Ca' Pozzo Inn

I stayed here 2 nights in October and I had a great experience. The hotel is in a secluded passage just off Fondamenta Cannaregio which is perfect because you're away from the crowds. The location is actually pretty close to perfect because you're not only in a non-touristy area but you're also just a 10-minute walk to the train station. The room was clean and bright even though there was no window (there was a skylight!). The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. There was also a refrigerator and free wi-fi. Every staff member was very helpful and kind (and graciously put up with my not-so-great Italian). They also kindly printed a PDF of a concert ticket for me free of charge. It was my first time in Venice and it really is a unique, magical place and if I return, I'd definitely stay here again. Grazie di tutto!

Stay two nights at the accom. Location is just beside a waterboat station within walking distance. Walking about 10 mins from train station. There is only one way in and through a narrow alley. There is a great restaurant just outside that offers great food! Armeties wise, the water pressure is good and heating rack works really well, warming up the toilet. The cubicle for showering is rather small though. Note that there is not elevator so need to carry luggages up one floor.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Venice. It’s a 10 or so minute walk from the train station down a nice quiet side alley (follow their directions or you’ll walk right by it!). Nice rooms with good-sized bathrooms where everything functioned. They have a roof deck for sitting out on, which we did in the evening, and a small terrace outside the breakfast area. Best of all, no crowds walking right by! It is worth noting that there is no elevator, so we had to carry our bags up the outdoor stairs to get them to the room. The front desk is only manned during certain hours, outside of that you need a code to get in and out (not sure how check-in works outside of those hours).

Great little hotel, down a quiet alley off one of the main streets. About 10 minute walk from the station so convenient. Lovely staff. Only issue for me is the lights are very bright outside the room during the night,

Fantastic hotel in a prime location with outstanding staff. Just steps from the Guglie vaporetto station and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. I highly recommend it to everyone!

We love everything about this place! The location is ideal, near the train station as well as the water bus stop Guglie. Room is clean and pretty spacious. The breakfast has some good selection but don’t expect too much, you can get fresh orange juice. Service is impeccable, the staff helpful and we even got our Vivaldi concert tickets from the reception. Will stay here again if ever we’re back in Venice.

Thank you to the Staff at Ca' Pozzo Inn. Check in was very easy and fast. Our room had a court yard, which was clean and beautiful. The room was bright and clean. The bathroom was also bright and clean with everything you needed. The Inn is situated in the Cannaregio area in Venice away from the touristy areas. Loved the location. was very close to the train station as well, walkable. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The Inn offered a full breakfast with hot and cold items. Eggs and Bacon! I miss the espresso already., Would definitely stay at this property again, if visiting Venice.

This hotel couldn't be better located!! Easy 10 min slow walk with bags. One bridge, make a left and down a quiet alley. Perfectly located within walking distance to everything!! You can take a water taxi or just walk the streets of Venice. Restaurants recommended by the staff were within a 5 to 8 min walk and it was the best meal of our entire visit. Great breakfast.....even some scrambled eggs for the Americans. Lol!!. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again. The only reason for 4 and not 5 on the room. I'm a very light sleeper. The fish market opens early which I heard. That said..... my husband heard nothing. Very spacious room with full private bath. Must stay if you are staying in Venice.

Great property in Venice - reasonable price for a modern and clean hotel. The staff are professional and the area is a welcome respite from the throngs of people in the "popular" areas. Cannaregio is an awesome area to explore for nice bars and restos without the tourist trap prices. It is an easy walk to and from the train station, and about a 20-minute walk to St. Mark's Square. A vaporetto stop (Guglie) is steps away. The room and general areas are very nicely furnished and the breakfast provided is very good. The only complaint during the entire trip was the air conditioning - it was insufficient, especially at night when all the other rooms had theirs on (we were in an "end room," poor for centralized air).

My husband and I had a great experience here on our honeymoon. The location was perfect for us, because we wanted to be near the Jewish ghetto, and this was literally next door. It is also only a couple of minutes walk from the train station which is great if you're carrying luggage. While it felt like a long walk in the heat to St Mark's Square, there's a boat stop just steps away if you are interested in taking public transit. The hotel itself is extremely clean and sleek. Considering the price was so reasonable, I didn't expect such nice accommodations but we were pleasantly surprised! Everything felt modern and minimalist. The staff was also extremely helpful. We were able to store our luggage after checkout for just 1 euro, which was much cheaper than other options. Thank you for helping to make our honeymoon great!

Beautiful, modern, clean, and affordable hotel in Venice! We slept very comfortably after a tiring day of exploring Venice. The staff was very accommodating. The morning breakfast was also very good. The location I thought was great. It wasn't located near St Marks Square which I preferred. I'd highly recommend this place!

A really enjoyable little hotel in Venice The CA' Pozzo Inn was recommended to me by a friend. I did have a little problem locating it because Google Maps had it misplaced quite badly (hopefully corrected at my suggestion). The hotel is not too far from the train station - you only have to cross one canal. It had a very modern decor and there was original artwork in the rooms and hallways. Our room was well furnished a king bed, minibar, love seat and lounge chair. The toilet included a bidet and a stand up shower. The air conditioning worked well and I have no complaints with the plumbing. The hotel provide free wifi and it was pretty fast. All in all, I enjoyed this hotel and would consider staying again.
