Wonderful Experience at C Mandurah – Highly Recommended I was absolutely thrilled with my recent stay at C Mandurah. This was a last-minute booking, and I needed somewhere affordable but also conveniently located in central Mandurah. From the moment we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised—everything exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we even received a lovely welcome package upon check-in. The parking was located directly in front of our room, which made things so much easier. We stayed in a studio room, which was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, with beautifully fresh sheets, and the space was more than enough for both myself and my daughter. I was really impressed with the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary tea, coffee, and milk. The property also featured great facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, and peaceful surroundings near the canals, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One night, I unfortunately lost my key, but the reception team went out of their way to assist me quickly and kindly. I was incredibly impressed with the level of service and care shown throughout our stay. I highly recommend C Mandurah to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay—whether for a short visit or an extended stay. Perfect location for us. Walking distance to Mandurah foreshore and just a couple of minutes drive to everything Mandurah has to offer. Clean, neat, nicely appointed room, lovely grounds, has a gym too with a swimming pool that basically overlooks the canals. Could seriously live here! Friendly reception staff when you arrive and easy checkout. Gated premises for peace of mind. We've come in winter and air con was great. Clean linen. Bed was OK, we rolled into the middle and pillows too soft but that's a personal thing, no reflection on our rating. Will certainly come again.

I really enjoyed staying here, and I loved the overall experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made me feel welcome. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The neighborhood was quite noisy at times, and the laundry facilities weren’t very convenient. Every time I needed to go out, there was very little privacy because there were so many people in the other rooms, and you could easily hear them as well. Despite these issues, the stay was still great overall, and I appreciate the hospitality.

Our stay at C Mandurah Apartment Resort exceeded every expectation. The one-bedroom studio was bright, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped—with a generous balcony, comfy bedding, and a sparkling bathroom. Tania made all the difference: from greeting us with a warm welcome gift bag, to arranging a free upgrade, to promptly replacing a broken hairdryer—her attention was exceptional. The location couldn’t be better—quiet yet just a short walk to Mandurah Central and the foreshore. If you're after a relaxing getaway with excellent service and a serene setting, this place is a gem!”

I stayed here over the weekend for a little mum-staycation and I can not recommend it more! The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious and inviting. My only very small issue was the parking bays are very tight. I have an Outlander and struggled to park it. If your car is bigger just be mindful of that. But will 1000% be coming back

I needed somewhere in Mandurah at short notice. This was cheaper than any other listing in Mandurah and I am familiar with the other options so I wasn’t expecting much at all! |The receptionist was impeccable in her presentation and service, one of the best check-ins I’ve had in years. The little bag of chocolates, tea, coffee and milk was a nice touch. |My room was absolutely immaculate. Not a speck of dust anywhere. The bed was comfy, shower was hot, fridge was cold and the garden outside the room was beautiful. |I had a quick walk around the property and spotted the boat docks available if you arrive by boat, people dropping crab nets off the jetty and a sparkling blue pool. |Other than the ridiculously small parking bays (we don’t all drive a Hyundai Getz) I could not fault the place even if I wanted to. |There are no restaurants or bars on the property but just a short walk over the bridge and you’re in Mandurah Central with everything you’d need.|Will be back for sure.

Actually it was really great, but one should dish out 5 stars carefully. I couldnt work out how to get the gate to slide open to exit with the car. The opener is on a pillar on the right that I didnt notice.

We have been staying at C Apartments our last few visits down to Mandurah and our experience has always left us feeling so pleased! Michaela has such lovely customer service and each time we have spoken over the phone or I have come into reception she is always positive enthusiastic and friendly, we will be back again soon thank you!
