We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at your restaurant last Sunday. First, I would like to thank your team for accommodating us, especially since I realized I had made a mistake with our booking date. We truly appreciated your flexibility in fitting us in.
However, I wanted to share some feedback about our dining experience. While we were enjoying our meal, there was a significant delay with our fourth course. We noticed that other tables who arrived after us had already finished their desserts while we were still waiting. When I asked our server about it, he went to check with the kitchen and discovered that our docket had been missed.
It was quite disappointing that no one noticed our table had been waiting without food for so long, despite staff passing by and serving other tables. When it was time to pay, a staff member asked about our experience, and I mentioned what had happened. Her response was simply, “Well, it’s good that C Restaurant accommodated you,” which made me feel that our concern wasn’t taken seriously.
I wanted to bring this to your attention not to complain harshly, but to help improve your service in the future. We had looked forward to celebrating a special occasion at your restaurant, and while we appreciated being accommodated, the oversight and lack of acknowledgment were disheartening.
