Not the best, but not the worst. When I called ahead, I asked,in the little Greek I know, whether she spoke English. She said no, so I did my best to communicate. However, when I arrived, she spoke basic English, which left me a bit puzzled. I was also surprised that the price was exactly the same booking directly as it was on Booking.com. The property itself looks beautiful throughout, but the bathroom isn’t very practical. After a shower there was water everywhere, and during our two-night stay the room wasn’t cleaned in between days. The used bathroom mat was left, the empty soap box stayed empty, and the opened shower gels were not replaced. The room is very pretty, but there were no bedside lamps,so it was either almost every light on or complete darkness. At breakfast, I received a decaf coffee on the first morning with no issue. On the second morning, however, I was told they don’t offer decaf. The breakfast selection itself was good, though the hot options were limited: fried eggs on the first morning, and what seemed to be an egg-and-potato fritter on the second

This hotel was exactly that we were looking for, a fantastic choice. Superbly located in the centre of Tinos town but quiet at the same time.|It was recently renovated in a minimalist style while respecting the Aegean style and the result is great success.|The room were comfortable, very comfortable beds and high quality linen.. we had a very nice little balcony.|The entire hotel is spotless, very clean.|Reception was always helpful. The owner and her daughter both worked at the reception and were always, charming , friendly and great professionals.|We will definitely be back.|

Stayed at hotel for one night in October. Location was great, just 5-10 mins away from port. Reception was very cool design. Felt very airy and modern. Room could have done with a lick of paint, however very clean and we were provided with everything we needed. Nice sea view from balcony too.||Breakfast was great. Good selection of food - pastries, Greek yoghurt, cheeses etc. Nice coffee.||Only complaint was the noise at night. Room wasn’t soundproofed and there was a bit of noise at night. Think it was coming from pipes and was quite loud. May have just been wind, but took a little while to fall asleep. ||Was fabulous value for money though and highly recommend to anyone travelling to Tinos.

Impolite receptionist, which offend us and didn’t apologize, unacceptable and unprofessional outfit. Bathroom extremely small you can’t sit in the toilet. Bathroom floor extremely slippy my girlfriend almost break her ankle. Rooms very small even for a couple , Lacks of room facilities . Needs renovations ASAP. Beautiful breakfast hall. Not even 1 star they deserve. Never again. I am very sorry for them because represent Greek Hospitality.

Extremely rude person on the phone this morning (reception, 12/7/23, morning hours). If you don't have manners, go work elsewhere. Given the attitude of the receptionist, we decided to cancel our one-week stay for our group and asked friends who were looking to book with us to look elsewhere. Luckily, they found another hotel nearby with no attitude from the receptionist, and they had enough rooms to accommodate us and our family and friends for a week as we wanted to extend our stay. Avoid at all costs. Such businesses do not deserve any support.
