We loved our stay here! We had 3 rooms but should have just rented the whole place. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs.

Beautiful hotel with absolutely the best service one could hope for. |The rooms are tastefully decorated and have everything you need including powerful air conditioning and power showers. |The breakfast was lovely with freshly cooked eggs to order and taken in the most beautiful outdoor courtyard setting. |The pool is small but perfect for our group of 7 with an inbuilt seating area which is great for reading a book whilst cooling off. |A very short walk to a large number of lovely restaurants, bars and 2 supermarkets yet in a peaceful location. |The best part of this hotel is the service - they cannot do enough to make you feel comfortable. A very special thank you to Arnaud for accommodating all of our requests - and always with good humour. |The hotel felt very safe, staff wore face masks, distanced from us and everything was cleaned frequently. Guests were able to maintain safe distances. |||

Bad experience. They charged me twice for our room and will not respond to us to remedy the issue. They do not man the front desk, so it took 20 minutes to check in. Rooms are fine but overall experience with staff and ambiance were very negative.

Unfortunately, I took ill with horrendous Covid only two days after my arrival. I was bedridden at the hotel for 8 days, but Eva (Hotel manager) was exceptional and looked after me with great care.

You arrive and no one is there. You have to call. They check you in in 30 seconds and they leave…nobody there the rest of the time. The owners of this hotel were deceiving. They pretend they haven’t received their payment from the booking website and have you pay double. They have an email on their front door to notify them of any questions or concerns and they ignore you. Terrible experience.

It seems like whoever design the place never stayed in a hotel with a partner. It is very pretty but rooms rather small and inconvenient. We stayed in room n4 and I saw room n2 in person and both were really small. We didn’t have sufficient room for our things. Majority of our things were on the floor in suitcases. There was no counter space at the external sink (it was in the bedroom area), and no soap, although I don’t see where it could have potentially be stored. The room also had waves of very distinct sewer smell. 🥪The breakfast was disappointing, bread was stale and no veggies. We also had a conversation with the manager/owner over the phone to have our room changed for the last night, yet staff was not informed about it and they told us to get that handled again. We left it as is, as the this is the last thing we want to deal with on vacation. 😴If you are someone who is used to quite sleep ask for the room facing courtyard, there is a lot of occasional street noise there. It’s written that the rooms are soundproof, which is definitely not the case. The noise from the street and neighbors talking, snoring, watching TV can all be heard. Don’t fall for Double Delux written there, as they described rooms are all same. There is nothing Delux about them, it’s just a reservation for one or two people. 🚗No parking on the street but municipality provides free parking lot next to BipBip supermarket. Getting a stop during the season might be very tough

We stayed one night at Arnaud's precious little hotel in Alaro and really loved it! We felt very welcome from the first moment we entered the place. The hotel only opened recently, everything is brand new and spotless clean. The design combines modern elements with antique decor. |Rooms are pretty small, which didn't bother us. The breakfast was also good. After we checked out, we were even offered to still use the pool/facilities.|You can reach the central plaza of Alaro, restaurants & cafes within a few mintutes walking. We didn't know anything about the small town and actually really liked it, especially because it wasn't packed with tourists and felt authentic.|Thanks Arnaud for your hospitality!

The beautiful wee hotel is definitely worth a visit, can get a bit crowded at breakfast but small price to pay to stay in something so quaint. Please spare a thought for Eva who books you in when you arrive, shows your round, makes the breakfast, cleans the rooms and changes the bed linen, she works incredibly hard and still has time to help tourists with very little Spanish 😀 Alaro is a friendly village with a fair few restaurants/bars and some shops, has a brilliant bus service which coincides with the train to Palma. All in all a fabulous break 👍
