Among them, Ca’ della Scimmia stands out as one of the finest, offering an exceptional experience in every aspect. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Venice, this residence is an ideal choice for any traveler—whether solo, as a couple, or with family. Its strategic location ensures effortless exploration, with Rialto Mercato and Rialto vaporetto stops just steps away. Major landmarks such as Santa Lucia, Piazzale Roma, San Marco, and Ponte dell’Accademia are all within a pleasant 15- to 20-minute walk, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the city’s beauty with ease. The surrounding area offers an authentic Venetian living experience, unlike many other parts of the city. Right under the residence, you’ll find banks, pharmacies, bars, grocery stores, supermarkets, and some of Venice’s finest restaurants and pubs. Most notably, the famous Rialto Market is just outside, where you can discover the freshest produce, from vibrant fruits to exquisite seafood—perfect for those who wish to embrace the true flavors of Venice. Whether day or night, this location remains lively and convenient, offering everything you need without even having to walk far. The accommodations themselves are a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, designed with understated sophistication. I had the pleasure of meeting Valentina during my last visit, and Andrea and Jacopo this time—all of whom were extraordinarily kind, generous, and attentive. The most sincere hosts. The location was perfect. It was steps from the Rialto. I slept on the couch some nights and one should expect some noise streetside in Venice, but the bedroom was unbelievably quiet. The attention to detail and service was incredible. Even if it is not check in time they would have let us store our bags there, but they actually let us in the room early! Grazie Andrea e Mauro

I honestly don't know why anyone would stay anywhere but here! We spent over a week in Venice in the Comfort one bedroom. It was perfect in every way. Very spacious and had everything you would need. It even had little things like olive oil, vinegar, pepper, cream, some drinks coffee maker and moka espresso maker. And cleaning supplies and kitchen towel as well. Even table mats for the table. Plus, the comfort room has a mini fridge, dishwasher, AND a washing machine! The apartment was spotless and all the furniture was very comfortable. Modern bathroom with a shower that felt bigger than you think on first look. Good shower wand as well. And ac units in both the living room and bed room that you control. Not that you notice them as they cleverly hide them with woodwork, and so visually they blend in well. Plus you are 3 minutes from Rialto bridge and surrounded by fabulous restaurants and bakeries. And because the apartment was so nice, we alternated eating out some meals and then getting take out or food at the Coop/Despar for other meals. Made being in Venice very easy and affordable. It really is in the perfect location. In the middle of everything. We were able to easily walk to every part of Venice. We never even took a water bus. And the service! Andrea and her assistant were wonderful and so helpful. We needed to extend our stay and they made sure that went seamlessly. And this really is the best of both worlds. The features of a large apartment with the front desk and attention of a hotel. The whole building are just apartments owned by Ca' Della Scimmia. Once, in Como City, we rented an apartment that looked good online but turned out to be in a weird and sketchy residential building. I think that is why people prefer the security of a hotel. But this was essentially a hotel made up of apartments. We loved it here and will suggest it to everyone we know. We travel all over Europe and this was one of our favorite lodgings.

Excellent apartment. Modern and comfortable. Clean and stocked with everything we needed. Location perfect, right beind Rialto Mercato. Amazing hospitality, Andrea was most helpful with recommendations and our queries. Cannot recommend more and would love to come back and stay!

Well… when I think of the feedback, the words “ where do I begin “ of the famous Andy Williams song from Love story film immediately come to my mind. To say “ excellent “ about this place is not enough . The perfect location, rooms , attitude, atmosphere, professionalism of the managing team are all yours. To try and explain all the important differences from other locations in Venice you’ve got to have some time and and a seasoned traveler with vast experience. For example the lift in the building in Venice is a speciality. Imagine yourself after a day walking in Venice , your dogs are barking and.. stares - absolutely no good. Here you go up in the lift and enter your room in which air conditioning working as it should. And hot and cold water are running with good pressure when you use a shower or anything. Space, decoration, coffee machine and Bioletti, tea, salt pepper, olive oil of superior quality, mineral water San pellegrino, coke, Fanta, sparkling wine , chips, bitter and many, many more important things with all kitchen amenities you may need are at your service. This place is run by real professionals in hospitality business. You are aware every minute that you are valued and welcome here. Every aspect and every detail tell you this story… “Love story “.

We were met by the team, and they were very warm & welcoming throughout our stay. Thanks Andrea & Valentina! ||Location - Really excellent, very close to Rialto Bridge. Just a hundred feet from where the action begins, but at night it wasn't too noisy unlike alot of other locations in Venice. There are some great bakeries and shops around the flat, and if you want all the hustle & bustle, it's just a bridge away. ||Rooms - Although it's in a small alley, don't let that bring you down. The rooms were lovely, clean, spacious. Was quite impressed with the coffee machine, quality of coffee (well, we are in Italy!) and snacks. ||Getting there - If you can, take a private boat, it drops you just meters away from the space. If you take one of the bigger water taxi's, still ok, but then be ready to carry your suitcases over the bridge & the steps!||Our AC's were working a little below optimal, and we managed the situation, but the team was very proactive to try and resolve it with an urgency that is appreciated. The next day itself they had the AC technician over.|

Simply spotless. Very clean and cozy unit. Location is absolutely perfect. Extremely safe and easy to find. Last but not least, what a fantastic hosting staff. They will go above and beyond to ensure you can have the most enjoyable Venice’s experience. Rooms are very well equipped with everything you need to feel like being home while on vacation. Did I say how amazing the hosts are? Certainly a place I will stay again in the future.

We needed a place for an overnight stay and this worked out well. It was clean and the sheets and towels felt clean. The AC worked great and it was really hot so we appreciated that.|We had an apartment with 1 bedroom and a fold out sofa bed in the other room. There was a kitchen with a small dining table. They had chilled water, aperol, tonic etc in the fridge which was really good to arrive to on a very hot summer day. The apartment has an elevator and the front desk is very helpful. They provide very clear instructions on getting to the apartment from the water taxi. There is no view to the lagoon but we didn't mind it.
