Cable Beach General Store & Café

I don’t often give reviews but I have to warn you, this was sadly the worst breakfast I’ve had at a cafe. Scrambled eggs - not edible. Poached eggs hard like boiled eggs, we were very disappointed and will not be back. The outdoor area was pleasant and mini golf great for the kids. Coffee also not bad. Unfortunately this doesn’t make up for the bad food.

Not sure if this place is under new management since June this year but this is no way an extra large portion of chips 😂 I've had a couple of decent portions in the past but this is just embarrassing 😂 If anyone wants decent sized portions, go to the fuel station by bunnings, but avoid this $12 scam

This is an extra large $12 worth of chips. I don't often leave reviews. But after a 25 min wait on a very quiet day to be served the smallest serving of chips I have ever seen was ridiculous.

A local store with a few of every thing. They do food (cold and hot), lots of drinks, and miscellaneous homewares and other items. I didn’t like the coffee but their breakfasts are pretty good (had the avocado smash with eggs twice as well as the scrambled eggs). Friendly enough people. Conveniently close to many hotels/resorts etc across the road from Diver’s Tavern.

This corner cafe and general store has just what you need. It has a variety of drink choices, prepared food perfect to take to the beach and delicious dishes to enjoy on the premises. Stopped in for breakfast, had coffee & a bacon & egg roll. The staff is friendly and attentive. The place opens for lunch and dinner and it serves drinks. Kids are welcome and can be entertained by playing miniature golf.

Beautiful and nice place with great food. We did breakfast 3 days in a row. Good coffee, friendly staff 😊 we also try the pizza for lunch and was yum. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for good quality food.

I recently purchased fish and chips for my family, and was charged $100. I have to say, I’m absolutely astonished by the price — I can’t believe you charge that much for a meal like this. Disgusting pricing to say the least.

Banana smoothie warm,barra basket for 2($48) inedible. Been travelling across the country for 8 weeks now this is by far the worst food we have been served. Took back to staff member all she said was sorry. $60 wasted. Would not recommend to anyone.

A hidden gem for an inexpensive delicious breakfast. Yummy bacon and egg sandwich with the owners dog providing entertainment. If that's not enough for you there is also mini golf and full meals available. Groceries etc as well. Don't miss this place next time you're in Broome!
