I have a great stay! The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for.However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises "private parking," but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.

The room was very stylish, spacious, had everything you’d need. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. One minor detail is that the double bed is actually two single beds pushed together, in the room we stayed in at least. Didn’t negatively impact the stay however we were expecting a double bed. That being said would definitely recommend as we had a really enjoyable stay.

It is a very quiet hotel. The double rooms have a huge bed that is very comfortable. It is extremely clean and also has a sitting area that is amazing. The service from the main desk people is spectacular. They are always happy to help and truly very respectful and kind.

Superb location, very clean rooms with everything you need (coffee pot, aircon, enough towels, hairdryer, iron). Very good housekeeping and helpful reception staff. If you are a light sleeper though, sound isolation not the best…

The location was good, and room was adequate. Strong smell of air freshener when I came into the room, so I needed to open all the windows to vent the space. The walls were pretty thin so people caughing and phones ringing bothered me a bit. Room was clean and the service at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Honestly, great quality given the price and the location is amazing; really close to the Guggenheim Museum and very walkable to the main spots of Bilbao! All the staff were very nice and friendly

Very good stay, clean room every day and quiet. In a very good location near the old town. We stayed for 1 week. The reception was very helpful, especially Bossad.

The rooms look nicer in the photos than they are in person, but it was fine for the price. The bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom recently updated and clean. A fresh coat of paint on the walls would do a lot for the room. The hotel has a really strong scent that is used - it’s not particularly pleasant (smells like they are really trying to cover something up). It isn’t as strong in the room as it is in the hallway, but if you are sensitive to smells, you will dislike this! The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly (very good English). They helped make some restaurant recommendations for me. Location is great! Very close to the river walkway and the Guggenheim Museum which is worth a visit.
