C Mandurah Apartments

First visit to Mandurah and staying at the C Apartments we were pleasantly surprised. We booked a studio which was adequate for a couple and reasonably priced as it was just before the Christmas peak season rush. Studio was clean and cosy and so glad it was on ground level. I'd recommend garden facing for a better feel and more to the front away from the pool if you want a quieter area. Lovely well kept gardens, as well as BBQ's. Nice pool and spa too. 1 parking space for each room but might be a bit tight for bigger cars but OK. Good security entering and exiting with a fobbed gate. Guests were nice and friendly as were the staff on reception. It appears to be good for temporary stop overs for tradies, but very suitable for couples, families and small groups. Would definitely be recommending this place and retuning next year.

Wonderful Experience at C Mandurah – Highly Recommended I was absolutely thrilled with my recent stay at C Mandurah. This was a last-minute booking, and I needed somewhere affordable but also conveniently located in central Mandurah. From the moment we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised—everything exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we even received a lovely welcome package upon check-in. The parking was located directly in front of our room, which made things so much easier. We stayed in a studio room, which was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, with beautifully fresh sheets, and the space was more than enough for both myself and my daughter. I was really impressed with the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary tea, coffee, and milk. The property also featured great facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, and peaceful surroundings near the canals, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One night, I unfortunately lost my key, but the reception team went out of their way to assist me quickly and kindly. I was incredibly impressed with the level of service and care shown throughout our stay. I highly recommend C Mandurah to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay—whether for a short visit or an extended stay. Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience. I will definitely be returning!

Sharni the receprionist is the best. Goes above and beyond to help and accomadate. Very friendly also. We have been coming now regularly for awhile and love the upstairs apartments. Spacious, clean with everything you need. Close to the shops, foreshore, Great pool and spa & bbq area. Great price too. Highly recommend it for any travaller or staycationer

Almost perfect, the apartment was nice, the bed was perfect, and we really liked the swimming pool ! But we had an issue with the electric cooktop burners in the apartment, they were not heating up properly. The heat was too low to boil the water for the pasta. We had to go to the supermarket IGA and buy another diner...

Our stay at C Mandurah Apartment Resort exceeded every expectation. Perfect location for us. Walking distance to Mandurah foreshore and just a couple of minutes drive to everything Mandurah has to offer. Clean, neat, nicely appointed room, lovely grounds, has a gym too with a swimming pool that basically overlooks the canals. Could seriously live here! Friendly reception staff when you arrive and easy checkout. Gated premises for peace of mind. We've come in winter and air con was great. Clean linen. Bed was OK, we rolled into the middle and pillows too soft but that's a personal thing, no reflection on our rating. Will certainly come again.

I stayed here over the weekend for a little mum-staycation and I can not recommend it more! The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious and inviting. My only very small issue was the parking bays are very tight. I have an Outlander and struggled to park it. If your car is bigger just be mindful of that. But will 1000% be coming back

Actually it was really great, but one should dish out 5 stars carefully. I couldnt work out how to get the gate to slide open to exit with the car. The opener is on a pillar on the right that I didnt notice.
