C Hotel by Carmen's, BW Premier Collection

I want to start off with saying that we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had At the C Hotel. We just finished having our wedding on Friday, November 21, 2025 in the dolce room. It was everything I hoped for, The outline in the room was great. Everything was put together with a lot of thought and well organized. The whole experience when I booked my wedding with this venue from the start to the finish, there was always somebody to contact discuss anything with and change anything according to what I would envision for my wedding. The staff at this hotel impeccable they have a great knowledge of putting together a great experience. Feyi was my wedding coordinator and every step of the way she was there to help me with anything I wanted. She responded very quickly to any email I had sent and she was amazing to work with. The day of the wedding we had Tim as our maître D and he was fantastic. He definitely ran things smoothly and very organized and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff at the hotel is So great, very polite and eager to please definitely. We loved our efficient Tom. He married us perfectly. It was so easy and wonderful to meet with him and for him to join in our experience we couldn’t be more grateful for that. Our guest at our wedding also commented on how beautiful and well organized it was. They had an amazing time. Our wedding cake was fabulously made, and tasted delicious. We just wish we could’ve took it home with us. The bar staff was wonderful. The drinks were made to perfection. If I could change one thing it would be during the main course. The vegetables were a little underdone, but the flavour of the meal Was delicious. And our dessert Phenomenal. Once the wedding had concluded, we went back to our room where we Shared our bridal suite and the room was very spacious, clean warm The bed was comfortable an the Jacuzzi was very relaxing 10 out of 10. We ordered in room service for breakfast from the restaurant within the hotel. The food came to our room quickly. The food was fresh warm delicious we were extremely pleased with our room service. Overall, we had an amazing experience the best wedding I had imagined and it was all thanks to everyone at the hotel for all the amazing hard work that went into preparing for our special day. Thank you to everyone and we look forward to coming back for an anniversary.

Terrible experience. BUGS GALORE. Had to stay at this hotel due to a wedding being in the adjacent venue. Issues started as soon as we got there the day before the wedding. Scarred my child. Parking: There was no parking available during check in, and when we inquired, we were told we could park across the street in the unsecured parking lot. When we tried to park there, was told we need to move the car and that it was not registered (Although that specific plate was registered at time of check-in, both online and verified during in person check-in) Security: Hotel allowed anyone to remain on the property. Went out back on Saturday night and was harrassed by a couple drug addicts that weren't even staying at the hotel - Had to go to the overcrowded front of the hotel for the duration of my short stay. This same issue happened in the parking lot across the street (That we were told to keep our car in) Temperature: Thermostat never stayed at the temperature set. Resulted in the thermostat increasing the temperature during the night and overheating everyone in the room Refreshment options: Limited (Our server at the hotel was amazing) Cleanliness: I would give 0 stars if I could. Bed linen had (what looked like) blood stains on both beds, and towels were stained with what looked like diarrhea (Although they were folded properly so you couldn't see anything until you tried unfolding after a shower - Disgusting). There were candy wrappers stuffed into the hair dryer bag under the counter. Worst was moving the microwave and discovering A) There was years worth of grime under, and B) COCKROACHES AND SILVERFISH RAN OUT FROM UNDER IT Service: Despite all the issues mentioned above, we still tried to bring it to the hotel's attention, but was consistently dismissed. My partner was even told that they couldn't discuss these concerns with him, as he was not who made the reservation (Although the reservation was made for 3 people). Other guests have had the same issues, and were told their rooms could not be moved due to the hotel being fully booked. Nobody would need to move if the hotel had standards that were maintained. We had to leave on the Sunday night due to all the issues above (Booked for 2 nights and had to leave after 1). Hotel made no effort to remedy our experience even after filling out their customer service survey - All I got was "This isn't up to our standards". My family has been severely disregarded and scarred by our stay at this hotel. After spending nearly $500 on our stay, we clearly would have been better off staying at a motel - Same service but for half the price. Disappointed at the state of this hotel and even more disappointed at the lack of accountability and ownership over issues they've caused. Especially in this economy, do not spend your money at venues that don't care about your experience and make no effort to correct the harm they've caused. Happy to amend this review if anyone from the hotel will rectify my experience.

My son and I stayed at the hotel for two nights at the tail end of a long visit with family. Our experience was absolutely amazing. Made even more so by the angel at the front desk, Maleeha. To say she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect is a significant understatement. Our room was fabulous! The pool and other amenities are top notch! And the restaurant is absolutely devine. 10/10 would recommend staying here for business or pleasure, you will not regret it!!

This is such a wonderful place. I stay here regularly. The staff is amazing especially Nick. He is such a sweety. I can't forget Millie too. They make my stay here so comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are so spacious and clean, so inviting, it feels just like home. I Love my second home!!!! Nadia....

Let me start by saying the service here is top notch!! Husam and Shantae at the front desk are amazing and extremely attentive. I will never stay at another hotel after the service I received here. The rooms are gorgeous, my shower can fit 7 people, the bed had a towel arrangement on it! Thank you for the best stay ever!!

Hotel is great . what made my experience probably one of the most memorable experiences was with a member of hospitality - Maleeha. She's so sweet, she would give you a cavity. As a bartender and hairdresser dealing with customers and clients is a massive job and she went out of her way to make me feel special and well taken care of.

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located. So many amenities in the area. I grew up in this part of Hamilton Mountain and love to come back as often as I can. Such a beautiful hotel with a great restaurant. ||Husam and Brandy have been great to work with on our room block for a special event. From the front desk team to the back office team, everyone is always friendly and gracious. Love this hotel!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Marleeha! She went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. She kindly gave me an early check-in, managed to get us a last-minute reservation at Baci, and throughout my time at the hotel she was incredibly sweet, kind, and accommodating. Her helpfulness made everything so seamless and stress-free. Truly excellent service—I felt so well taken care of. Thank you, Marleeha!

Went to wedding here recently and beginning with the MOLDY ceremony chairs on the pretty roof top terrace, there were many details lacking in a proper wedding venue. The venue provided a coordinator to the couple and that person was changed out 5 times in the year long planning. The day of coordinator snapped at guests saying that she already told us to move to our seats once already. After ceremony it was not clear where cocktails hour would take place. Turns out that it was in the same room as reception so most guests went straight to their seats (no mingling.) The cocktails were great - bartender was fast and friendly. The DJ from the venue package declared that he does not make announcements of any kind as well as his set list was very boring and the music did not flow from song to song to keep the energy up on the dance floor. Dinner salad was sporadically dressed- some people our table got dressing while others did not. Food tasted fine - the cheesecake was served scooped like ice cream which is a different presentation from the couple's tasting. The day of coordinator questioned the cold sparks which were pre-approved (lack of communication with prior contacts.) After clarification, the coordinator permitted the cold sparks. Finally the late night buffet served sliders and fries with no condiments (no ketchup at all!!) The venue specializes in weddings and in my opinionl they are doing the bare minimum.

An interestingly designed hotel I had the pleasure of staying in while in the area. The hotel had an old movie vibe, with quotes from famous actors and actresses on the wall, pictures of them and the cleanliness and elegance of it was just fantastic. I would recommend this hotel if you want something different. This hotel is safe, quiet and clean.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and experience. Fast, easy check-in, stunning king room - loved the themed rooms of the hotel - and beautiful bathroom. The floors in the room entry were polished to a mirror-shine. The cleaning staff were friendly and polite, and the room was spotlessly clean. The only downsides - music noise running late due to a wedding, and huge parking issues, presumably for the same reason. Parking is tight for the hotel size, but the staff is very helpful with finding spots. As this was the best priced option available, it was a pleasurable surprise to discover it was so beautiful!

This is truly a beautiful hotel, it's clean, neat, very modern, great staff, they have a nice pool, gym area and a great restaurant in the lobby (see my other review on that). I was down for a week with work and decided to treat myself to the suite, which I had checked out on my last trip.....really, really, nice. Great mattress (anyone who travels a lot appreciates this), GIANT Jacuzzi tub, sofa, tv, fireplace, small kitchen, dinning room table etc.......there's pics of it. the kicker was it was the Stallone suite, and he even autographed the wall.......lol highly recommended

Awesome room ( Dean Martin room ) great service and very nice restaurant! More instructions on how to work some of the amenities, would have made the stay even better.

We had our wedding booked here and I recommend it fully. Terry will make sure you are happy. Even when we cancelled our wedding he did his best to be sensitive and get our date rebooked so we weren't on the line for it. But beware if you do cancel you are on the line for any money you might have already paid in on top of your deposit

While passing through Hamilton, relatives suggested we stay at the Best Western (Premiere C) and meet for dinner at the attached Baci Ristorante. Best Western? I was skeptical. But other than the moonscape neighborhood, I think this hotel/restaurant could be Hamilton's hidden gem. The hotel has an "arts" theme. The room was of average size, but very clean and well appointed...and I didn't have to move a nightstand to find an electrical outlet! Baci, the restaurant was stunning. Both the service and the food was excellent. Truly enjoyed my Osso Buco. Ignazio, the bartender is a great host. Kudos to the hotel and restaurant.

Very nice hotel! Bed was very comfortable and room and common areas were very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only negative was the water pressure. Would definitely recommend to anyone and stay again.

This is the best best western I have ever stayed at. The rooms were modern which firm mattresses plus excellent service.

We had a great stay here! Beautiful room, solid room service and breakfast, top notch amenities. A must stay if going through Hamilton (we were headed to African Lion Safari)

Great hotel! The rooms were wonderful and the movie theme was really cool! I would definitely recommend.

This was the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. It was midnight and my children and I were still awake due to the function upstairs. I could hear the music clearly and all the dancing, stomping and marching. Complained to the front desk who didn't seem to be able to quiet them down even though there was a noise rule of 11pm. They partied till 1am. We had to get up at 5am to catch a flight home. I wrote an email to the manager of the hotel who basically wrote sorry, hope you stay with us again. Wasted my money.

My husband and I booked and confirmed a stay at this hotel. It is a hotel he has stayed at many, many times in the past. We drove several hours and showed up with that ever trusting confirmation number. Feeling secure he stepped up to the Rep behind the counter and gave her his name. Hmmm she says we don't have your reservation. Perhaps its under another name?? not to worry I say we have the confirmation number. She then checks her computer and says, "Oh here it is - it was CANCELLED. Wait a minute I say that's not possible. Why? I question, their must be a reason. She glares at me and says "No we don't have to give you a reason. Are you Mr. Clark?", "Well no? I say"..."Well then I will speak to him, only!" (Unnecessarily rude, clearly I'm his wife). After several minutes of looking at her computer with no intelligent input or response for us; she seems to think that it would make sense that we would call and book a hotel, cancel it and then get in the car and drive several hours to dispute it. ???? What???? No common sense in this young women's thought process. We even try to assist her by saying look "We have the confirmation email ....but never received the cancellation notice?? Surely something must be confused" Nope, she insists and snaps at us saying that, " the gentlemen from our hotel who cancelled this has been here since the beginning and never makes mistakes." So we are sent on our way to try to find somewhere else to stay :( Short version. Management looks into it the next day and yes they discover they had indeed cancelled the wrong reservation. No Kidding :- Oh well, no big deal to them apparently. However, I am left wondering what is the point in having a confirmation number with this hotel? clearly it means nothing. Well surly, (I have been asked when sharing this experience) Once management realized they staff made an error and you told them how rude their Rep was they called and apologized, or had her call and say "Sorry" and tried to make amends...Right??? No, not at all. Instead they responded on line with no acceptance of error and sent my husband a private, canned response. A great business is not one that is perfect....but it is one that accepts when they are wrong and does their best to amend the problem. Unfortunately this hotel does not shine. Very disappointing.
