Beautiful, peaceful hotel with incredible food and services. The hotel staff was extremely kind, they went out of their way to pick us up and drop us off at the nearby train station during a downpour, which was not an advertised service. Room was clean and gorgeous with big windows. Pool was lovely to sit by and relax. The masseuse was pleasant and did a wonderful job as well. They left lovely little chocolates in our room from the colzani bakery. Just nice, down to earth people and a beautiful place! Thank you Mauricio, Eugenio and the rest of the c-hotel staff for the great hospitality and true spa experience.

I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels across Italy, especially in Milan, but this one—about 30 minutes from the city center—is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s absolutely beautiful. The rooms are fantastic, filled with thoughtful, nature-inspired amenities. And the breakfast? Simply outstanding: generous, varied, and made with top-quality ingredients. A truly unique and unforgettable experience.

Such an oasis. After seeing a few reviews that had negative things to say about C-Hotel, my wife and I were certainly wondering what our experience would be like. We originally had booked The Westin in Milan, and changed to the C-Hotel for a number of reasons. And I can assure you, it was absolutely the right choice. The staff are absolutely wonderful. We were welcomed and have felt like family ever since we checked in. The room is amazing, and even though we didn't use the pool we have, it was an excellent source of calm. The shower is excellent...the bed is clean and comfortable...and every time the room is made up, we have a little gift left with a lovely card from the hotel team. Our dinner here was superb, with the best risotto my wife and I have ever had. Of the four nights we are here, we are choosing to eat in the hotel 2 of the 4 nights. The day starts with an excellent breakfast, with more choices than you can possibly sample. And with it being attached to a cafe (with the best gelato you will ever have, also!), the baking is over the top and the attention to detail as good as it gets. We have used the gym 3 of the 4 days, and it lives up to the rest of our experience. Huge windows with doors that open to a courtyard and allow for fresh air to come in. TechnoGym equipment is what you'd expect, and it's what they have. Our stay has felt like a personal high end spot. We have only seen a few other guests, so it makes it even more special to feel like we are the only ones they are looking after! C-Hotel and Spa is simply fabulous. It deserves and should get 5 stars out of 5. If you come here and expect it to be in the center of Milan...it's not. If you come here and expect it to be next to Lake Como...it's not. If you come here and expect it to be your typical chain hotel...nope. You do need a car. You do need to know it's an unusual spot for a hotel like this. You do need to know it's quiet. But get in your car and explore Como; Bergamo; Varese; Brescia; Milan...they are close, and then return to a calm oasis. We will stay here again...and since this is our last night here before moving on in our vacation journey, we are truly looking forward to an incredible dinner on our last night! What a great space and wonderful people. We had a large family group to attend a wedding and had a relaxing experience. The rooftop pool, couches, and tables were a great place to hang out. Same in the spa with a sauna and jacuzzi. #1 for me and most of the family is the great food we had both breakfast and dinners. All the staff do an amazing job and kitchen is the behind the scene stars. So many good memories and new dining experiences that have probably spoiled me for the rest of my life. Already miss so much about the mornings there and dinners with everyone together. Great place.

As a Lifetime Platinum Bonvoy member with 999 nights in Marriott properties around the world, I intuitively knew from the moment I checked in after a LONG day of travel that I had in fact entered a Zen Zone, but in hindsight that was only foreshadowing for what was an incredible stay. ||C | Hotel & Spa is genuinely a full service private boutique family run hotel and spa with an incredible attention to detail and deliverables. With Maurizio I felt like I was checking into a private villa with my personalized concierge. Upon entering the quiet and clean rooms with premium amenities with a personalized hand written greeting note from one of the family members with some artesian treats from their in-house Bakery Cafe which is great for a mid afternoon cappuccino. The pastries are amazing, which are also part of the hotel restaurant where they serve an amazing gourmet breakfast with personalized service, but after my long day of travel on arrival day I dined in and Max “The Maestro” delivered a dining experience that made me feel he was my own private butler. A definite must. In fact it was so good I dined more than once during my stay which was fitting as the energy of the property is so calming, rejuvenating and revitalizing which brings me to my last incredibly memorable experience. ||C | Hotel and Spa has a really nice fully equipped private gym with premium fitness equipment and a comfortable garden views that is open 24/7, but with so much history with Marriott properties, as an adjunct but completely separate space they have a private spa that offers a Turkish Bath, a Hydrotherapy Plunge, and a cool and revitalized Kniepp water feature outdoors, and a most unexpected tray with complimentary bottled mineral water, fresh squeezed juice, a bowl of fruit, and or course a soothing tea. Wow! Private because you can book the spa as a private zen zone that is exclusively for the use of you (and your partner). An incredible setting that can easily rekindle one’s spirit and soul. Although it was a little on the cool side, being the time of year but they also have a roof top pool / lounge area that looks onto the mountains in the distance. All in all a great retreat to relax, breathe and grow….just book it and go. ||An incredible experience!

I had the most incredible stay here. The hotel is so lovely and well designed. The rooftop views and pool are incredible! The whole atmosphere is so healing and nurturing and the food is clean and delicious. I loved the privacy of the spa and the staff is so phenomenal! Maurizio Was so incredibly helpful and just made the stay even more special by his excellent service. Will definitely come back here when I’m looking for a quiet, private, healing get away!

Enjoyed everything in this hotel: design, spascious rooms, friendly stuff, food. The hotel was almost full, but you don't feel it. The hotel has 2 pools: rooftop and family one, so you can find your space. Spa was not included in the price, which made us upset in the beginning, but when we got there we've appreciated that it was booked only for us, amazing experience! Breakfast and dinners were delicious, so we didn't even go outside of the hotel to find anything else!

Absolutely fabulous boutique hotel with the best food we had in 3.5 weeks in Italy! Don’t let the location throw you off, this is a wonderful place to stay and relax around the rooftop pool!!

I wanted to be close to Milan, but not stay in the city. One of my main priorities was having a pool to relax. I'm soooo happy we chose the C-Hotel & Spa. Ohhhh the beauty!!! I got all the privacy I was searching for, as well as the top notch service I expected. The pool area is tiny. I mean, really tiny!! But the spa area is where you need to be. You pay a lil extra, but you book a block of time and it's all yours for that period of time. There's a Turkish bath, jacuzzi, and the waterfall that you stand under after getting out the Turkish bath. Those couple of hours were heaven!!! There was no one interrupting, hopping in/out of the jacuzzi, or steam room. You can also book a massage while there. Everything was A+++. This hotel delivered everything I was looking for! Modern decor, seclusion, privacy, GREAT food (at the restaurant and room service), and EXCELLENT customer service!!!

The hotel is very minimalist. Yea may not be for everyone for sure, but I like it. I like the style and minimal things of the hotel it self. But some things can get improve :) here are the list: 1. The room need towel hooks, maybe need at least 2? 2. The wifi is not smooth, but maybe due to for from the city? 3. The AC is okay, but I can life with it. After all, this hotel is eco friendly. Also each room provide with black out so be sure you lower it down during sunny time! 4. Maybe they should use wall hang amenities for soap and shampoo, to complete the clean look. To avoid leaving the amenities tubes on the shower floor. 5. The lobby could be less "things". The feeling now is very dense and messy. Which not very minimalist at all. Perhaps better sitting area (not a couch with no structure) Leaving me with feeling 'messy'. Also, less magazine would be nice :) I love all the details of the hotel. Everything are very well thought. From the square toilet, nice comfy bed, pillows, bed sheets through the breakfast presentation! I LOVE them all!!! Not to mention the people here are very kind and friendly (a.k. a - very good service!) - THANK YOU! Definitely this hotel has a resorts vibe which I like and somehow bring me back to Bali...Again, this hotel is very boutique and I am so glad to experience it my self.
