BW Premier Collection Mondial

We visited this hotel in July and the location is fantastic. Just minutes from the beach and everything else. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room said city view but looked into another building. Rooms are very small. If a blow dryer is important to you bring your own. There are no plugs in the bathrooms and the only other mirror near a plug has the plug at the floor and the blow dryer cord is very short so you have to sit on the floor to use it. You also have to try and hold the button down to keep it on. My only suggestion would be to up grade their blow dryers and properly describe the view a no view rather than city view. Everything else was perfect.

Fantastic Hotel! Excellent location within easy walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and beach. Very clean and spacious room. The breakfast choice was limited but nice and fresh

C'est dégueulasse! The room was fine, although light fixtures next to beds and the bathroom mirror illumination were broken. The telephone did not work at all either, this is only relevant because upon check-out time (11am) an undisclosed hotel employee ENTERED my room and yelled to check out IMMEDIATELY - which was completely unnecessary and a terrible impression on leaving the premises. No employee should EVER enter a guest room and it was a total violation of privacy and security. Additionally, the staff had previously confirmed a late check out (12pm), and this unwarranted and unnecessary action should be recognized by the management as well as the brand. An otherwise decent experience that was ruined by one action by one employee who the front desk would not disclose. I hope this NEVER occurs to future guests and that the property understands how frustrating and terrible this experience was!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic stay at the BW Premier Collection Mondial! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome. 😊 The location is ideal, close to everything we wanted to see and do. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ Our room was huge! Plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. 😌 And I have to mention the cleanliness – absolutely spotless! ✨ The housekeeping team did an excellent job.

We’ve stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions over the last 10 years. Our current visit is for valentines, the hotel remains much the same but the guy on reception is unreal, rude would be an understatement, the least you expect as you walk through the door is acknowledgment. Such a shame that one person can let down a team effort. As the old saying goes “ you’re as strong as your weakest link” we’ll be voting with our feet. We’ll be back when he’s gone

PROS -spacious room and comfortable bed -super friendly staff always helpful and cheerful -Clarins toiletries very nice touch -Breakfast although small has something for everyone -iron board, umbrella and Nespresso machine a welcome touch -super central, 5-10min walking distance from everything including Palais des Festivals and all the restaurants. Beach is 3min walk. CONS -toilet is situated a meter away from the bed which is a bid weird (separate from the bathroom) -breakfast area is a bit cramped even though it was not a problem -no gym or any fitness CONCLUSION: would recommend and stay again.

Nice, very friendly sevice, really good breakfast for a small hotel. They were remodelling some rooms but nothing disturbed my stay.

Location is very good for travelers on foot, but for us to drive had to park the car in train station (gare) nearby and bring luggage on foot to check in. Room is small, but the small balcony overlooking the street is a treat! Value for money.
