Butter Boutique at Rosmead Place in Colombo is a lovely spot to enjoy some truly delicious cakes. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming and the staff is friendly. Every slice of cake is rich in flavor and freshly made. It is a great place to relax with friends or treat yourself to something sweet. Their menu has a good variety and everything looks as good as it tastes. A must visit for dessert lovers in Colombo. 🍰

Had the Salted Caramel Vanilla Cake, Apple Pie , Brazil Bahia Coffee, and Hot Macha Latte. All the food and beverages were really good and tasty. Although for the Whipped Cream for Apple Pie and Vanilla Syrup for Unsweetened Matcha did cost a extra price. The staff is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere at the restaurant had a really chill vibe.

We’ve been visiting butter boutique for over 5 years when they were just a little boutique. But in the recent 2 years we visit almost 5 times a week JUST for their amazing matcha range (including the newest addition their hazelnut matcha) hot red velvet latte, tress leches, divine chocolate cake, smoked salmon bagel and dear lord the creamy chicken and mushroom pasta!!! Our go to selection but can never stop having em. The staff is amazingly friendly they know our order before we upto the counter because of the number of times we’ve been there. Genuine staff and love their service!

Would reorder instantly. ​BBQ Chicken Wrap (Rs 2,450.00): 6/10. Decent size, but way too expensive for what it is. ​​Iced Matcha Latte (Rs 1,300.00): 5/10. Overpriced and but disappointing. If you're seeking the full, authentic matcha experience, I would not suggest this but was a refreshing sweet treat ​Finished off with the Tres Leches (Slice) for Rs 1,650.00! Good heavens they can never go wrong with Matcha💚love their drinks, the breakfast was good too. But preferred bit more sauce or mayo because the brown bread tend to dry easily. However the filling was flavorful. Staff was kind and refreshing, interior is so beautiful love the vibe, love the food ! Keep up!

Amazing location and atmosphere at this outlet! Friendly staff and very welcoming. The cake selections were really good from various varieties and flavours. The Trés Leches cake was really good. Very well balanced and light. The Biscoff cake was also amazing but a bit on the sweeter side. For the price, the portion sizes were good. Would highly recommend this place for casual hangouts or even dates. Definitely would revisit.

Butter Boutique – Sweet Heaven in Colombo! Butter Boutique never disappoints! I tried the banana matcha and honestly, it deserves 1000/10 – absolutely mind-blowing. So unique, perfectly balanced, and just melts in your mouth. The tres leches was also amazing – super soft, creamy, and full of flavor. Definitely a 10/10 dessert. And let’s not forget – they serve some of the best coffee in town. Smooth, rich, and just the right strength. If you’ve got a sweet tooth or just want a solid coffee fix, Butter Boutique is the place to be. Highly recommend!

It’s one of the go to spots to enjoy a piece of absolutely delicious cakes and drinks. I love their tres leches cakes.
