Burgers and chicken sandwich were delicious. The fries were cooked to perfection. The only down side for me was the drink selection. The sodas were off-brand and tasted too sweet. Definitely will return to try other items from the menu. The restaurant is spacious and the outdoor seating is great.

When we got to Cabalar we didn’t know what to expect. It was massive inside. They have an amazing system for preparing food and pumping stuff out. You order up front and pickup around the side. Tons of seating and room at the counter as well. I ordered the classic burger but with a double patty. It was covered in melty cheese, fresh onion, ketchup, and came out cooked perfect. It was extremely juicy, extremely well seasoned and you can tell the beef was super high quality. This is one of the best burgers I’ve had in many years personally. My wife got the Macdaddy and it was every bit of everything she hoped it would be. She even expressed it might well be the best thing she’s had all vacation to eat which is saying a lot. The beef tallow fries were salty and crunchy and seasoned perfectly as well. 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend. The only rough part is parking. The lot is a little small and street parking is not abundant. Be prepared either to wait or walk.

Been here a few times, today was different. Finally got the reuben....I love reubens, this was easily my favorite ever. Meat was tender and flavorful, kraut was perfectly sour, not too much dressing and the bread was grilled excellently, not greasy at all. Also got the poutine, another winner. People mention their burgers but I may never eat anything else there again.

Fantastic seed oil free place! - 🥒The Macdaddy burger pickles are sweet -🍔 All burgers are automatically cooked with pink centers (you can ask for it to be cooked longer) - 🥩They have their own butcher shop - 🦴They make their own dog treats ($3 long hide) - 🐕‍🦺Pets are welcomed only for the outdoor seating spaces - 📄They will give you a paper menu if you ask, otherwise drink & food menus are accessible via QR codes - 🍟Beef tallow fries are the best ever! Crispy, flavorful ground pepper/seasoning - 🪑Plenty of seating (upstairs, downstairs, outdoor patio, and across the back parking lot) - 🥤 If you ordered a drink the cup will come with your meal when ready (asked for my cup) - 🥤All sodas are made with sugar cane - 🛝kids indoor play area upstairs and outdoor mini playground by picnic tables

We had their version of a big Mac and a patty melt with fountain sodas and it's was worth every penny! If every 12$ burger was this juicy, tasty, appealing and filling no one would complain. They butcher and sell a variety of meats not found in most local stores. It must be said that not only is the customer area super neat and clean the kitchen area has open viewing so if you want you can watch from order til wash. Only downside is menu only available by QR on your phone, no posted menu (the cashier was most kind and patient having to repeat the menu for three people tho) however even with a dozen ppl in line before me I was ordering within 10 mins and eating in the same amount of time, in an almost full restaurant That impressed me. Well worth the visit.

Google
This was a good place for a bite to eat. Be warned though it gets super busy especially on holidays/holiday weekends. We had to wait up to 2 hours for our food. They do tell you ahead of time before you order though, about how long the wait will be. It also gets very loud when it's crowded plus lots of kids. The food selection is average. Not anything for a vegetarian unfortunately. The onion rings we got were kind of greasy as well. My husband's burger was good and my chicken buffalo sub had great flavor! We highly enjoyed their beer! I recommend a stop here if you have never been.

Google
What a unique and delicious fast-casual burger and sandwich joint! The open kitchen facing the cafeteria style seating is a great atmosphere to enjoy what is probably the best burgers and sandwich creations in Lancaster. The weekly specials shake things up with great flavor combinations and break the mold of just a regular burger joint. The food is fast, fresh, and always great!

Yelp
Take a restaurant with fabulous food, not enough tables and crappy parking, shake it up, put it in a new space with LOTS of seating, a parking lot, the same great food and Boyton Soft drinks on fountain and you have the new Cabalar Meats on Lemon street. Never wanted to go because of claustrophobic space and impossible parking. Well now I have ZERO excuses to come back very regularly. Good job squad! Much continued success!!

Yelp
Ok let's start with a rant on the fact they don't have a menu except online via QR code. I get not wanting paper menus but I can't believe they don't have board menu. It's one thing to have QR codes at a table but they have a line ordering concept so you just stare at your phone in this little line area. I don't love the lack of inclusivity of not having at least one display menu. Ok end rant. Food which is why we're all here: not bad not great. If you are coming from any large city, do not come here! you have a better burger place in your city. Fried pickles: ewww, and I love pickles. They use sweet (bread and butter style) pickles and this does not work with frying concept. Ideally what I want out of fried pickles is a fresh/fried take on salt and vinegar chips, this is not it. Fries: decent, but very salty. Texture is inconsistent some are crispy and some are soggy. Again there are better fries out there. Burger: I was told this was the best burger in Lancaster so I was pumped to try it. It literally had no flavor. I got the secret sauce on the side but even that wouldn't add much to it. I got a more plain burger to taste the meat. It might taste good dressed up but the meat isn't a cut above like I thought it would be. Bun was also dry. Mushroom burger - fried portobello mushrooms with some coleslaw sauce was actually pretty good. If I came back I would get this. Ambience: overall the decor is cool! I love their graphic designs. The place is noisy but I could see how it could be fun to grab beers with friends. Service: again rant on menu, but also you order up front so it's very fast causal which is kind of at odds with the ambiance. You also have to bus your tables again fine but weird for the space. It felt odd in a way I can't quite put my finger on. I won't be returning.

Yelp
Great burgers. I went for takeout, after hitching the buggy and churning butter all day. I was surprised at the new location and they even have a bar!! Only one beer for me. The food was gourmet and on point.

Abby R.

Yelp
New location is AMAZING. Just go here if you want a delicious sandwich and stop searching around. Plenty of seating now and bar.

Anna B.

Yelp
So good. The bbq bacon burger was the perfect mixture of sweet and savory. Indulgent without being overly huge like a lot of other burger places. Perfect size, perfect flavors. The chocolate milkshake was a perfect combo. Service was quick, and i love that they still use the little buzzer things. The inside is also beautiful, with awesome paintings all over the walls. Can't wait to try again!

John N.

Yelp
Amazing! Eat here. You won't regret it. Quality, flavor and love. Special Sandos just hit it here. Had the pho melt. Phonomenal! It's a butcher shop. So you know where the beef is coming from, just take a look at the case!

Kendra S.

Yelp
First time here! Their new space in Lemon Street has plenty of tables and a small outdoor space. We visited on a rainy day so we were glad that there was plenty of seating because it looked like there was a group of 15 people from a local employer had popped in for lunch. They already had their food so that didn't slow us down at all, but it is obvious that this can be a busy place. We watched all the to-go orders being prepped for pickup...so it seems like their lunch business on a Thursday wasn't lacking. My friend has a party melt and fries and she enjoyed it. I had the chicken sandwich which was tasty. The side salad that comes with it had the perfect amount of dressing on it. Not too much! I always drink tap water with meals so my only suggestion would be for bigger cups for water drinkers...it was too small. I think I filled up my water 3-4 times. We had no problems finding free parking on the street, but it was a Thursday at 1pm. Overall, a very nice place!

Mark G.

Yelp
All I can say is get here! Plenty of space, great beverage collection and the best burgers in Lancaster. Enjoy!

Leigh M.

Yelp
We ordered 20+ burgers for an office meeting and EVERYONE raved about how delicious it was. As I carried the food through the office, other employees knew it was from Cabalar just from the smell. Everything was quick and the owner was very helpful during my ordering struggles I got the sweet heat burger and am still thinking about how delicious it was. It was perfectly seasoned. Also, the BEST fried pickles I have ever had. I have made my partner so jealous of my lunch that he is asking me to take him there (and it's an hour away)! Very friendly staff as well.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Best burger around! Did have a 50 min wait but they said it's standardly 30-40 so be prepared for that. Cool new digs! Wish the s'mores were included with order as $3 for broken graham cracker was a lot but it was fun to do.

Laima P.

Yelp
It's our 3rd visit of Cabalar meat. Great lunch/brunch/dinner stop. Menu is great for burgers, sandwiches , fries, onion rings...and drinks! I like their house burger . Meat they use for the burger is really good - I order it medium rare and it's very flavorful and juicy. Not crazy about onion rings( though I love good onion rings) - but Cabalar's onion rings are have too thick batter and over oiled - cannot feel the flavor of onion rings . Fries are good while hot but again to my taste too much oil . I always prefer to order salad with my burger. Definitely recommend this spot once you are in Lancaster and craving for good burger! Tip- most of the time crowded add some time to hang for a while

Kyle S.

Yelp
Left disappointed. It's a nice place inside but can get very busy any day of the week. We waited 45+ minutes for 2 burgers on a Friday at 5:15. The burgers were good but not worth the 45 minute wait. The fries were disappointing as they ended up soggy. The fried pickles were awful. They used a sweet pickle that did not work at all. So overall nice place if you have time to wait and just want a decent burger

Heather L.

Yelp
I had not been to their new location and decided to order a "to go". We got the poutine AND beef tallow fries (OMG!!!!!!!!!!). My husband initially considered the Patty Melt, but because that was my choice, he went with the Steakhouse. I saw no obvious option for doneness... so went with what came. Mine was... freaking SPECTACULAR! Juicy, tasty, even with the sourdough vs traditional rye bread.. would order it again and again. Unfortunately, my hubs' was cooked dark brown on the inside (we usually get rare or medium rare) and pretty dry. I only ate one half of mine and he finished the rest of it so we were pleasantly satiated... I will check next time to see if we can choose a rarer option...but otherwise...if you have the chance... GO THERE!!

Yelp
To start, I dont write reviews for average places, and this is far from average. This was the first time i ate here and all i can say is Wow. when we first walked in it had the ambience of a family friendly lunch room, with room to spread out. it was crowded and we had to look for seats, but it also was not squished. they have an upstairs too that i would have liked to enjoy, but it was full. Perhaps, i will take my family back and go upstairs. The food was outstanding. i had a burger and poutine. dont ask me if the pohtine was authentic, im uncultured in what it should be like but digress. both of these items were exceptional. like i said, not average. then there were the adult beverages. ill tell you what.. ive tried a few things at a few places, but this takes the cake. i got 2 items, "the west wnd whiskey" and "the midnight oil" the first being similar to a old fashioned and the latter- an espresso mixed drink. Just try them. Outstanding. My last positive remark is the price. You get more than what you pay for in terms of quality. It is well priced and affordable for the family. Now, the reason i gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the wait. They were up front and disclosed the long wait before we ordered, asking if it was alright. This i commend, im fine waiting long as long as its disclosed. But it was also packed, so who can blame them. Lastly, the service was great, all the staff was extremely friendly and personable. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

Jane L.

Yelp
As always, thanks to you Yelpers who "steered" us right. We had to get the House Special - the burger that started it all (2-Year Aged Cheddar, B&B Pickle, Aioli, Shaved Onion and choice of chips or salad, sub fries extra $). So delicious! Industrial interior. Awesome service. QR code menus. No on-site parking. Plenty of nearby street parking. Just a door is visible from the street, very discrete. Worth finding.

Mandy C.

Yelp
Restaurant quality food with a fast food style. Friendly staff, and lots of tables to sit indoors and outdoors.

Eliza Jane C.

Yelp
Great food & staff, and they did a great job renovating the space. Love that they have tallow fries too!

Mitch D.

Yelp
Looking forward to eating at this restaurant for a while & finally made it happen tonight. My first impression was good- a nice restaurant! However it went downhill soon after. It was a busy Friday night & was told it would be about 25 minute wait to get our food. It actually was more like 37 minutes! I find that unacceptable for 2 burgers & onion rings! Our burgers were not hot, but we ate them anyway just because it had taken so long to get our food. Besides that the bun to meat ratio was off. Bun was too large for the amount of meat. The onion rings were very greasy. Also not really excited sharing large tables to eat w/ strangers. The parking or lack of it is another issue. Maybe we might come back on a less crowded day & try something else. Overall a disappointment!

Nina R.

Yelp
Food and service were both great! I had the sweet heat burger and it was perfection. Can't wait to go back.

Jade N.

Yelp
We really wanted to try their buffalo chicken cheesesteaks after seeing their post on Facebook; They were AMAZING. Food was absolutely delicious; 10/10. Super busy tonight - we ordered take out and the wait wasn't terrible. Will def be back to try everything else on the menu.!

Mike D.

Yelp
The cheese burgers and Jamaican Beef Patty Chop Cheese was amazing! My wife got a cheese burger with salad side and everything was fresh and delicious. This was our first time and I can tell you it won't be the last ! Yes it took some time to get our food but with the freshness and taste what would one expect ! Well worth the wait for sure !

Danlynn B.

Yelp
First time here and it was newly opened new location. We waited in line for about a 1/2 hr to order, then one of the sandwiches we wanted was sold out and we waited an hour and 10 minutes for our food. We ended up just sharing a BLT- very skimpy on the bacon, but the presentation was nice and the tomatoes were tasty along with the lettuce and fresh dill (which gave the sandwich a nice flavor). We also had an order of fried pickles - not your classic fried pickles as you get elsewhere, which we absolutely loved. The sweeter pickle complimented by the spicy sauce to dip them in was superb. I'd give it another go, but hoping today was a fluke on the skimpy meat on our sandwich.

Elisa F.

Yelp
Back one year later and actually tried a burger this time and WOW absolutely incredible like all the reviews say. Honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. If we weren't just visiting the Lancaster area, I'd be here weekly...daily... monthly. Amazing!! I ordered the Steakhouse which was topped with marinated mushrooms, blue cheese, steak sauce, arugula, and dijonnaise. My mom ordered the Patty Melt and it was STACKED - if you love Patty Melts you will definitely want to try this one. The parking situation definitely sucks, but Lancaster City is an odd area to navigate. Try have online ordering which is very easy through Toast! Chips or salad comes standard, but the chips might be Good's brand which are fried in lard.. so if you've never had chips fried in lard before, it's definitely a shock with a weird aftertaste. I would skip. The onion rings are INCREDIBLE and the sauce they pair them with was a perfect combo. They were a bit greasy, but hey, we aren't here to eat healthy.

Aaron H.

Yelp
Great place! Burgers were phenomenal. Easy ordering and the place was busy per usual. Great options and food done right!!

John D.

Yelp
The Meat Goes On A bit of a quirky place here, as I'm not sure if it's a meat shop that also happens to sell burgers or vice-versa? Judging by the website, I'd guess the latter as all it shows is their burger menu. Irregardless of which witch is which, Cabalar serves up high-quality beef that they grind themselves and make some tasty burgers. The Good: *Their meat selection looked amazing. Next time we're in town, I'm stopping by for a few steaks to throw on the grill. *Burgers were quite good and had nice flavor. We both really enjoyed the brioche roll that they served them on. *Poutine was #FuckingDelicious. Their fantastic tallow fries, topped with curds and a beef gravy, were heaven on earth. *If you didn't read the above, their fries are with mentioning twice: they're fan-fucking-tastic. Fried up in tallow and seasoned liberally with salt and pepper, these fries are worth every penny you pay for them. *Fried Pickles (aka Frickles) were also delicious. Served up crispy and hot; they were a delicious, tangy way to start our meal. *Mad Chef Taproom inside the restaurant to complete your meal with some of their delicious craft brews. The Meh: *Not a whole lot of space to dine in, as it's mostly the bar seating around the perimeter of the restaurant. There were a few tables outside, but they didn't seem too appealing. *My dry-aged burger was a bit dry. I'm not sure if that's due to the dry-aged beef or what? *Burgers come with a salad standard. You have to buy a side of fries to taste their potatoey goodness, but trust me--you better. The Ugly: *Located in Downtown Lancaster, the parking situation can be a bit stressful depending on what day you visit. TLDR: Tasty burgers with some of the best fries I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and get the poutine. You're welcome.

Yelp
First off on a list of disappointments. They have one of those barcode things to scan with your phone instead of a physical menu. You are out of luck if you don't have a smart phone, or your camera is broken. Moving on to the food. It blows my mind on how this is even physically possible, the fries were overcooked, ice cold, and soggy all at the same time. The fried pickles were ok a little overcooked and light on the batter for my taste, but it does taste like they source their pickles from across the street. The burger was on par with everything else, tasted like frozen meat, and was very bland. For the price I was expecting something that compares to the beef I buy at the farmer's market, this burger barely compares with Red Robin. The staff were cool, courteous and worked really hard, so they have that going for this place. They made it a 2.5 stars, and I rounded up to 3 because it's a local business. Might try again after they move and re-evaluate, but I had high hopes only to be utterly disappointed.

Byron R.

Yelp
This is simply one of the best burger joints I've ever been at in my life. I had the dry aged burger, my wife and son had the classic and my daughter in law had the sweet heat. Fries were fresh cut, onion rings were exceptional, hand battered. They have a brewery that is also on site mad chef, great beer. This is a great stop, you will not regret the trip.

Jao S.

Yelp
Finally got to try today, got the Nashville hot chicken and it was delicious and spicy yet balanced well with the ranch and pickles! The French fries were crisp and fresh. Definitely need to try other menu items next visit

Virginia J.

Yelp
I visited Cabalar on a day date to Lancaster. Wow! The burgers here are amazing!! I ordered a little Mac burger with the greens and everything was fresh and delicious! My husband ordered the bacon jalapeño cheddar burger and the fries. We were very happy with all of our food. Just a note that they do not have a menu posted. Near the register you scan a QR code to look at the menu. You order at the counter and the staff calls you when your food is ready.

Antwan J.

Yelp
I'm really disappointed. Haven't been here in a few years. We decided to stop here on a Sunday. We had a death in the family so I wanted it to be a surprise to my girlfriend. I talked this place up. First off I'm not hard to please. I used to cut meat for a butcher shop that supplies Green Meadow farm in Gap. Great Amazing people btw. I digress. I ordered a smashed burger my better half got the bbq. Long story short 25 minute wait. They forgot to text me when they did come out for me to come in the food was cold. I had some hot sauce on my burger so I wanted a milkshake. They actually text me that my food was done and when I got in there he said it was a mistake so I bought two milkshakes which brought the order to $68 approximately. Still no text after I left with said milkshakes. Waiting waiting. Finally he comes out and says that they made a mistake and bump in my order before it was done. I told him I just wanted to refund and the head guy who everyone knows proceeded to argue with me over eight dollars over milkshakes. He said he would count me on a bill but he wouldn't count me eight dollars for the milkshakes. I didn't even want money for the milkshakes. I just wanted money for the bill. to be fair I was reimbursed, but it still was a horrible experience mainly because of the attitude but I am also a believer in second chances we'll see. Time to eat my sonic burger

Nick R.

Yelp
Really amazing burgers. Looking forward to seeing their new location and space in the coming months.

Ben H.

Yelp
Back in the area for another wrestling tournament. Went here last year after another place closed early due to staffing issues. Was a bit worried this years visit would not live up to last year. No need to worry! Calabar is a butcher shop with a burger joint. Or is it the other way around? Either way, I had the best Rueben ever here. Made with their house made beef pastrami. My son had a patty melt and my wife had the bacon bbq burger. Both agreed best burger ever. As if that wasn't enough, Mad Chef Brewing has taps in the back and crowlers to go. I also picked up a few dog treats to take home to my pup. Highly Recommend Calabar Meats!

Dan M.

Yelp
This was one spot on the top of our list to try. We have read great things and the pictures of the food look amazing. Unfortunately, this was our biggest disappointment on our trip. We came in on Sunday around 6:45-7pm, they close at 8pm. There was no line when we came in and placed our order quickly. We were told a 30min wait which was fine by us. They do take your number to text you just in case you are not in the restaurant. There was plenty of seating and they did have a small bar in the back. We decided to grab a drink and relax. We ordered the classic burger, a Reuben, and strawberry milkshake. Timing was spot on, after about 30 minutes they called our name. The food looked good, but something was not right. Every item is made to order, they cook the food in an open kitchen, so you see it all. When I picked up the food there was no steam coming off anything. Unfortunately, once we picked them up and took a bite both meals were lukewarm-cold. The bottom burger bun was cold and soggy. The Reuben did not have that nice, melted cheese and messy first bite. The fries were soggy and cool. With the food being cold the flavor wasn't coming through. I can only assume the meal was done for a bit and was left to sit out. They were busy with takeout orders and other meals, but I am not giving them an excuse. The food was OK, my wife did not finish her burger, but the milkshake was delicious. We are 50/50 on going back.

Jessica G.

Yelp
Holy moly! Best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The chicken was so tender and super fresh ingredients! Wait time was long, but I suppose worth it :P

Nova H.

Yelp
Food took an extremely long time to make, but it was absolutely worth it. Food was amazing, and it was absolutely delicious. The theme was more of a chill, relaxed vibe. You get your own food once they call your name, and you clear the table yourself. They also had free water next to where you order. 10/10 would recommend!!

David B.

Yelp
Drive over an hour just to taste it. Looked great in pictures! My wife and I were excited! It was a Saturday PM but food took 40 minutes. Patty melt was not good but not horrible. Too salty, however, it was at least real meat, cheese, and bread. BUT the milk shake was BY FAR the worst shake I've ever had in 63 years. Not real ice cream. It was an artificial-foam like beverage that was room temperature and never melted in 2 hours until I threw it out at home. You just can't advertise a shake that has no milk, no cream, and is soooooo clearly artificial. We will never ever go back.

Kathy J.

Yelp
This butcher/restaurant have the best Bhan Mi sandwiches in the city. My husband and I are always the oldest people there. We also enjoy a flight from Mad Chef!

Jae L.

Yelp
This place is a must if you're in Lancaster city! One of the best burger places I have ever had. The feel of the place is very... Homey and local like. It doesn't have that generic corporate feel. It's a local butchery where you can get the goods but, also make super delicious food. We tried couple appetizers and burgers for our own. The pull pork Mac n cheese and simply delicious. The meat is tender and pack pull off flavors and add onto that a very cheesey mac n cheese that is infused with the juices of the brisket. Simply... Delicious. The poutine fries is good but there a lot going on. The flavor works but, it gets a bit messy. I like my fries crispy but obviously with all the things on top of fries, makes it a bit soggy. But the flavor is there! The burgers are all delicious. I (accidently) preferred the patty melt thinking it was a double patty burger but... It's a melt sandwich (I'm just stupid). But what a wonderful mistake! Because it's square shaped instead of round burger shape, each bite is like taking the first bite. The steakhouse burger is a blue cheese lovers burger. Has a lot of that blue cheese flavor so if you're not into that (like my wife) I wouldn't recommend it. I personally love it so, I ate it up. The final burger was the jalapeno cheddar burger. This had the most balance flavor; the spice cuts into the richness of the burger. Special shout out to the buns is the burger... I would buy a pack of just the bread if I could. It's so freaking delicious!!!! The milkshake is ok; nothing really special but again, if you had a massive meal and want something sweet to even it out, is a nice finish to your meal. This place is a must in Lancaster city!!! I'm for sure going back to try everything else on the menu

Madison G.

Yelp
I have heard nothing but AMAZING things about this place, so we finally decided to try it out for dinner tonight. All I can say is, I wish we had tried it out sooner! The place was moderately busy when we arrived. Although it is small inside, I felt there was ample seating around, and my husband and I didn't have any issues finding two seats in the back at 6 PM. After much deliberation, I decided to go with the chicken parm sandwich. This included a breaded chicken thigh, marinara, roasted garlic bread, sharp provolone cheese, and basil aioli. I also went with a side order of chips (which comes with the sandwich), and an order of onion rings. After placing our orders, we were told it would be about a 25 minute wait due to how busy they were. We were fine with that, and I did appreciate the heads up! Once we paid, we made our way to the back of the restaurant, which serves beer from Mad Chef Brewing Company. If you are familiar with Lancaster breweries, their beer is some of the best and most popular around. I was so excited to grab a glass of their new fruited wheat beer to go with my meal! Like clockwork, our order was called at 25 minutes to be picked up at the counter. Upon seeing my chicken parm sandwich, I was speechless. It looked (and smelled) beyond delicious. I had a mild panic attack - I am not an aioli fan, and I forgot to ask for the Basil aioli on the side. However, it was so light and delicious and complimented the sandwich so wonderfully, I didn't mind it one bit. The chicken was huge and so tender. The marinara had an amazing flavor and kick to it, and the bun was amazing as well. All of the flavors were so complimentary of each other and just downright delicious. My husband said his burger was probably the best he has ever had. I had heard that many people say the same about the burgers, so I do believe him! The onion rings, while mildly greasy, were still huge, delicious and perfectly crisp and flavored. If you are in the Lancaster area looking for exceptional quality sandwiches/burgers, Cabalar needs to be on your go-to list!

Jack M.

Yelp
A solid burger with really delicious sauce. The bun was good but not perfect. Could have been more buttery and chewy.

Jacob M.

Yelp
I gotta give it to em. Diesel. It's basically 5star fast food quality. Freaking sick. Dude the fried pickles... yeah... odeeeee. Not a lot of seating, gets crowded, but very awesome vibe. Beer flows, burgers flip, fries fry

Yelp
This restaurant was recommended to us by another local business & it did not disappoint! The food was so fresh & had amazing flavor. We were a little disappointed in the poutine, but overall, a must see if you're in the area!

Yelp
It's been quite some time since I've eaten here and it's much improved! The menu has expanded and the place was a buzz! The Patty Melt was beefy, meaty, and hearty! Very filling burger, so filling I'm glad I stuck with the side salad, and even ate part of the burger sans bread. The quality tasted better than what I remembered. Patties were cooked medium with a tinge of pink, perfect amount of salt and very juicy. I couldn't taste the cajun mayo through the onions and sharp cheese, but still a very flavorful burger. I love a good brioche, but I love sourdough even more :) I love when restaurants evolve and get better with time!

Yelp
First time visit over lunch. Plenty of seating and very clean. I had the Bacon Jalapeño Cheddar Burger and it did not disappoint. Perfect combo of toppings, including the aioli. Fries were good, but not the thing that would have me returning. The burger is where it's at and I can't wait to try their many other sandwiches.

Yelp
Really great burgers and fries. Great quality beef and cool hip ambiance. We had to wait a bit for our food but trust me it was well worth it.

Yelp
My friend and I came here for dinner around 5:30 on a Saturday evening. We ate in the restaurant and you wait in line to place your order. We were told it would take 20-25 minutes and decided that was fine. It actually took a full hour. Either the server lied to my face or was deeply confused on how backed up the kitchen was, not a great experience either way. Most people had placed orders in advance and came for pickup - this seemed to be the move. That said, the food itself was good, though at this point we were extremely hangry. We got an order of onion rings which were huge and delicious! It came with a great aioli type sauce. We also had the mushroom banh mi, it was pretty good and had fresh ingredients. The real star was the sweet heat cheeseburger! It was a great burger with melty cheese and a jalapeño jam. We ate it so fast I didn't even grab a picture lol! Both sandwiches came with chips. The restaurant also has a little micro brewery tap system in the back though we didn't have any beer. Overall, the food was pretty good but service was abysmal. I would proceed with caution!

Yelp
Really good! Fresh local ingredients made everything taste delicious. I like the fried pickles the wedge salad, the vegetarian Bahn Mi, and my friend liked the sweet heat. We ordered too much but we're so happy!

Yelp
We ordered from our phones while visiting at the hospital, not knowing what to expect. We got a bahn mi and a Cubano- not realizing that beef was a highlight there. That being said, our sandwiches were great and had excellent complementing flavors and acidity. We need to go back sometime (hopefully not needing to be at the hospital) and get beef.
