My wife actually treated me to Butters because she had been before and kept telling me I needed to try it. She was right.
We went on Presidents Day, so it was packed -- about a 35-minute wait -- which honestly tells you something right there. But the good part is there's plenty to do nearby, so the time flew by. We walked over and shopped at Hobby Lobby while we waited, which made it feel like no wait at all.
Once we were seated, the service was attentive and quick. Even with a full house, the staff stayed on top of everything. Drinks came out fast, food didn't take long, and our server checked in just enough without hovering. You could tell they were busy, but they handled it smoothly and professionally.
I ordered the All Hog Skillet with pancakes on the side and a fresh-squeezed orange juice. The skillet was loaded -- sausage, bacon, ham, eggs, and crispy potatoes -- hearty and flavorful without being greasy. The pancakes were soft, fluffy, and golden, exactly what you want from a place that specializes in them. And that fresh-squeezed orange juice? Bright, refreshing, and the perfect balance to the savory meal.
Overall, it was a great experience -- good food, efficient service, and a nice little Presidents Day outing with my wife. She definitely put me on to a solid breakfast spot.
