Everything feels spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The rooftop terrace is lovely- perfect for an evening glass of wine with a view 🌇 Staff are warm and helpful, always ready to assist. There’s also a lockbox for luggage, which is so convenient if you’d like to explore the city after check-out. A wonderful stay overall — peaceful, elegant and full of local charm. I really enjoyed my stay at BYPILLOW Abril. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Seville, with most attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself has a charming, traditional style combined with modern comfort. My room was clean, quiet, and well-kept, with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax after exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and although reception hours are limited, they made sure everything went smoothly. Just note that soundproofing isn’t perfect and parking nearby can be tricky — but that’s expected in the historic center. Overall, a cozy boutique hotel with great value. I’d happily stay here again!

Great little hotel within a short (15min) walk of main attractions and just around the corner from the “mushrooms”. Very clean, lovely decor, free tea, coffee and water replenished each day. Kettle in the room. Boutique style, right up my street! Even had a small plunge pool on the roof which was needed in the heat. Great option for those that like smaller, more intimate places with good design. Highly recommend, would come back. And good value for money.

We had a great stay at Bypillow Abril. It only has 2 stars but deserves at least 4. It is very clean. I’m germaphobic so when I say it is clean, it truly is. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the helpdesk is very friendly and professional. The option to store your luggage in lockers is ideal as we are taking a trip to another city in between our stay. Highly recommend this hotel. The only negative thing is the fact that the drain in the shower doesn’t drain by itself. You need a wiper. And the room downstairs can be a bit noisy because they are on the street and next to the reception and door.

Couldn’t fault this lovely hotel. We booked direct and treated ourselves to a balcony room which was on the same floor as the rooftop terrace too (if you’re staying when weather is nice and warm, there’s a plunge pool too!). The decor was really nice and had everything we needed - great bathroom with soap, shampoo and conditioner, smart TV, fridge and comfortable bed. Room and all areas super clean. We got some great recommendations from the receptionist and there’s also a nice hangout area downstairs. The luggage lockers were a nice touch and came in very handy. Supermarket across the road for any snacks, and close to pretty much everything. 10/10 would stay again!

Disappointing Experience We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We paid a bit extra for what was supposed to be a slightly bigger bed and room, but the experience fell short. The bed was just regular small. The room we were given was on the ground floor, right next to the street, and it was incredibly noisy. We could hear everything—cars driving by, people walking and talking outside, and, to make matters worse, the room was also next to reception. Every word from the reception area was audible, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and without any privacy. That said, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location of the hotel was excellent—right in the city center of Sevilla, making it easy to explore the city. However, the noise and lack of privacy made it hard to enjoy our stay. While the room itself was clean, the overall experience didn’t live up to our expectations, especially considering the extra cost.
