I spent 4 nights at Cabinas Tito. Since I was travelling alone, I booked one of the smaller cabins. The price was reasonable. ||All in all, I enjoyed my stay. The cabin was clean and well kept. It was simply but nicely decorated. There was mosquito netting which I did not use or need. Despite what some of the older reviews say, there was air conditioning. (I don’t know whether all the cabins have it now or not, so if it’s important to you, ask before booking). There was also a small fridge. The bathroom was nicely, tiled, and attractive, and had good hot water. ||The grounds were lush and green and attractive. There is some wildlife around. I did see a sloth. ||The place was quiet and felt safe. One thing however that I feel they should add is safes in the rooms, just for peace of mind. Jairo who is working at the reception during my stay was pleasant and helpful. |It was about a 10 minute walk from the main part of Cahuita and not much farther from the National Park entrance.
