This apartment is just perfect it deserves a 6! The pictures just don't do it justice. It's so well appointed and the little touches are fantastic. Beautiful wooden ceilings and white cabinets to compliment it.||Other Examples: Washing Machine / Dishwasher / Blackout Blinds / Strong Air Con / Huge Safe and High End Toiletries.||The location is just fantastic within a stone's throw of the busiest water bus / vaporetto stop 'Rialto'.||Last what makes a place stand out is the human element. The lady that checked us in was just so kind and welcoming. My two young kids also said she's so nice! Perfect comms and excellent recommendations too.||If I had to find some fault with the place, just to be balanced, and I'm seriously being pedantic, maybe a bigger TV but then again are you going to be in Venice to watch TV?||If I ever come back to Venice, this is a definite gem of an apartment, it's absolutely perfect.

I had an experience that was simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Andrea, a true professional, who made us feel right at home. The rooms we stayed in were extraordinary. Spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, they were the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the high-quality linens contributed to a restful sleep. I also greatly appreciated the facilities, such as the well-stocked mini-bar… moreover, we had a wonderful surprise when our host gifted us two bottles of Prosecco, which I savoured together with my friends. The bathrooms were very clean, equipped with toiletry products. The hotel's location is excellent! Very close to the Rialto Bridge, we were able to explore the city on foot without needing any transportation. Additionally, Andrea provided us with plenty of useful information about places to visit and restaurants in the area. I highly recommend Ca' della Scimmia - Rialto Bridge to anyone looking for a quality accommodation experience. I will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

The units are nice and modern and the front desk staff are really great and friendly. However the management and housekeeper in the unit are dishonest and tried to hustle us for more money after we checked out. They schemed and took photos of our personal possessions scattered in the apartment and sent in the photos to Airbnb in order to file a 500 euro claim. This is not only a violation of privacy but dishonest practice. FYI the location is very touristy and can be loud at night with some sketchy characters screaming outside. Pros: there is an elevator in the building which is convenient for luggage

We had a two bedroom apartment on the top floor. Totally different from our last stay in another Venice hotel, Andrea’s apartment has lift, it’s clean, with great view and the most important thing is - great service!!! Andrea is a great host, she is always willing to help. We are very lucky to make the correct choice. Next time we plan to stay here again! Ciao Andrea

Great staff. Very attentive and friendly. However the management for the building is dishonest and scheming for more money. Travelers beware: they had housekeeping take photos of my personal possessions while I was still staying in the unit and they sent it to Airbnb to claim that we left a mess in the place so they could hustle for another 500 euro. Unethical and a violation of personal privacy.

The most sincere hosts. The location was perfect. It was steps from the Rialto. I slept on the couch some nights and one should expect some noise streetside in Venice, but the bedroom was unbelievably quiet. The attention to detail and service was incredible. Even if it is not check in time they would have let us store our bags there, but they actually let us in the room early! Grazie Andrea e Mauro

A Refined Stay in the Heart of Venice – Ca’ della Scimmia -As a frequent traveler to Venice for both work and personal reasons, I have had the privilege of staying in many accommodations across the city. Among them, Ca’ della Scimmia stands out as one of the finest, offering an exceptional experience in every aspect. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Venice, this residence is an ideal choice for any traveler—whether solo, as a couple, or with family. Its strategic location ensures effortless exploration, with Rialto Mercato and Rialto vaporetto stops just steps away. Major landmarks such as Santa Lucia, Piazzale Roma, San Marco, and Ponte dell’Accademia are all within a pleasant 15- to 20-minute walk, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the city’s beauty with ease. The surrounding area offers an authentic Venetian living experience, unlike many other parts of the city. Right under the residence, you’ll find banks, pharmacies, bars, grocery stores, supermarkets, and some of Venice’s finest restaurants and pubs. Most notably, the famous Rialto Market is just outside, where you can discover the freshest produce, from vibrant fruits to exquisite seafood—perfect for those who wish to embrace the true flavors of Venice. Whether day or night, this location remains lively and convenient, offering everything you need without even having to walk far. The accommodations themselves are a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, designed with understated sophistication. The loft-style suites are thoughtfully furnished, providing both the warmth of home and the refinement of a boutique hotel. The plush beds, tasteful decor, and modern amenities create an inviting atmosphere where every detail is curated for an exceptional stay. What truly sets this place apart, however, is its remarkable hospitality. I had the pleasure of meeting Valentina during my last visit, and Andrea and Jacopo this time—all of whom were extraordinarily kind, generous, and attentive. Their warmth and professionalism make every guest feel not just welcomed but genuinely valued. For those seeking an unparalleled stay in Venice, Ca’ della Scimmia is a rare gem—offering the perfect combination of luxury, convenience, and authentic Venetian charm. It is the ideal choice for those who wish to experience the city in the most effortless and enchanting way. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly memorable and refined Venetian stay.

I honestly don't know why anyone would stay anywhere but here! We spent over a week in Venice in the Comfort one bedroom. It was perfect in every way. Very spacious and had everything you would need. It even had little things like olive oil, vinegar, pepper, cream, some drinks coffee maker and moka espresso maker. And cleaning supplies and kitchen towel as well. Even table mats for the table. Plus, the comfort room has a mini fridge, dishwasher, AND a washing machine! The apartment was spotless and all the furniture was very comfortable. Modern bathroom with a shower that felt bigger than you think on first look. Good shower wand as well. And ac units in both the living room and bed room that you control. Not that you notice them as they cleverly hide them with woodwork, and so visually they blend in well. Plus you are 3 minutes from Rialto bridge and surrounded by fabulous restaurants and bakeries. And because the apartment was so nice, we alternated eating out some meals and then getting take out or food at the Coop/Despar for other meals. Made being in Venice very easy and affordable. It really is in the perfect location. In the middle of everything. We were able to easily walk to every part of Venice. We never even took a water bus. And the service! Andrea and her assistant were wonderful and so helpful. We needed to extend our stay and they made sure that went seamlessly. And this really is the best of both worlds. The features of a large apartment with the front desk and attention of a hotel. The whole building are just apartments owned by Ca' Della Scimmia. Once, in Como City, we rented an apartment that looked good online but turned out to be in a weird and sketchy residential building. I think that is why people prefer the security of a hotel. But this was essentially a hotel made up of apartments. We loved it here and will suggest it to everyone we know. We travel all over Europe and this was one of our favorite lodgings.
