I have now stayed here several times, as it is in close proximity to my family, and I live out of town. The themed rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the pool clean and warm. I have attended weddings here, had birthdays here and sometimes come just to relax. It never disappoints. The staff are exceptional: During this stay Charmiben was very friendly and helpful. HUSAM is always welcoming and remembers me each time I arrive. 😊 I was even given an upgrade this time for a super price. Thank you Husam. This will always be my Go To hotel when in the area. Love it here. Highly recommend.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to this venue and their amazing team! The staff were so lovely and catered to our every need. We loved having the option for an outdoor ceremony on the terrace or rooftop, and the convenience of hosting our reception at the same location made everything seamless. Huge thanks to Feyi, our coordinator—her professionalism and communication were outstanding. The venue is lucky to have her!

Absolutely the best experience and value! I got a super nice suite with jacuzzi then a two bedroom room suite😍 with two king beds. I had guest who came to visit me and we both were wowed by how easy it was to chat on the sofa, work on the table and desk. I highly recommend for anyone whatever you are traveling alone or with family. It’s worth Penny. The service is amazing too. I felt well taken care of!

Booked this hotel for an affordable March Break experience for my kids as all they wanted was to swim. However, we found out shortly after check in that the pool wasn't open. We were assured it would be open first thing in the morning. So, what was supposed to be an affordable night of swimming, turned into me scrambling to find something to do snd thus spending another $200 at the nearby bowling alley. |We woke up early, got bathing suits on and headed down to the pool. Still closed. The woman at the front desk provided minimal info and frankly, didn't seem to care that we were frustrated. Only once I began to ask questions did she offer a breakfast voucher for our room (or so I thought) for their on site restaurant. Turns out, once my three kids and I finished our breakfast, we were told the voucher was only good for 1 person and (of course) they took off my daughters inexpensive kids meal. |Overall, the staff gave zero care that we were feeling frustrated and offered little to make anything better - despite the sign at the front desk stating their desire to make things right. In a world where life is already far too expensive, this "affordable" night away for my kids ending up costing me more than double what I'd expected and with zero hotel fun had. Perhaps better communicating from the get go about non working amenities and the ability to show some compassion would go along way. Worst trip ever.

Excellent stay, no complaints. Stand out situation for me was that I unknowingly forgot my IPod Pro ear buds at the hotel. They are not an item that I use often and I didn’t realize they were missing until a month later. I used the “Find My” app which showed they were left at the hotel. Mr. Gupta, at the hotel, graciously helped me organize their retrieval. My thanks and sincere appreciation to the staff member who turned in my ear buds, but especially to Mr. Gupta for his help in this matter. A happy ending to my story indeed.

Recently booked 4 rooms for some out of town guests. Chose this hotel because of its proximity to house. Easy to manage transport of guests with taxi/ubers. My guests all expressed unsolicitated praise for the rooms. As well, a miscommunication error was quickly rectified by front desk. I really appreciate that they took ownership of the issue and produced better than expected results. This seems to be a hotel that emphasizes the personal touch. Well done! Thank you!

Our stay at C Hotel by Carmen's in Hamilton was absolutely fantastic! We visited as a group for the weekend, and from the moment we booked until our departure, the service was exceptional. The team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering personalized assistance and making us feel welcome every step of the way. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, providing a perfect night's sleep after a busy day of skipping. Everything was clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our weekend. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was the excellent communication before our arrival or the thoughtful touches during our stay, C Hotel by Carmen's exceeded our expectations. Went to wedding here recently and beginning with the MOLDY ceremony chairs on the pretty roof top terrace, there were many details lacking in a proper wedding venue. The venue provided a coordinator to the couple and that person was changed out 5 times in the year long planning. The day of coordinator snapped at guests saying that she already told us to move to our seats once already. After ceremony it was not clear where cocktails hour would take place. Turns out that it was in the same room as reception so most guests went straight to their seats (no mingling.) The cocktails were great - bartender was fast and friendly. The DJ from the venue package declared that he does not make announcements of any kind as well as his set list was very boring and the music did not flow from song to song to keep the energy up on the dance floor. Dinner salad was sporadically dressed- some people our table got dressing while others did not. Food tasted fine - the cheesecake was served scooped like ice cream which is a different presentation from the couple's tasting. The day of coordinator questioned the cold sparks which were pre-approved (lack of communication with prior contacts.) After clarification, the coordinator permitted the cold sparks. Finally the late night buffet served sliders and fries with no condiments (no ketchup at all!!) The venue specializes in weddings and in my opinionl they are doing the bare minimum.

An interestingly designed hotel I had the pleasure of staying in while in the area. The hotel had an old movie vibe, with quotes from famous actors and actresses on the wall, pictures of them and the cleanliness and elegance of it was just fantastic. I would recommend this hotel if you want something different. This hotel is safe, quiet and clean.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and experience. Fast, easy check-in, stunning king room - loved the themed rooms of the hotel - and beautiful bathroom. The floors in the room entry were polished to a mirror-shine. The cleaning staff were friendly and polite, and the room was spotlessly clean. The only downsides - music noise running late due to a wedding, and huge parking issues, presumably for the same reason. Parking is tight for the hotel size, but the staff is very helpful with finding spots. As this was the best priced option available, it was a pleasurable surprise to discover it was so beautiful!

This is truly a beautiful hotel, it's clean, neat, very modern, great staff, they have a nice pool, gym area and a great restaurant in the lobby (see my other review on that). I was down for a week with work and decided to treat myself to the suite, which I had checked out on my last trip.....really, really, nice. Great mattress (anyone who travels a lot appreciates this), GIANT Jacuzzi tub, sofa, tv, fireplace, small kitchen, dinning room table etc.......there's pics of it. the kicker was it was the Stallone suite, and he even autographed the wall.......lol highly recommended

We had our wedding booked here and I recommend it fully. Terry will make sure you are happy. Even when we cancelled our wedding he did his best to be sensitive and get our date rebooked so we weren't on the line for it. But beware if you do cancel you are on the line for any money you might have already paid in on top of your deposit

While passing through Hamilton, relatives suggested we stay at the Best Western (Premiere C) and meet for dinner at the attached Baci Ristorante. Best Western? I was skeptical. But other than the moonscape neighborhood, I think this hotel/restaurant could be Hamilton's hidden gem. The hotel has an "arts" theme. The room was of average size, but very clean and well appointed...and I didn't have to move a nightstand to find an electrical outlet! Baci, the restaurant was stunning. Both the service and the food was excellent. Truly enjoyed my Osso Buco. Ignazio, the bartender is a great host. Kudos to the hotel and restaurant.

This was the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. It was midnight and my children and I were still awake due to the function upstairs. I could hear the music clearly and all the dancing, stomping and marching. Complained to the front desk who didn't seem to be able to quiet them down even though there was a noise rule of 11pm. They partied till 1am. We had to get up at 5am to catch a flight home. I wrote an email to the manager of the hotel who basically wrote sorry, hope you stay with us again. Wasted my money.

My husband and I booked and confirmed a stay at this hotel. It is a hotel he has stayed at many, many times in the past. We drove several hours and showed up with that ever trusting confirmation number. Feeling secure he stepped up to the Rep behind the counter and gave her his name. Hmmm she says we don't have your reservation. Perhaps its under another name?? not to worry I say we have the confirmation number. She then checks her computer and says, "Oh here it is - it was CANCELLED. Wait a minute I say that's not possible. Why? I question, their must be a reason. She glares at me and says "No we don't have to give you a reason. Are you Mr. Clark?", "Well no? I say"..."Well then I will speak to him, only!" (Unnecessarily rude, clearly I'm his wife). After several minutes of looking at her computer with no intelligent input or response for us; she seems to think that it would make sense that we would call and book a hotel, cancel it and then get in the car and drive several hours to dispute it. ???? What???? No common sense in this young women's thought process. We even try to assist her by saying look "We have the confirmation email ....but never received the cancellation notice?? Surely something must be confused" Nope, she insists and snaps at us saying that, " the gentlemen from our hotel who cancelled this has been here since the beginning and never makes mistakes." So we are sent on our way to try to find somewhere else to stay :( Short version. Management looks into it the next day and yes they discover they had indeed cancelled the wrong reservation. No Kidding :- Oh well, no big deal to them apparently. However, I am left wondering what is the point in having a confirmation number with this hotel? clearly it means nothing. Well surly, (I have been asked when sharing this experience) Once management realized they staff made an error and you told them how rude their Rep was they called and apologized, or had her call and say "Sorry" and tried to make amends...Right??? No, not at all. Instead they responded on line with no acceptance of error and sent my husband a private, canned response. A great business is not one that is perfect....but it is one that accepts when they are wrong and does their best to amend the problem. Unfortunately this hotel does not shine. Very disappointing.
