C Central Hotel

Don't book here! The picture is far from what it looks like!!!! When we got there, we noticed how dirty their lobby is. The receptionist seems to just be sleeping on the lobby couch. While trying to check in, they told us that our room is not available and they transferred us from their other hotel, which was across theirs (This is a known scam in Vietnam). When we got to the "other" hotel, it seems to be a love hotel as there are girls outside who seems to be waiting for customers. When we got to the room, we can literally hear someone *oaning loudly from across the room. It's so dirty. It's disgusting. Good thing we only stayed for 1 night.

DO NOT BOOK!!! SCAM!! We arrived around 10pm after our international flight only to be told that we couldn’t stay. They sent a message on booking.com at 8.04pm (while we were in the air) to say the air con wasn’t working in the room. They didn’t actually say we couldn’t stay or that the booking was cancelled. It doesn’t matter anyway as we didn’t see the message. Obviously we just got off the plane and got a taxi straight to the hotel without opening to see if they had messaged because that’s not the norm! We were two girls left stranded at night trying to find a new hotel. I’ve since read the reviews and apparently they’ve played the aircon not working card to multiple people with bookings. Avoid!!! Staff were rude about it all too. Tried to blame us.

The hotel is in a good location, right near Bui Vien Street, making it convenient if you want easy access to nightlife and restaurants. However, the experience was disappointing. The pictures on Agoda were misleading, as the actual room looked very different, and I even found cockroaches in the room. The noise from outside was unbearable, especially if you're a light sleeper. If you prioritize cleanliness and quiet, I recommend staying elsewhere.

Room is consider reasonable . Depends on your luck to get a cold aircon . Provide two bottle of water , safe is not working , tv shows only local channel . Individual toilet and shower room . Some room windows will be blocked by opposite room . Cleaner will not come , you have to request for it . You will not able to sleep without an ear plug . Music from pub will be playing from 10 pm till morning 3,4 am

Room was very different from the picture, layout and size all seem abit deceiving. Front desk gave me an attitude when I ask about it. He said that all the rooms are booked and if I’m not happy with the room, I can move somewhere else. I ended up paying extra for other hotels as it was a last minute booking. Trip.com did not give solutions and it did 2 days to resolve the problem. Honestly destroyed my holiday thoroughly.

Average hotel , small rooms, average cleanliness at busy, noisy and grimy corner of De Tham and Bui Vien. Lots of bars, clubs, small restaurants, street food in this area, but the noise by revelers, loud bars music goes on all night until dawn .

Good location with lots of food places and convenience stores. Rooms are quite huge. However, the sound proofing is not too good. There is also perfumed smell on the bed sheets.

Small hotel right at the entrance of Bui Vien Street, Most backpackers book hostels nearby. No windows with view, front rooms are noisy because of loud music outside the property. No restaurant or kitchen for food inside the hotel. Lockers and fridge not operational. Staff is friendly.
