"The 1,800-acre master-planned Cabo del Sol golf resort is located right on the Sea of Cortés. It features two public golf courses: the simply but appropriately titled Ocean and Desert courses. The first, many say, is Jack Nicklaus’s masterpiece, often ranked among the world’s top 100 courses. The challenging layout features mesmerizing desert and ocean vistas, with seven holes bordering the sea. The Ocean Course plays long at 7,075 yards. Wonderful golf course the layout was really fun, short par’s 4 reachable from the tee’s but the wind becomes your challenge. Every hole you keep going higher up in the mountains and you enjoy the view from Cabos. The staff were very attentive, at least the make you aware about the aeration conditions but still the place was a lot fun.

The course is in good condition, the service and staff are excellent! But The club house looks like a temporary one with a few containers put together! The ocean course is closed for private purposes!

When we arrived, the itinerary that we had planned with the concierge was not on file and then when initially brought to us, it was incorrect. We asked for a few cosmetic items to be brought up to the room and never received them. The spa, while a tranquil setting, was very expensive for the quality of service. My wife got a 60 minute facial and it was $400+ USD, which isn't unheard of for that service, but normally would include certain elements that she said it did not. Ultimately, the resort is situated on a stunning location, but seems they're heavily relying on the landscape rather than the typical Four Seasons service you'd expect for the price you pay. Would recommend the Auberge properties over this one for those reasons.

A little pricey for the desert course (~$300 all-in) but amazing course in terms of maintenance. Free food and drinks every 6 holes, and the staff was very attentive and helpful.
