Used to be good but I visited it a week ago and it is terrible It gets too crowded. No AC gets turned on in the summer. Rumour is that they do that so you drink more, which is counterproductive. I would drink much more if it was cool and pleasant 🤦 People get on the way of those of us who paid for seated tickets and none instructs them to get out of the way. They speak only French during the show, and they aggressively will let you know that they will not bother in any other language. The evening I was there, the performer made jokes about the non-French speakers audience. Strange behaviour given the cultural context but oh well.

To be honest you just have to be lucky with the performers. I had been a few years back and it’s not the same anymore, but well if it’s your first time you won’t notice that. Also for those thinking they might speak English throughout the show they don’t, so French knowledge will be needed for you to follow the 3h show. On the negative side, 27 degrees in Brussels yesterday in May and they cut off the air conditioning that were working fine when we arrived. They joked with it to say it was to make you drink more, it seems that wasn’t a joke after all since they never turned them on back again. On top of that you pay for seated sits but those who are standing get in front of you so you don’t see the performers, you pay more expensive yet get a worse view which is weird.

"Outside it is windy, but inside it is so hot, every night we have ze battle to keep the girls from taking off all their clothing. So don't go away, who knows? Tonight we may lose the battle!" Mademoiselle has created this place from her heart and her mind, and they will make sure to make you lose both of them. Longue vie to Mademoiselle !

I came by myself and was very well welcomed, they helped me to find a spot to sit as well. I loved the show, it was a pity that I had to leave earlier as I wasn't feeling 100% well (nothing to do with the show or venue). The only downside for me is that it 'only' starts at 21:30, an hour earlier would be ideal for me but that might be because I'm not a night owl at all 😅

The performance were great but we ended up leaving after one hour. We thought this was a safe space but unfortunately for us we ended up next to a table here to openly mock the performances and the artists, and my partner’s inability to understand French. We leave through enough discrimination on a daily basis, we were not expecting having to deal with this there. Props to the staff and the artists including the bar team, lovely service!

Total disappointment. The show is designed only for francophones and there is no information about it on the website. The level of numbers - a school play for adults... The room is stuffy, no ventilation. Didn't wait for the end. Not worth the money paid for admission and the time spent.

Excellent cabaret! The show was extremely entertaining and it didn't start too late. The performers are hilarious and very talented and the overall ambiance of the place is pretty cool and relaxed. It's not too crowded and the drinks aren't overpriced. The show also goes beyond simple drag toward a more inclusive notion of queer cabaret that was refreshing and entrancing at the same time. The hosts are first and hilarious. It also didn't feel like a specifically gay bar and the inclusive atmosphere is quite refreshing.

What an amazing place! I don’t even speak French and I really enjoyed the show and the atmosphere of the place. The performers were stunning! The team was very friendly and attentive (especially mr door man).
