Cabilao Sanctuary Beach & Dive Resort

We had the most amazing experience with Cabilao Divers, and especially with our instructor Brad! 🌊🤿 I took the Open Water Course with my two kids (10 and 21), and from the very beginning Brad made everything feel safe, smooth, and fun. I was a bit nervous at first, but his calm and professional attitude instantly put us all at ease. He has a wonderful way of teaching: clear, patient, and always encouraging. Every dive was a mix of learning, laughter, and pure wonder under the sea! 🐠💙 Brad turned what could have been a stressful course into an unforgettable family adventure. He went above and beyond, even helping us with the SSI app after the course when we had trouble logging in. It’s rare to meet someone so passionate, kind, and dedicated to what they do. Thanks to him, my kids and I are now completely hooked on diving! The memories we made will stay with us forever. We miss you already Brad, and hope to dive with you again soon! If you’re considering learning to dive — don’t think twice — Cabilao Divers and Brad are simply the best! 🌟 Can’t recommend them highly enough! We had an absolutely beautiful stay here. ❤️ The staff were friendly, and the food was great. The place itself—including the rooms, the pool, and the ocean right next to the white beach—was amazing. For the price, it’s 100% worth it! I truly loved it and would be happy to come back again. 🤗 If you're looking for a quiet, private little island to escape the noise of the city, this is the perfect place to stay.

We spent a week in Cabilao mid June 2025, we wanted just chill and dive and that's what we found there. As it was off season, we had the whole resort for 2 of us. The team is super friendly and nice. Food is good, maybe more philipino flavours can be added. Our room was very spacious and clean. Dive guide Tata was very professional, we felt ourselfs save all the time. He showed us a lot of creatures, which we would not be able to see without him: see horses, frog fishes and many more. The rest of the dive team was always helpful and super nice. The dive equipment is new :) We also had a day trip to Lombok organised by the hotel. Here we were slightly dissapointed, as our driver spoke little english and the first place he brought us to was buggy rent near chocolate hills, which we did not ask for, but spent time listening about available packages and wondering what are we doing here :)

Visited here to check diving information. Staff of the resto was very kind. Also outside tables are looks so nice. Best was scenery of the beach from resort.

Very quiet and harmonious place, perfect location for family holidays. Service is excellent, the owner couple leads the resort with lot of love. Very clean rooms, wonderful pool and delicious food. The dive center offers very good service.

Fantastic resort. Staff are absolutely divine, so friendly and very professional. The dive centre is the tidiest and cleanest dive centre I have ever seen and the gear is all kept in fantastic condition. The room was very clean and tidy. The food at the resort was seriously fantastic!! Also a very decent wine list - whispering angel available! Highly recommend this resort. The pool is lovely too. Magical holiday found. It is a beautiful place. Nature is so various, underwater and on land. Fishes, caretta carettas, corals, birds all amazing. Staff in hotel is very careful. Room is so large at garden room, where you can see the sea from your bed. Comfortable bed, large room, everyday housekeeping, always clean and tidy. Restaurant the food is the best on this area. There some other resorts and restaurants but here is like fine dining. Every meal was so tasty for us. They organised our transfer so good. Also they have chance to organise your private tours.

My wife and I spent 4 days here. This is as good as it gets. Lazy days total relaxation in a beautiful place. The resort had a fabulous beach location. The pool for all practical purposes is on the beach. The restaurant is open air and open deck and is also on the beach. Great views regardless what you are doing. The food here is excellent. Breakfast is great Dinner is great. The restaurant is open all day if you get hungry. The snorkeling in front of the resort is very nice. They have a full dive operation. We went snorkeling all 3 days on the boat. Just the boat captain and us. Each day he took us to a different great spot. Very spontaneous. About as laid back as you can imagine. The room is excellent . Big king size comfortable bed. Outside shower. Amazing. Great AC and we asked and received a floor fan. They say there is wifi only in the public areas but our wifi worked great in the room at all times. A nice bonus. They provide transportation to and from the island and are always there to help. The staff is excellent. They are as nice as they can be. As nice a place as anywhere we have stayed anywhere in the world. Thank you Liza, I've, Rose, and John John We will miss you.
