Very disappointed with my first experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service was NOT a priority. The staff was not only unfriendly but also inattentive. It took 55 minutes to receive two raw oysters, which were served on what appeared to be a dirty muffin baking pan. This was followed by another 25-minute wait for the appetizer and an additional 30 minutes for the main course.
The only consistent attention we received was when we were asked if we wanted more drinks.The overall experience was far from acceptable. Given the high prices, I would have expected much better service. If the pricing were more reasonable, I might have been more understanding, but at this level, the staff should seriously reconsider their approach to customer service…
