C Central Hotel

The service was okay. Our room was good for two people and located on the 2nd floor at the back, which was great because we didn’t hear the party noise from outside at night. There’s also a small area where you can work, which is nice if you need to get things done. They have a water heater, so no worries about cold showers. There’s also a fridge, though we’re not sure how it works because it didn’t seem to work when we tried using it. They also provide a hair blower, and the toiletries were complete. If you want your room cleaned, you need to call the reception — they won’t clean it without your permission. The location is a big plus. It’s very close to the places we wanted to visit, so we were able to just walk. Hahaha. However, if the room next to you is occupied, you’ll definitely hear the water pressure when they use the bathroom, shower, or sink. You can also hear people in the hallway or going up and down the stairs. Our air-con had a leak, so we just placed a towel on the floor to absorb the water when it started dripping.

Firstly, don't book a room here. This whole hotel is a scam, literally right when we were about to check in, they told us that we couldn't since the air conditioners weren't working so they moved us to a nearby hotel and it was also bad. Moreover, On our second day, we went back to C Central Hotel and asked the receptionist if we can check in to our room and they said we couldn't because there were no available rooms left, like mate, we literally booked 2 rooms and PAID for it, what do you mean by "there's no available rooms left.". And furthermore I just want to state that the hotel they moved us in was also bad, the room was quite mid and also the location was quite peculiar since it was so smelly and dirty. Additionally, I felt really disappointed and I actually expected the hotel to be good but I don't recommend going to this hotel, if I could I'd give this a -oo/10.

The worst 3-star hotel. I had booked a Deluxe twin single bed but upon arrival was told there were no room and option was to go to another hotel which they operating nearby. We insisted to have my room with booking showing 2 deluxe twin bed, after which they allocated a room with queen bed and separated the bed into single bed. I've even booked. Rooms was so different and dirty with a lots if cockroach. Toilet was a sperated unit which makes it small cubes. There's no room service unless you tell the receptionist. Location was on a Hotspot of restaurant and bars. It only good for people who are looking for nightlife and rest in the day hotel. Overall, I don't recommend it to anyone....thank god AMEN

Nice location. Good area for young people. Lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately when we arrived they informed us that the room we had booked had no air conditioning, and then relocated us to a similar hotel down the road, however this one was worse with no breakfast. The stay was still pleasant, although it was disappointing to receive absolutely no communication from the hotel on our relocation. We found out when we got there after a 10 hour journey that we had to move all our suitcases a couple hundred metres down the road.

The location is excellent since it nearby the walking street and so many food, bars and massage nearby. Here from airport only take you 35 mins(not in traffic jam) Also you kinda walk 15 mins then reach to the Ho Tam exchange place for exchange the Money which is so convenient for foreigners! And it is right on the centre (tourist area) everything is so close from here. Many convenient stores.The hotel also got elevator 🛗. They are included the breakfast but we didn’t try it tho. The price is very cheap here , definitely worth it ! The bed is also comfortable!

In the room Everywhere is cockroaches. Recommended people not to stay here. They doesn't change the bed sheet or give water regular.

The staffs were actually pretty helpful to me, just that the AC in our room was not working well, and the water leak out when we shower. Overall experience was okay for me (i can sleep with noise so maybe thats why). If you’re sensitive to loud music, ask them for a room at the back!

I got denied to check in and was informed that rooms got problem like the very moment before I arrived. Also he shown the photo of leaked AC. Then the staff suggested to transfer me to another place nearby, and when I checked the room at the place he sent me I was not okay as the room felt like a SHADY motel instead of a hotel so the new place offer me to refund money in cash but not equally to the price I’ve paid on the agency app. I decided to walk back to C Central with a luggage to tell him to cancel the booking if the room is not available he told me to speak to Agoda myself only thing he can do is the cash refund. All the things he’s said was so shockingly SMOOTH and felt like he’s been saying that daily. I just seen that many people got the same kind of this matter, and I should’ve checked these reviews before making a booking in the future. In addition, before i made this booking i also got denied by another property earlier with a similar reason informed. I felt like i got scammed by 2 properties in Ho Chi Minh within an hour, i hope you understand how I felt 1st photo was the place and 2nd photo was the place he sent me to.
