Cutest store in Banff with THE best customer service. Tessa is the sweetest person and when I had an manufacturing issue with an item I purchased, Tessa and her manager made it right - no questions asked. They care about their store, their products and their customers! Cabin 108 - love love love!!!

I usually love to visit this store each time I come to Banff. However, today I had an unpleasant experience as a result of a surly staff member with a bad attitude. There were two girls working in the store, a redhead and a blonde. The redhead was very nice and friendly however the blonde made me feel extremely unwanted and uncomfortable. While trying on a jacket in the store, I placed some take-out I had on the little couch and happened to knock it over. I immediately asked for some napkins whilst apologizing profusely for making a mess. I was able to clean it up with just one piece of paper towel, and it wasn't a big deal in the end. The floor was clean, and there was no mess left over. The blonde however made it into a much bigger deal with her gasps and snide remark "this isn't my job". I never asked her to clean it up, I just asked for a paper towel. I cleaned it up and I apologized. I don't know what more she wanted me to do. After that while I was waiting for my friend to pay for her items she stomped around the store and made me feel so unwelcome. Not a smile on her face and honestly she made me feel so awful. I just didn't appreciate her remark or her attitude. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and someone with this kind of attitude really shouldn't be working in customer service.

I’m really disappointed in my purchase from here. I purchased a size large (I’m normally a medium) and it doesn’t even fit - not even close. For a $48 shirt you would think they could at least get some sort of reasonable size - it’s frustrating for women to get excited about designs and then get home and it no where near fits. There is nothing worst than feeling fat in a shirt you were excited about. The store was too busy that day to even bother trying it on. I wish the girl at the front counter had informed me that the sizing was small. The ladies working their we’re nice but I did feel like they felt overwhelmed. I love the idea of this store and most of the designs as well as the jewelry - just disappointed in sizing.

Love this store! I always find something when I go and the girls are always so friendly, and keep me up to date and new stuff they get in. Awesome style in there.

This place is dangerous. Some of the clothes are pricey but that makes it all the more fun to hunt down the good stuff. Everything I have bought from here, I've worn for years (or will be!)

Cabin always has a pretty something I have to have! The store is clean and the display is always really nice. The staff and friendly and helpful too :)

Great little clothing and accessories boutique located in Clock Tower Village Mall on Banff avenue. They've got a pretty sweet clearance rack that you definitely need to check out if you come here. This is a great place to find a souvenir that isn't touristy. I'd much rather come home with a beautiful wrap, dress, or necklace than a Banff coffee mug. Lots of originals accessories here made by hand as well as boutique brands. The store itself is absolutely adorable - love the birch tree patterned fabric on the change rooms! And the store has two entrances - one from Banff avenue and one from within the mall. I will most definitely be back!

OMG! I don't know how I haven't seen this store before! What a hidden gem. My hubs and I were bombing around Banff and it was freezing outside so we kept popping into stores and low and behold found this one. Adorable clothes. A lot of boho, but some super cute dresses and KnittyKitty Knitwear, which are the most amazing pair of underwear I owe now. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.
