Stopped here for lunch having just arrived in Valencia, unfortunately no paella as we hadn’t pre-ordered 😅 but none the less the food was excellent, the croquetas just melt in your mouth but have a crispy exterior, the grilled vegetables from the allotment are perfect and the squid with baby garlic and beans is just beautiful! Make sure you leave room for desert the tart tatin! 🥰 thank you for a wonderful start to the holiday

Such a great experience in an incredible setting. The staff and owner were really attentive and every dish to die for. Will definitely return on my next visit to Valencia.

This place was amazing! The staff were so kind and friendly and paella was AMAZING! If you want paella or another rice dish, be sure to pre-book a reservation and when they email you to confirm, let them know you want paella, so they have time to prepare it. My friends and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Best meal we’ve eaten in all of Spain!

Me and my boyfriend found this gem by chance, we didn't book but staff made room for us. Staff are amazing! Our waitress tried her best to speak English (because my Spanish is terrible haha) and helped recommend the most authentic dishes. she was absolutely fantastic. The decor inside is absolutely beautiful and omg the food out of this world!! So reasonable for the high quality of the food, in the UK a restaurant of this high quality would be so so expensive. The family atmosphere is lovely and you can taste every aspect of the love in this place in the wonderful food.

Certainly the best paella I’ve ever had in my life at this traditional Valencian cuisine. We were brought here by some locals and without a doubt the chose the right place.
In my opinion everything was delicious (cheese assortment, alioli, calamari, paella, desserts) except for the ham which lacked some taste.

A new favorite in the Valencia-Alboraya area. World class chef and ingredients, served by a gracious and welcoming staff, in a warm and lovely space. (The delicious olive oil come from trees outside their door!) Highly recommended.

The mis is en place in every department. From ingredient to plate to service, nothing is missed. The cooking’s so good, there’s no cheffy mucking about, it’s the produce that shines. The service is warm and full of aplomb. Wine list, an obsessional piece of work. Best of a few meals in Valencia.

Amazing carabinero rice! Biggest and juiciest prawns I’ve ever had. The stir fried mantis shrimp was also really good. The same family has run the restaurant for over 100 years and it’s amazing to see how much the owners care about executing simple traditional dishes well.

Yelp
This restaurant is a welcoming reminder of how lovely a meal out can and should be. It has made me giddy about dining out again.
The food is outstanding - everything is cooked simply and to perfection, highlighting the freshness of each ingredient. The servers are kind, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the food. The ambience is cozy, bright but also old school in the best way.
PS: The grilled artichokes are the best artichokes of my life. I would put money down that I will still be saying this 20 years from now. If you're ever in Valencia, do yourself this favor.
