Been there with my wife for our honeymoon from 5th to 8th Aug 25. Everything was going smooth, the staffs, the food at the buffet both during breakfast and dinner. Except for the friday morning when we had to check out at 10.30am, my wife accidentally slipped and fell on the pathway from the room to the reception. We had to manage to our way back where my wife had to force herself to the room with a twisted injured ankle. Reception was informed, yes we admit the staffs there felt the empathy, but no wheelchair assistance was given, neither a first medical assistance was given. Thank you for the ice bag brought to our room by the gentleman from the buffet. But, I am no medical officer to give first treatment. Thanks to the gentleman who shown empathy again and brought my wife's breakfast to the room. If not available at the hotel, we asked for a taxi to go to the nearest hospital at our own expense which was not available. ||Mr Guito, the hotel manager, we are already home, never until now you had a word spoken to us. ||But, however, we are grateful to Mrs Christian who came for help with a massage to ease my wife's pain.||As the head of an important establishment, you were ineffective.||Thank you!
