The hotel location is very convenient and close to the Florence center train station just walk 5 minutes. They provide the welcome drinks such as water and coffee. Also, the dessert you can enjoy before checking in. We went during the end of year and the hotel provided the panettone which is my favorite dessert. Thank you. I wish I could come back again.

This hotel is just a few steps from the Firenze S.M.N. train station, which makes it very convenient if you're arriving and departing by train. There is also a tram stop at the station, so you can get to most other parts of the city easily. The hotel room was very modern, nicely designed and well appointed--although I wish I'd taken the suggestion of the gentleman at the front desk when I checked in and upgraded to a larger room, because the economy room was quite tight for us as a couple. The buffet breakfast is excellent--a great variety of hot and cold foods, including vegetables, and excellent pastries. But what really sets this hotel apart is the service from the staff...we felt like we were their only guest! (We weren't.) Ambra, the resident manager, contacted me by WhatsApp before we arrived so that I had her number in case we needed anything. Then she welcomed us in person and saw us to our room. We saw her several other times during our two-day stay, and each time she greeted us with a smile and called us BY NAME! The amazing thing was, she was doing this for all the other guests as well. Really, every person on the Joy Hotel staff that we encountered made us feel like we were valued and important. It's the kind of service you would expect at a Ritz-Carlton property, but rarely see elsehwere. We would most definitely stay here again if we were making a short visit to Florence!

it's nicely located near the central station but not facing it so it's not noisy and overall feel pretty safe. the room is modern and clean too although the TV lacks options but it's not a big issue for us. the front desk was really helpful too, helped us to call a restaurant to make reservation. they also have a very nice lounge where you can get free drinks and pastries. it's very good value too. highly recommended!

Pros: - Really good service where they allowed us to check-in slightly early by letting them know ahead of time. - Friendly staff who were accommodating of any questions we had and they gave advice on the best routes to take to get to certain areas. - They have a tea station downstairs where you can get complimentary juice and water and cake. - In the room there is a complementary water and tea. - Got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. - Great location near the train station and it wasn't too loud. Cons: - The bathroom was cramped, not much space to put any toiletries. - The tap was a bit stiff so it took some effort to fully turn it off.

Hotel is superbly located, a mere stone’s throw from the main train station, that was really convenient if you have bigger luggage like us. The room we got was on the smaller side, but manageable with 2 pieces of luggage.

The train station is only a few minutes walk. When you arrive at the station, go left after exiting and then take some stairs down and the hotel is right across . Friendly staff. One complaint we have is the shower! They need to caulk the bottom shower doors . Our bathroom was flooded with water after we took a shower on our first night. It was pretty unpleasant to use the toilet when the bathroom floor was flooded . We love the location. It’s close to everything

Absolutely loved our stay at C Joy Hotel Firenze! The property is beautiful, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the service is top-notch. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the snacks available throughout the day in the lobby bar and the well-appointed amenities in the room. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Florence. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. We’ll definitely be back!

We just stayed here one night to catch an early flight out of Florence the next morning. The room was small, but clean and comfortable and the location was right next to the train station. Our flight was too early to catch the tram to the airport, so the staff was able to call us taxis in the morning!
