Lovely little place in Venice with a close enough location to some of the main tourist areas that can be reached within a 15-20 walking distance. The best thing was Cristiano’s costumer service! He was lovely and very willing to help us in any way he could, allowing us to leave our luggage early in the day and then moving it to our room, which was spacious and with a good private bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and yum with some variety and you could request the coffee of your preference! We would definitely come back! Thank you for such a lovely and budget friendly experience. Ca' Riccio is a well run family owned bed and breakfast less than 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge of you don't lose your way. The breakfast was excellent

Good location not far from Rialto and lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. 3 flights of stairs up to the room though. Good welcome from the receptionist who was very helpful. Bed very comfortable and room generally clean and room made up each day, but the shower needs updating badly. No breakfast, which was a shame and no kettle in the room so couldn’t even make a drink in the morning. The cost is very reasonable though for central Venice.

- Good location within easy walking distance of San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. |- Accommodation at top of 2-3 flights of stairs. |- Host very friendly and welcoming. Excellent local knowledge. |- Room very clean and bed comfortable. Towels and sheets all pristine.|- Cons: low ceiling over bed, air conditioning a bit old and noisy. Bathroom clean but furnishings a bit tired.|- Didn’t have any breakfast at accommodation. |- In summary would recommend for good central location. A basic comfortable stay at an affordable price.

A simple hotel in an excellent location, with all Venice in easy walking distance. The simple rooms served us very well and the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was not being done when we were there but there are a number of pasticcerie nearby

The customer service was outstanding, Ilaria was super nice. We arrived 3 hours earlier to drop luggage and they let us in without hesitation. The room was good but the shower water would spill all over. The place was super clean inside and room service super good but the stairs to get in there are full with dirt. They also lent us some Venice books and dictionaries :) I would come here again

DO NOT BOOK HERE SERIOUSLY!!! We stayed in over 20 hotels and hostels over the course of our trip last year. This was by far the worst experience. They had no air conditioning although it stated they did. They specifically lied about it until we arrived which we learned from reviews over 3 months prior having no aircon too. Ontop of this they lured us in saying they would refund us 50% of the total price and because it was 1 night we thought it was worth it, there were other hotels available we could have gone to. We needed to open the windows and it let in an infestation level of mosquitos. The owner then tried to scam us saying the new employee said 50% off and they weren’t doing that. I had to fight with booking.com for days getting the money we deserved back, which was provided by booking.com not this scammer hotel. Booking.com gave us a refund since they could see the clear deception. DO NOT BOOK HERE !

Ok place. Room spacious but in a attic, so the height was low apart from the middle of the roof. Only one attic window that didn't offer much light. Bathroom completely equipped but the same height problem as well as in need of modernisation. Staff only saw one lady that waited for us to arrive to give us the key. Room was clean daily and a good job was done. The place had a 80s feel to it, a lot of porcelain dolls and very low light on the walkways gave it a dark and sombre mood to it all. When I reserved the pictures in booking website were far better than it actually was so be weary. Also its on the second floor, with 2 flights of stairs each floor, and our room had a third set of stairs to go up. You will definitely find better rooms around Venice, probably not as cheap, but the extra money will be worth it to pay.
