovely gesture! We really appreciated it and it made our day unforgettable. Thank you to all the team at Butler’s Wharf Chop House – we will definitely come back again!

This restaurant is located in a quiet area, away from the noise and crowds that often block the view. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, attentive service, lovely ambiance, and of course, the beautiful stunning view of the Tower bridge just right in front of us. One of the staff was very patient and helpful, even taking several beautiful photos for us to keep as memories and I truly appreciated that. The outdoor seating was also comfortable, as each table had its own heater, so we could stay warm while enjoying the view. Highly recommended!

I had a pint with the best view in London. The atmosphere and the service of the staff was just brilliant especially Jerin the bartender. Keep up the good work. I would strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet evening with a drink to enjoy with your loved ones or alone.

Had a super tasteful dinner at this place. Everything from the impeccable sourdough bread to the delicious ribeye on the bone was amazing. We also enjoyed all the great starters & appetisers - with the version of steak tartare winning the gold metal. Grateful also for the manager for taking us in last minute & to the humble, kind & fast service. I ll be back for sure

Service was very nice but the food was abysmal. The steaks were cold, undercooked and the sides were seemingly made by a novice in the kitchen. Incredibly insipid! We did give the kitchen the opportunity to redeem themselves and bring back properly cooked steaks but unbelievably the steaks came back just as they left. I don't know if it's because I'm not used to such poor cooking but if you're looking for a great steak (as we were!), this is NOT the place. Our party of 7 left unimpressed, hungry and down £800.

3.4. I enjoyed the service and view more than the food but I don't really think you can pass up on this place because of the location. BTW, chips are the same as fries just thicker. Food was salty. I'd go back and eat for the location. Ask for less salt and try something else. BTW: service and ambiance were excellent!

Great location. Food is actually cooked to order, it takes time. It's worth the wait. The staff works hard and is courteous and friendly. The 3 course is really good. Chicken and leak pie. The sticky toffee pudding is over the top. My pork chop was perfect and the creamy spinach some of the best I've had. A young persons table of 5 split appetizers and a huge tomahawk steak. There were a lot of corporate tables. Large groups and low ceiling makes it loud inside. Outside is stunning. The serving plates were all hot so the food didn't get cold too quick. I'd recommend and go back. Get a reservation. The nighttime view is incredible.

Great food and service in a great location with a view of Tower Bridge on the Thames. My burger was tasty. Wife had a good salmon and shrimp cake from the set menu. Kid had a nice sirloin with fries.

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! The staff attempted to make a fool out of me for ordering a pornstar martini, the steak is overpriced overcooked and fatty. The staff was rude and condescending.The only good things about this place are the mashed potatoes and the view. Only come to this restaurant if you like being treated like garbage!

The food was delicious and the view was spectacular. I definitely would revisit again when in Lindon.

Butlers Wharf deserves an A+ for ambiance and location, but the food and service could have been better. The food was bland and pricey for the quality. Drinks were expensive but very good. We waited over an hour and half for our meal and we were the first people in the restaurant (with a reservation). There are many other nice restaurants in London, I wouldn't come back for this.

I had the cold tomato and cucumber soup which was amazing. The service was good and the bathroom was clean. The atmosphere overlooking the river and tower bridge was wonderful. Highly recommend!

A really nice place with a great selection of drinks, appetizers, dinner and more. The view is so nice, as it's right on the Thames. The restaurant was clean and nice, the food and drinks were delicious and it was quiet so we were able to have a nice conversation with friends over dinner. We visited on my birthday and they brought over a dessert and wished me a happy birthday - it was really nice! The food was a bit expensive (especially taking into consideration that the pound was better than the dollar on our visit) but it was worth it.

Good enough, nice farmhouse feel inside. Service was nice enough. All food we ordered was very good, starters, sides and mains. And the dessert.... wow. Sticky toffee pudding was incredible. Steak was great quality. Beautiful views of Tower Bridge.

Only had drinks but ambiance looks amazing for dinner. Sadly only having drinks but full bar and wine is amazing. The view of Tower bridge is amazing. Service was excellent as well.

Had an open table reservation for 530, only got water. Nobody saw us or came to our table after 30 mins! Ridiculous! Do not go here! It wasn't busy. They open at 530 so how is this possible? A table sat after us and was getting service? We went to Gaucho 5 mins down the road, way better view, service and food! Never go to this place!

Happy Birthday to Me! Decided to make reservations here in advance after walking around Tower of London and noticed the amazing outdoor patio dining area with heated lamps. We walked in, had a drink and planned to come back in a few days. Unfortunately, our plans of dining outside were disappointed as the hostess informed us the patio was closed due to cold weather even though the tables were set and the heaters were running. Instead of cancelling our reservation we decided to stay for dinner and happy we did. Our meals alone, stood on it's own merit and while we still had views of the Tower it didn't ruin the evening. The dry aged rib-eye with peppercorn sauce was delicious and the wife had the halibut, equally astounding. Service was stellar, staff was courteous, attentive and prices matched the quality of the dishes. Cheers to the staff for making my birthday one that I won't forget.

This was our last stop on a secret food tour where i am strictly reviewing on their sticky pudding. It was a bit too sweet for me but it is a famed British dessert. The sticky pudding was almost textured like a mini cake. It was sitting in a pool of caramelized sauce and a scoop of cream butter. I'd like to come back and have their oysters and beef dishes, but was only able to try the dessert to review on.

Overwhelmingly underwhelming. The steak is mediocre at best. If you're coming for a steak - cancel the order and replace it with three orders of mac-n-cheese. Looks great, however, appearances are deceiving. One edit - green beans are also tastier.

This restaurant is quite nice and has amazing views of Tower Bridge so best place to sit is most certainly next to the window. The food is British cuisine and was just ok nothing special. Also I felt the staff was not very welcoming and quite standoffish which was off putting. However was a nice night out and had a lovely view to stare at whilst eating and enjoying the company of my friend but would I go back perhaps not just because I have had better British cuisine in other restaurants and the staff put me off. However if you love British cuisine and would love a lovely view of Tower Bridge then I would say go along and enjoy.

This place sits at an almost perfect location right next to Tower Bridge -- the view was fantastic, (the magikarps were plentiful), it was overall just a pleasant, lovely brunch experience for me. The food was tasty but nothing too fancy. I guess to a monster-everything-venti-everything-supersized North American, the portions seemed on the smallish side, but I do enjoy those days when I don't walk away from a table feeling like I just ate a truck. The service was quick and friendly, I would definitely visit again!

Horrible experience. Can't say it enough. Just horrible! Rude and lousy staff. I couldn't get an order in after 35 minutes and I was the only one on patio. WTF!!!!

This place is one of several restaurants along the waterfront along the Thames river just east of the Tower Bridge. They have several outdoor seating so if you get here early enough you can secure your spot here so too can get a good view of the Tower Bridge. The view of the Thames river, well, not so much. It's quite polluted from my point of view. I came for the pre-fixe lunch menu, 3 courses for £22. I started off with the salmon. Nice, fresh, very vibrant color. It came with half a lemon to give it a great tangy flavor. It also came with some potato salad. I wasn't a fan of it. It really didn't compliment the salmon. For the main course, I ordered the pork chops. I figured that since this place is a chop house that the most logical sense was to get the pork chops. Not in this case. Very hard, and dry. And not at all tasteful. The applesauce was decent though. And for dessert, I went with their sticky toffee cake. Nice, warm and sticky. The cake was a bit dry, but my views of the Tower Bridge and the walkers and runners right next to me kept me entertained enough to get through this dry cake. I also enjoyed my views with a nice cold Cotswold premium lager.

First proper meal in the UK for me while visiting a while back, and it set the bar high. Probably my most memorable meal on my entire Europe trip. Set on the Thames right by London Tower Bridge, BWCH has got a great view for sure. In fact, I absolutely LOVE the wharf area (was staying at the Guoman Hotel across the river) for its industrial feel. The interior is decked with wood, and I love the airiness and it gives to the space. Had a late dinner with the family, starting about 830ish. We sat outside on the patio area, and it was just amazing. Our servers were courteous and helped us through the menu, which was nice especially since we were being touristy. The sister and I both opted for the Best of British menu (a great value at ~25 pound for 3 courses). We went for sweetbreads, fish & chips, pork chop, strawberries & cream, and grapefruit jelly with elderflower sorbet. Amazing. The pork had a perfect crackling as well. Mmm. Parents went for a steak and a salad, both pretty good, nothing ridiculously exceptional. Really, the standouts were the sweetbreads and the elderflower dessert. The sweetbreads were nicely fried up and creamy on the inside - just seasoned enough as well. The elderflower sorbet was so fragrant, and everyone enjoyed that one. BWCH is definitely a bit pricier as a dinner option, so it's good for special occasions or for a truly nice night out. I'd highly encourage outdoor seating along the river if it's a great summer night, and go for a time that'll get you ending around 930-10. That's when the view of the river and London Tower Bridge from the restaurant is really spectacular. Will be back here on my next visit.

Very poor experience tonight. At best the food was marginal, but the lack of service and the huge delay in getting something as simple as a Caesar's salad brought to the table (nearly an hour) was mind numbing. If it wasn't for the view, it wouldn't have anything going for it.

The food was excellent. So why only 3 stars? The service was a 2. I eat at fine dining restaurants and even at smaller everyday restaurants where the service is better. Let me give you some examples: No one came by while we were eating to check on us and ask how is the meal; It took 17 minutes from the time we finished dinner to the time the plates were cleared (yes, I timed it!); The dessert took extra time to prepare so we ordered it with dinner, yet no one asked if we wanted coffee; We could not get the waiter to pay attention to us to get the check. If you want great food, this is fine. If you want great food and even good service, think again.

For those that haven't been, I've uploaded a picture of the view from the tables on the riverside. Location is everything when it comes to eating out, and this place probably has one of the best in town. The menu is fairly middle-range price wise for London and the food is pretty good. They do a decent range of shellfish and i went for some Oysters to start - very nice, but couldn't do more than 6. For those that want the ambience without the budget, they do a set menu for around £20-£30. If you want the a la carte the whole affair with wine is probably going to be anywhere from £60-£80 a head. However they have a VERY large wine list so you can really splash out here if you're so inclined. There are two dining areas - the restaurant or the bar. From what I could see the restaurant had tablecloths, but the menu is pretty much the same and the bar has outside seating with the same view. If you're after some food without the fuss, go to the bar. If you want to spend a whole evening book into the restaurant. I was told it wasn't possible to book the outside seating, so I guess this is an incentive to arrive early and nab a good seat. The clientele (from what I could see) was mainly bankers with their doll-like estuary girlfriends, but don't let that put you off as they're not total horays. Nice staff though, who were pretty slick once we were sat down.

I liked this place. It was classy, the views of Tower Bridge were nice, especially as we were there as the sun set and the service was good. The food was okay, pretty standard British cuisine. We decided to opt for the set menu with 2 courses coming in at £23.50 per person. To start with I had the pea and mint soup with smoked ham and then the fish and chips. The fish and chips were good, fairly standard, there was nothing to distinguish them from any other fish and chips I'd had in another restaurant. I've probably had better in a pub to be quite honest. I liked the soup and the ham was smoked and chunky and just delicious. We also had 3 bottles of wine (between 4 of us) and the waiters were very attentive when it came to filling our glasses up which was good. They also swapped the cutlery around according to what each person had ordered and remembered everyone's dishes when it came to serving which I thought was impressive. Overall a pleasant dining experience. Food was a bit generic though!

Disappointing. The food was good, not great. The service was terrible to the point I refused to pay the service gratuity on the bill. We waited for our drinks, waited for our appetizers. We had to ask about our entrees and it became apparent that the order had not been placed in the kitchen. We finally got our steaks and they were really nothing to rave about. We wanted desert, but waited so long to order that we decided to leave. Disappointing.

I had the most amazing experience here last year and would have given it a 5 star as everything was so perfect, food, service, view, ambiance. Unfortunately I tripped back there again a couple of weeks ago and felt that the service wasn't so good. There was a little confusion as to whether we were booked or not and ended up sitting at the bar for a while which I suppose wasn't too bad considering we had champagne cocktails. We ended up eating in the bar side of the restaurant so that we could secure a table outside and when the food came it couldn't be faulted. The service may I add was also faultless from this point onwards We had oysters, salmon, steak, all presented well and full of flavour. Its not the cheapest place to eat, but I guess that the type of food I like will never be that cheap in London...... Around about £50-£60 per head and wine generally starts at about £25 for the cheaper range (Large wine list) This is my sort of place to eat in London and with it's positioning, who could ask for more!

pea and wild garlic soup - very tasty but I thought the chicken stock (shop bought stock cubes is my guess) was slightly too overpowering. deep fried whitebait with mayonnaise - the whitebait was fried in a lightly spiced batter, but was overly oily. It was however served with a delicious tartare sauce. sausage roll salmon fishcake with devilled mayonnaise - the fishcakes were slightly dry and the salad looks like a slapdash work. The crab meat in the mayonnaise was ace and I wish there were slightly more of it! steak sandwich - I wasn't asked how I like my steak, but fortunately it was not over done. The meat was good and tender so I enjoyed the sandwich, but the crisps that were served with it were so oily and over-salted as to be almost up there in the cholesterol league with deep-fried mars bars!, It also gave the impression that it was a cheap bag from the supermarket. sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice-cream fish platter GBP 13.50

Food was ok - basic but good. The view is what made the dinner so great! Ate outside on the terrace and had a perfect view of the Tower Bridge at sunset. Waiter was very nice and service was at a good pace.

Went for a lunch with friends in May 2019 before a birthday celebration, a delightful moment with great, tasty food. The service was attentive to problems at the table - we had an issue with the cooking of the tenderloin steak, which was promptly addressed by the staff in a perfectly satisfying manner. As a special note, our waitress was quite unique, attentive and upset at the same time. I hope we could convey some useful information about London as a token of gratitude for the great service.

I went back this evening with a couple of friends after a gap of about 3 years since my last visit. It was just as good as I remember - lovely service, fantastic view and wonderful food. At the moment they are doing a really good festive deal - three courses from a set menu for 27.50. I had the game terrine, the roast turkey and then the plum pudding with brandy custard. The game terrine was ok, a little dry and I could have done with some chutney, but very pleasant. The turkey itself was a reformed slice that was a bit odd, but the rest of the plate was divine. The bacon wrapped sausage was outstanding and the brussels were luuuuuverly! But, and here the best was definitely saved until last... the plum pudding in brandy custard was probably the most outstanding dessert that I have ever had. Ever! Wow, that was good - hot, warming, alcoholic, just perfection!

Swank restaurant with a lovely view along the river Thames. It has a good selection of English seafood and meat specialties with classic sides like mushy peas and Yorkshire pudding. The service was some of the best we had in London, which overall wasn't up to US standards. Expansive view of the Tower Bridge. This would be a good special occasion restaurant, or for business meetings. A little on the expensive side for everyday.

The view is the best part about this restaurant. Even though we were sitting inside, we still got a pretty good view of the Tower Bridge lit up on a Friday night. We came as a group of 4 for the whole suckling pig. It was great presentation - when the roast pig came out, all carved and arranged on a couple of chopping boards, I was impressed. The meat has a stronger flavour than pork I have had at other restaurants. I had expected thicker crackling, but that but may just be the nature of the pig that we got. The sides were disappointing - the veges were definitely overdone. The service was patchy. While our server was friendly, he was a little inexperienced with taking the right order. The bill was also incorrect and it was a hassle to pay only a partial tip. At the end of it all, we just paid no tip so we could leave.

Based on location alone, Butler's Wharf Chop House could get five stars. London things don't get much more iconic than al-fresco dining with Tower Bridge as a majestic backdrop. Food is good too, and staff is friendly. Next to the "chops" there are usually some good fish dishes. Everything is slick. Staff is friendly and efficient. All is fine. Fine, not exceptional and for prices charged at Chop House one may expect something else. Neighbouring restaurants like La Pont De La Tour (belonging to the same group) offer an altogether different experience. Yet that's doesn't keep me from coming to Chop House. For a nice casual dining experience it is good and reliable. Ideal to have a quick bite after a long week at work. I've also taken large groups to Chop House a few times to wide acclaim. One tip, try to get a table in the bar area. It might not be as fancy but food prices are much more reasonable and the food is pretty much the same.

Ended up at the bar area with a London Evening Standard menu. The bar area is really non-descript and there is no real view from that area of the restaurant. The service was poor. Had to hail down the waiter to take drink orders and while we lingered post dinner for at least an hour, there was no one coming to ask us if we wanted drinks or refilling a water glass. The food wasn't great (note that I was using the salt shaker and pepper shaker on both my appetizer and the main). It was fine--nothing was wrong with it and my salmon was cooked well (although would have been nice to have known I was getting a salmon steak and not a filet) but it was very boring with a couple of roast potatoes on the side. I think this area has some good eats, so do your best to find somewhere else a bit more exciting.

Most disappointing dining experience during our London stay. Reservation for six made more than one week in advance yet we were assigned an unprepared table in the entry area which has no ambiance or sense of welcome. Waiter knew them menu well and offered good suggestions. It was overall very a la carte and plain. Beetroot & watercress salad was presented with endive replacing beetroot. Waiter acted as if we were the ones had got it wrong and made no apologies. Pea & mint soup (hot) was barely warm. Dinners were all just ok (steaks, cod, veg curry). Sticky pudding was best dessert, others were blah. This restaurant could do so much better. And until it does, diners can do much better at other options along the wharf.

We had our work's Christmas party here, so there were about 40 people in our group. The restaurant offered a great view of the Thames and Tower Bridge, a real plus given the visiting American and European colleagues in our party. The menu is traditional British cuisine. Overall the food was slightly disappointing, those of us who ordered the beef and Yorkshire pudding were confronted with poor quality beef. However the smoked salmon starter was delicious. The service was poor with one of our tables lagging behind the other three. Overall the best feature of this restaurant was the view, the food given the price was disappointing.

This place is still pretty solid, but before this week my last visit 15 years ago was even better. Very good service, good (but not as great as it once was) food & a fine atmosphere especially for those seated facing the Thames & Tower Bridge... a truly stunning & memorable view.

After a shortish walk in London's latest attempt at warm weather, we find ourselves at the Chop House, a rather posh looking thames-side eaterie that does a sneaky lunch offer (£22 for 2 courses, £26 for 3). Originally I was quite dubious - happily the food made up for any feelings of being underdressed for the occasion. This is lunch done properly, with a great view of Tower Bridge if you get the outside tables. Both my courses were delicious, and the staff kindly accomodated my sauce/dressing on the side requests (I ate Poached Pear and Rocket salad, followed by trout and purple sprouting broccoli). The portion sizes are decent enough, thank goodness, for me to feel full up after clearing my plate two courses in a row - none of that big plate / tiny morsel rubbish here. For occasional dining, or a discreet treat, I would be happy to return. Note: there's a 12.5% service charge automatically added to the bill (cheeky!), bear that in mind when you look at the prices.

The view of the Tower Bridge is great but otherwise nothing to shout about. The oysters were nice and briny but poorly-shucked; there were pieces of broken shell in the oysters. The temperature of the steaks seemed off. Or maybe it's just different standards in different countries. In any case I ordered a medium sirloin but it came well-done. The sides - roasted potatoes and buttered carrots - were rather bland. Oh, and the service was at best gruff.

Dined early from the value Bar menu. 2 or 3 courses for £12 or £15 each in menu prix fixe. Smoothie drinks available too. Delicious courses of ling on samphire with shallots. Puds were a rhubarb pastry triumph. Bread/butter arrived promptly and there was attentive, professional service throughout. Also highly recommended better furnished main restaurant with a full menu for the hungry and discerning. Beautiful views from the Bar in the sunlit dusk of spring.

The location of the Chop House is fantastic. But over the years, the quality of the food has declined. Three years ago I would have given them 4.5 out of 5 On Sunday at lunch, my starter of chicken liver pâté was so cold that it was more like a chicken liver lolly ice. Difficult to spread on the toast, and that cold, difficult to taste. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he kind of grunted and carried on. The main of roast beef and yorkshire pudding was lacking as well. Great gravy, but the beef was fatty. The yorkshire pud was so hard that you could have rowed across to the Tower of London in it. Gordon Ramsay's Yorkshire pud wins hands down ;) The carrots and red cabbage were very nice.

Caution tourists! They tried to charge us €37.00 for a bottle of wine listed as €19.00 on the menu the view is beautiful, but they try to take advantage of the foreigners. Review your bill carefully

I must have first visited this place over 15 years ago and have been back regularly since. It has declined. What a shame. The place itself is looking a bit shabby, the food was pretty good but nothing special, the drinks were over-priced and the service.......oh dear...it was a shambles. They need to sort this out - there are way more excellent restaurants in London than when they first opened - so why would you go here any more when it's like this?

Been there 2 times. First time we had a very good lunch and desserts as well. Second time went with 2 friends for a Sunday lunch and it was a disaster. I sent my steak back (badly cooked) and the prices for the second time was not worth at all. I am not sure if I can rate it as good or bad place really.. Packed both times and kinda expensive.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Rude maitre D. She stated she could not seat us at 9pm on a weekend when it was clear they were not busy. Stated we needed a reservation. We had our first day in London and looking forward to this place from past reviews . From NYC and this would not fly there . Stay away . Way too pretentious for a fish and chip joint .

The Butler's Wharf Chop House is situated in the Butler's Wharf development, Shad Thames. Situated on the river front it makes a lovely picturesque lunch or dinner out whether it is 20 degrees outside or two. Clean,minimal decor with wood throughout it has an almost boaty feel to it. The food, the most important part, is excellent. With a fabulous menu which is cooked in an open kitchen. Something for every palette although not good for vegetarians as the name suggests. pleasant staff, although a little over bearing at times and a nice family atmosphere. Can dress up or dress down. Fairly expensive but definitely worth it.

Went at 1.30pm on a Sunday. There were about 4 waiters hanging around with only 4/5 tables with people. It took ages for them to take our order. My pork loin arrived totally overcooked and there was a small hair in it. I didn't complain as i didn't want to make a fuss but was quite disappointed. The rump steak looked nice and was tasty. Our meals did take around 1/2 an hour to arrived. We had to ask where the food was. Surprising as it was quite quiet. Once cleared it was another 15/20mins before our dessert arrived. Overall a nice experience but lacking on the service and food quality. Would go again for the ambience and view but try different dishes.

Unfortunately, this restaurant does not have the best service. The food was amazingly delicious however the beverage service lacks attention and friendly service. Our server was excellent but the rest of the staff was not friendly at ALL for the price of the meal. Very sad when a place has a fillet to die for. I guess you have to trade GREAT service for excellent steak. What a pity! We were treated like horrible tourists who only ordered one entree and split amongst 4 people. Our bill was well over £200....
