The hotel is a hostel style - with functional rooms and nice common areas. It is well located for everything in Copenhagen. ||Rooms are small but beds comfortable. Has a TV, kettle, hairdryer, tea and coffee. Bathroom is a combined toilet and shower but again everything worked and was what we needed. ||If you’re visiting the city for a couple of nights and want a room to sleep in then this is perfect. Is it a romantic stay or for longer than a few nights? Probably not. Much cheaper than other places. ||Our room was very quiet, the temperature was good. We enjoyed using the lounge area which was very comfortable. ||Staff helpful - we requested additional pillows and supplies and all were supplied. ||We didn’t use it but there is bike hire and umbrella hire in the hotel too.

You could not stay here for more than 3 days!!! Travelled with 2 adult children and had 2 rooms. The rooms are literal boxes. Harry had more room in his under stairs bedroom cupboard! No main light. The twin beds were comfy enough but no space around them. No plug points near bed. Wet room rather than shower room but shower was hot and more than adequate. No Bar. Breakfast was awful! Location ok for getting to places, close to amenities. If you can afford to pay an extra few pounds, I really would!

The hotel is in a perfect location, great price and overall a nice place. As always, the service is good and the people are very nice, which is always a plus. It's exactly what you need for a relatively short visit to Copenhagen, and the location makes sure you can experience everything you need to. Overall, a very nice trip!

Stayed here for 2 nights on our trip to Copenhagen. Only 10-minute walk from both the train station and city centre so well located with a few convenience stores nearby. Rooms were small but had everything you needed, clean and warm. Service was great by all staff. Perfect for a short stay.

Location is great near the bus, Copenhagen central station and metro lines. Rooms are small but they are fine for a couple of days. Breakfast is good.

Location was pretty good. It was near the train station, about 5-10mins walk away and was walking distance to the shopping district. The downside is that the place looks pretty old, and very simple with barely nothing in the sense of amenities available. The rooms are very small, only had enough space to fit a large size luggage when opened. The toilet is ultra small, and the shower head feels just like a sprinkler with little amount of water pouring and small water pressure. If you just need a place to stay for a night to transit or so, it is quite worth staying. But if you are staying for more days, it is worth looking into the hostel just opposite.

We were aware booking the hotel that the rooms and bathrooms were small and small they are! However, the space was adequate for the two of us and the bed was comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and rooms are supposed to be cleaned every 3. We ever put in a request for a clean but this didn’t happen which meant the bins very quickly overflowed and we had to request clean towels from reception. The bathroom whilst small dried very quickly and the shower curtain was effective in stopping water soaking everything. The reception staff were friendly unlike the breakfast staff who weren’t the warmest. The breakfast was limited and food wasn’t replenished so if you came down towards the end there wasn’t much left. The tables were not cleaned so it was hard to find a clean spot to eat your food. When I asked if staff could clean a table I was told “no” and nothing else. The best thing by far about this hotel is the location. 5 mins from the train station and Tivoli Gardens, the palaces, museums and hop on hop off buses are all within walking distance. Cheaper by far than any other hotel for New Year. Would stay again for another short city break on a budget.

Great location right in the heart of the city and can't be beaten on price. Service and the flow at breakfast could be improved. Disappointing that we were there for four nights and asked for room to be cleaned and it wasn't. Reception staff were very friendly and beds were relatively comfy.
