Lexi is amazing!!! Dealt with her in May 2021 in regards to a dresser bought during covid May 2020. I thought nothing could be done cause i waited to so long (my fault). One drawer had tape inside blocking it from opening all the way but it was so deep in I couldn’t reach it. I finally decided since i paid over $400 for it and it came like that i should say something. Anyways Lexi immediately ordered a new one for me. A month goes by and i call to get an eta, Lexi said because of covid everything is delayed and she is not sure when it will be in. She offered to give me 50 % off if i want to just keep it. I decided to do that. So move to Tuesday 8-17-2021 i was changing the sheet of the changing table and saw huge scratches on the dresser from the changing table. I called and spoke to Lexi thinking nothing can be done and she told me that my original replacement dresser was coming in that day and she will have it delivered to me. I was shocked they would do that after refunding me. She also told me that she can either order a new changing table for me but it wouldn’t be in until Nov 2022 because of covid or she could refund it. I chose refund and she agreed cause my baby is now one and will be to big for it by the time it comes in. So i went in the next day and she refunded that and the mattress i bought with it. She is amazing!! The store is amazing!! I was reading some of the other comments and it made me sad, all furniture places are having major delays. That is not the stores fault or associates fault. I ordered a couch next door to buybuybaby back in April 2021 and still have not received it.

I recently visited Buy Buy Baby to select a stroller and car seat for my baby registry. I'm a first time mom and really had no idea what I was doing. Bri and Lizzie were the associates who helped me and they answered every question and demonstrated the functions of the strollers to me. The manager was also phenomenal in customer service and her knowledge of the baby equipment. I felt so much more confident after leaving the store. And they gave be a little gift bag with sample mommy items and items for the baby- like lotions and a pacifier etc. The Noodle & Boo belly oil is so nice I ordered some in a larger size. I also got a "baby on board" suction cup decal for my vehicle in the gift bag, which was pretty neat. I'm so grateful for the ladies who helped me that day!! You made an amazing impression on me and helped the selection process to be easy. Thank you!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I ordered a step 2 Woodland climber which is pretty large. It comes in 3 different boxes. I received box #3 one day, box #1 the next day and never received box #2! After 2-3 weeks of calls into customer service, with no answers, I requested to speak to a manager. She couldn’t and wouldn’t help me either. So I ended up returning the 2 boxes and buying it from somewhere else. I’ll be curious how quickly I get refunded.

I went to the store because online they said they had the item available for pick up. So I go into the store ask cashier for help she doesn’t think they carry the item. So I look around not 100 percent sure even where to look. So I order it online for an hour pick up. They send me order number charge my card. Never told it was ready. So I call the store they have NO IDEA what I’m talking about nor my order. So I just go back up to the store because they actually do have the item purchased it. I go online to get a refund and it’s not in they system so where is my money ?

Went to buy buy baby today to get a video baby monitor. I was immediately greeted at the door by the cashier which was nice. She even offered to grab me a cart. I was having a hard time picking out baby monitors and was helped by Anthony. He was a huge help and helped me pick out the the right monitor for me. It was great to receive such great customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

No one was interested in helping me checkout and two staff members were flippant about helping me get a monitor (you have to bring the card to the front desk). I was there for 45 minutes for one thing and they still could not find the monitor or get the coupon codes to work. Products are significantly above Amazon prices. I was only there because someone had given me a giftcard but, in the end, I still left empty handed. So sad. Getting baby stuff should be a great experience.

Made a purchase in March 2021 and per the receipt and the sales clerk when I made my purchase I had 90 days to return this item. I have my receipt and they are refusing to take it back for full credit. The store supervisor, Lexi, laughed throughout the conversation. Said it doesnt matter what the receipt says. She told me to go to their website. I was not expecting that at all. That was my first visit and purchase ever there and will be my last. I got the feeling from Lexi's attitude that she knows they will not make this right.

Went to Buy Buy Baby to look for a travel system for my daughter and our new grandson. Laejah went out of her way to help us out! With her help and the help of the other girls in the store, we were able to save money on the cost and they are shipping it to Texas to my daughter at no cost to us. I love the customer service we receive here! Lexi is absolutely amazing & it's so obvious she enjoys her career here! She's always upbeat and bends over backwards for the customers here. Even though this store is 30 minutes away from our home we continue to travel here because we know if something goes wrong we will be taken care of, and at the end of the day that's what matters - world class customer service.

Love this store and the selection! I have moved out of town and continue to stop in when I am back in the Grand Rapids area. The store is organized and they have almost everything a parent or expecting Mother might need. One of my favorite things is that they carry Motherhood Maternity clothing, and I have had better luck with getting good pieces from this store than the actually MM boutique. I have bought a few things from the clearance furniture. We got a great deal on a slightly dinged dresser. It is definitely worth checking out once in awhile. The employees are available but don't hound you. I've worked with them in the stroller area and they are usually quick to help and knowledgeable about the products.

Kendra was very helpful with ordering our rocker recliner for our nursery. Everyone was very friendly including the stroller specialist. I'm a first time mom and felt like a lot of my questions were answered and I'm looking forward to going back!

I was looking for a baby pool float. I called first to see if they have them. Jose answered and said that they have them from $14.99 to $39.99. When asked if the $14.99 was in stock he said yes. We get there grab the $14.99 because we were only going to use it once and the lady behind the counter said it wasn't $14.99. The manager named Ham came to the front and we explained what Jose had told us. He then said he was the one that took our call and that he said the $14.99 wasn't in stock and very rudely pointed to all the floats that they had. When we looked on the website we showed that the $14.99 was in stock but the store still charged us $19.99. I would have put up a fight but it was already a long day. I always love buy buy baby but sadly I will not be going back to this store. The manager was just so rude.

We searched all over town for a college dresser and finally found the perfect one here. Lloyd gave great customer service in helping us make our selection. He also went out of his way to assist us in getting the dresser in our small car. Great service!

I don't even give this store a one star but I had to give it a star to do a review, but buy buy baby is probably the worst baby resale place ever, I would just stick to going to babies-r-us or somewhere else that sells baby stuff, my mother-in-law and I bought a bumbo seat and a play thing that attaches to the tray of the bumbo seat tray and the play thing DOES NOT even attach to the tray! Like WHAT! And we tried to return it and just because it was opened we can't return it.... or even exchange. So that's a complete rip-off, not to mention I called twice and I had to wait 25 minutes to get ahold of someone! And I emailed them three times and finally got a response. Not happy. Save your money or go to babies-r-us. (:

Went into their store with the intention of buying nursery furniture. Found a crib and dresser set I loved in the display area. Was told that it would take about 8 weeks as it wasn't in stock but if I ordered on line it would take 5 days (? Okay but whatever) so I went online and it is not in stock online either. Maybe don't display items that you don't have? So they lost out on a pretty big sale to amazon. It's not surprising a lot of these big stores are going out of business.

Terrible! I would never order furniture from them! Ordered a $500 crib and it took 8 weeks for it to come and they didn't even tell me about the delay I had to call and find out! Horrible customer service! Go elsewhere!

Every time I go into the store and need someone to help me either understand a product or obtain a product from high displays, I have to chase someone down or wait in line at the registers to ask them to call someone to help. I have literally made eye contact with the guy in the stroller department only to see him jet off to who knows where when I start walking in his direction. Need that cloth diaper in turquoise on the highest display? Forget it. At one point, a huge unstrapped box fell off a shelf and landed on and injured a pregnant woman. There was no one around until my husband ran off to get help. I don't understand why their shelves aren't roped to prevent INJURY.
