The first time we went, there were physical menus available, which we requested. The second time we went there, we were told there were no physical menus, and that we would have to order using the touchscreen bolted to the wall. So instead of two people each looking over a menu individually placed comfortably in front of them, we were expected to both crane our necks sideways simultaneously while we painstakingly scrolled through the piecemeal information presentable on a screen, versus scanning a printed page containing dozens of possible selections. Neither of us felt comfortable with this ridiculous forced process, so we left. Maybe if the devices were per patron and situated on the table in front of us (like a normal reading position), it could work, But this kludgy affectation of techno-hipness is just offensive, and has zero regard for anyone who may have vision issues or neck problems. But moreover, it damages the experience of trying to decide on which menu item(s) one wants, since it's difficult to "flip" back and forth like is so easily done using eyeballs on a printed page. For a restaurant that serves more than a few dishes, this is an atrocious idea to mandate, and we simply will patronize other places who care more for their patrons than their image.
