We booked a private whale watching zodiac boat tour with this company. The whale watching was fun but there were issues. First, the checkin time was 8:30 but no one showed up till 8:55. Secondly this was supposed to be a 2 and a half hour trip, but after late checkin we got to boat at 9:10 and yet we were back at dock at 11am. So less than 2 hours total. For a private trip that I spent big money on, I would expect the full 2.5 hours.

Our resort recommended Cabo Expeditions Beach Day after hearing that we wanted a more low-key snorkeling trip and vibe. Our shuttle was clean, easy and well air conditioned. We arrived and the beach and Romel (sp?) had all the gear needed to paddle board and snorkel as well as the umbrellas, blankets and a cooler ready for us. It was an absolutely perfect day. We had a range of comfort levels and ability in our small group, and he made sure we all had incredible experiences snorkeling. He could identify and locate all kinds of fish and coral. The hang time at the beach, lunch, etc was all so fun and felt very personal and safe. We didn’t want to commit to a day-long boat trip, and wanted some freedom to really enjoy the ocean. This adventure did just that and the service was really exceptional. If I could give it more stars I would. (P.S. seriously when the boats anchored to explore and I saw the experience those folks were having vs our experience I was SO glad we picked the beach day! To each their own - but this was the vibe and experience we were looking for.)

Our parasailing outing was awesome! The crew were friendly and made us feel totally at ease with everything. It was so much fun and the views were amazing. We are a senior couple, and we would totally recommend trying this!

3 of us, including my 71 year old mother, went on March 25 and the guys were amazing! They were really funny and the whole experience was amazing! Price was reasonable and they took some great pictures for us! Made my mom's bucket list item amazing!

We booked a zodiac whale watching tour through Cabo Expeditions and had an experience of a lifetime! We saw whales from the moment we hit the open water. I have been on other whale watching tours and none compared to the experience we had on this one. The zodiac boats put you practically in the ocean giving you an up close view of the whales and dolphins. At one point, we could see the whales swimming under our boat! The guide and driver were great and incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. It was obvious that they were empowered to ensure their guests had a great time… so much so, they extended our trip (at no extra cost) by 30 minutes so we could continue spending time with the whales! I highly recommend booking your tour with Cabo Expeditions as you won’t be disappointed!

What an awesome experience! We booked the whale watching tour since we would be there at the right time of year during our Mexican Riviera cruise. Let me start with how customer-service oriented Cabo Expeditions is. When I originally tried to book this tour, the web page off of a travel website stated that they were not accepting bookings from passengers arriving on a cruise ship. I called Cabo Expeditions directly, and they quickly clarified that the travel website was out of date and that the cruise ship exclusion was a COVD policy that was no longer valid. They accepted my booking, and even changed the date for me when I found out that I had confused the date that my cruise would be in port. The day in Cabo San Lucas was the best weather day of our entire 5 day cruise, so it was a great day to be out on the water. Captain Julio and our guide Sam were totally on their 'A' game this day. After some odd churn where we had to meet the tour van near the pier, to be taken to their office (also at the pier, but at the opposite end) to then be taken back to the same area of the pier to load into the boat we got underway. Captain Julio quickly zoned in on a group of boats that were apparently following some whales. We jumped into the group and started following along at a distance. Sam was very informative about what we were watching (males following a female) and why the whales behaved the way they do. That is when the real show started. Captain Julio spotted a couple of other whales spouting off in the distance so we motored towards them. What followed was a tremendous show of whales breaching, fin-slapping, blowing, diving, etc. Sam kept not only explaining what was going on, but working with Captain Julio to position the boat for great views. The absolute highlight was when the pod of 3 whales surfaced less than 10 feet from the 20' Zodiac we were on, and proceeded to swim right under the boat! We stayed out for about 3 hours, and spent the majority of that time watching whales do what whales do. On our way back to the dock Captain Julo took us by The Arch for pictures, then back to the dock on time which gave us additional time before we had to board our cruise ship for departure. By Captain Julio's own account, we had a very lucky day watching the whales. His morning tour only saw one, which would only surface occasionally. To see four whales breaching and fin slapping was an exceptional day, and our group was lucky enough to experience it. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who has just one day in Cabo San Lucas.

We were in the snorkeling group and the guide was very informative and helpful. Wave was quite big that day and he managed to slow down if necessary to make the journey less rough. Spent a few hours with him and I can tell he is very experienced in the area. Comparing to joining the 'big group' party boat, I would prefer being a small one like this one. We had seven people on board including the guide and it was good enough. I would recommend everyone go out to the sea with Cabo Expeditions.

tl;dr: In spite of excellent whale activity the tour is not value for money, choose Cabo Whale Watching instead for the same price, better info, and excellent photographs included. Have to say I was supremely disappointed with my zodiac tour. I feel like it wasn't value for money, and an $85 expedition was the same experience as a $30 local boat. I know that experiences can vary from the day to day, and don't get me wrong the whale activity on the tour was very good. It is only the quality of the tour that I was disappointed with. I had hoped that by paying a premium for a Zodiac I would get a much more personalised and intimate experience however we left later than the specified time (9am) - which given most boast head out around 8-8:30, was already late. It felt like the zodiac left at a later time so they could see where all the other boats were gathering, next thing you know we were among 9 boats all following a small pod of 3 whales at a close distance to the coast for a better part of an hour and a half. It seemed unethical to swarm the Whales, and on a tour I had been on the week previous with Cabo Whale Watching, as soon as more than 3 boats were around a Whale they left and found a different one, as not to cause any distress, so i hated that the welfare of the whale wasn't given as much consideration with Cabo Expeditions, and it even seemed lazy to stay swarming the whale instead of driving the boat out further to sea to find a different whale. The trip was also cut short, we started heading back to the marina at around 10.40, and by 10.50 we'd docked and they were preparing for their 11am tour. For me the selling point of the zodiac was a smaller group that could quickly locate and watch whales at a safe distance away from all the other boats, but what i got with Cabo Expeditions was exactly what i could have gotten for $50 less on a local boat. There were also 'professional' photos for purchase at the end of the tour, which really weren't up to scratch, and for an additional $50 were absolutely not worth it. For the same price you can get a tour with Cabo Whale Watching, which gives a much more personal experience away from the other boats, a guided tour by a marine biologist who educates your on all things Whale, and included some exceptional photos of the whales.

Our whale watching trip was fantastic. I wish I could remember our guys names but it was the noon trip on 12/30. We saw tons of whales, even a big out-of-the-water breach. I highly recommend!!

Had a wonderful time with this experience. The boat captain Rubin and Lupin were very customer oriented. Highly recommend this experience.

By far, the best excursion to go with!!! The staff is not only professional but they are constantly checking in with you from before the trip, what to anticipate, to how you were going to get back to your hotel. Booking was super easy, and the boat captains are awesome (always ask for Captain Jose). We went snorkeling off several beaches. Jose took the time to show us the reefs, various fishes, and made sure we were also fed with brown bag lunches. It's so rad to get staff who are passionate for what they do & it completely shows in the hospitality care. Out of everything planned for the trip, this was my favorite and most memorable. Thank you so much!

I was a little sad at first because we arrived on time for our reservation but they made us wait an hour because they were over booked. If I had to guess...different hotels use them and communication was off between employees. BUT...they made up for it during our jet ski journey. We did an hour and shared two doubles and it was $67 per person. The workers were friendly after we asked them what was going on but they were understanding about us being upset about delays. Like I said, they acknowledged their lack of communication and overcompensated and it was great. I'd go through here again. They picked us up at the hotel and dropped as off!! Also, views are beautiful. They let you get up close to the rocks within reason.

Great customer service. Flexible with our schedule. Friendly and funny tour guide. My only mistake was choosing the camel ride excursion. It was just so much traveling for only 20 minutes on a camel, in which I was advised to not take photos (they want to sell you THEIR photos for $$$). I should have booked a water-related activity.

Height is not my THANG, but hey, YOLO, right? LOL. I'm so glad I booked with this company for our parasailing adventures. I booked our trip via Tripadvisor/Viator for one trip at $106 for two people, it was easy and smooth. I especially loved that they were so nicely setup with a office meeting spot (that even had their own small cafe and photography department that helps take photo of your trip) that provided short shuttle to the pier dock that we left at. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, we even got our time bumped up because there was a previous cancellation. Our guide, photographer and boat driver were all very professional, funny and down-to-earth making easy small talk, it made our trip so fun! If I weren't so terrified of heights, I would've said the view was amazing and gorgeous, being able to see the ocean and town so far up, it's actually very calming moment. The parasailing is 10 minutes, me and my boyfriend flew tandem together. Our guide was careful and made sure our gear was put on correctly and securely before flying. They also provide photos you can buy for $40 on a CD or $30 for twp printed shots at the end of the trip. They'll show you all the photos at their office photo desks to see if you want to purchase. Highly recommend them for parasailing adventures! The overall feel was a very professional (compared to some more small boat tours) setup.

The 2 of us chose a 12 person boat with Cabo Expeditions to go whale watching. it was a highlight of our trip. Jose was the boat driver. He was a great guide. very friendly and knowledgeable. He took us to where he thought the humpback whales might be. Wow. We were treated to a fantastic show by the whales. We saw many breaching and flapping their huge fin. It was beyond what I expected. Seeing that was Fantastic. Jose expertly maneuvered the boat too. I would chose Cabo Expedition again!

We toured with this company through our cruise ship. This was the two bay zodiac snorkel. As the name indicates, we visited two different bays for snorkeling. Our guides were Fernanda and Julio. Check-in was smooth and easy. The zodiac was clean and appeared sound. They do provide some bottled water, and any equipment you need. The tour itself was enjoyable. We spotted whales, and Julio detoured for several minutes so we could watch the whales for a bit. Then off to the first bay. The water in the first bay was clearer, but there was some shallow rocks one needed to be aware of. Both sites were enjoyable. Julio and Fernanda were great. Very friendly, yet very professional. They managed the excursion well, and I can see touring with them again.

If you go parasailing, the earlier the better so there's less wind. Was not notified of this the first time they canceled our appointment so they rescheduled us for the same time on a different day. Our appointment got canceled twice.

Did the parasailing through Cabo expeditions. We took a cruise ship here and tried to book a parasailing excursion through the ship's activities desk but were told it had been sold out. Bummed, we decided to just walk around the marina and do a little souvenir shopping instead. After a couple of hours, we headed back to the dock to get back on the ship. There was a booth for Cabo expeditions and my hubby approached to ask about their parasailing. Found out that there were open slots for the next boat out and we hopped on that chance since we had a few more hours to kill. Score! The boat crew was awesome and entertaining. They provided us with drinks and there was even a professional photographer on board. We were joined with about 6 other people, who were also part of our cruise. My hubby and kids were the first ones up, each took turns of flying 600 feet up for 10 minutes. It seemed longer. Everyone on the boat had their turn and the captain even took us super close to Los Arcos to see the beaches there and the arch. Beautiful! Another very exciting and memorable experience for us! Highly recommended!

My wife and I did parasailing with Cabo Expeditions today at 11am. This was an awesome experience. instructors were great working with adults and children. Smooth operation. The crew were experienced and did an awesome job reviewing safety rules and making everyone feel comfortable.

The kids requested Snuba as there activity in Cabo. Staff at check-in were efficient and helpful in preparing us to get on the boat. The captain and crew worked very well together to get everyone in wetsuits and all the gear on board for the excursion...both guides were enthusiastic, did a great job with instructions and prepared our first time snuba participants for the adventure...the time flew by and everyone said they'd do it again and loved being in the middle of all the fish and experiencing sea life up close.

We signed up for the Sea of Cortez tour. I highly recommend this tour. We were taken by Mundo on the bus to the site. The bus was clean, comfortable, with bathrooms on the bus. Then taken onto a beautiful catamaran, served drinks throughout the day, fed a great breakfast and wonderful lunch. Manuella was our guide, she was personable, funny and very informative throughout the whole outing. Bill took our photos throughout the whole trip with photos of us snorkeling and swimming with the sea lions that none of us could have taken with such detailed moments under water. We saw dolphins on our way back and he got amazing photos of them jumping out of the water. The pictures of my kids jumping out of the boat were amazing!!!! Alex also was there to help anybody with fears of the water and never left their side!!! Could have not have asked for a better crew for our experience! Well worth your money.

A huge selection of activities whether you are looking for big physical challenges, dolphin swimming with little ones, or just a boozy sail around the bay. Reasonable prices, smooth processes, great hosts, and fun time for all. The one surprise was the pretty steep cost and inflexibility for pictures from your adventure.

We had a great time parasailing with Cabo Expeditions! We would use them again if we get back to Cabo. We would probably use them for other tours next time around but for this trip we only had time to parasail. They were friendly and funny. The photographs was great and gave us some cool pictures on a disk for about $40 and he was quick. We felt safe and secure the whole time! Great views as well!

This was my second time here Zip-lining. The facility is well Maintained and safe. I was with the Blue team, Pepe, Joel, Fernando, Leo and Eli. It was absolutely amazing. They made is soooo much fun. I am definitely going back next time I am in Cabo. Also you food served after was delicious!!!!

WARNING DO NOT USE The best thing about this place is the guy who picks you up. It goes downhill from there. Spent $600 for a dive with Whale shark tour. They left without us. The place is incompetent. No check in or confirmation call. And the owner Oscar Ortiz tries to bully and intimated you. WARNING DO NOT USE!!!

Parasailing experience. The crew did an awesome job with making everyone feel safe and comfortable. They were funny and kind. I'm going back for a second fly before I leave for sure!!! I wish I remembered our crews names but I got a pic. Definitely recommend them.

Great guide. The surf was rough but they made The most of our trip. The dropped us on a secluded beach and came back 45 min later to pick us up. Great tour eve though the snorkeling was limited

Very professional and friendly staff. We booked 3 awesome activities with them we where picked up by Angel and Juan and taken to our activities along the way they provided good company, snacks, water, and made stops to provide breakfast and lunch. The activities where Great experiences that will definitely not be forgotten and neither will they. I was very happy and glad to meet both Angel and Juan both very great individuals. I hope we come back and have the pleasure to be taken care of by them.

Response to Oscar's comment: There was never a cash offer of compensation. The only things I was offered was a gift certificate for two tours and an overnight stay -- which I can't use without returning to Cabo and spending more money. I've offered other options such as replacing the stolen items, but they think their offer of things I can't use is sufficient.

Hilda is theeeeee best! It's like touring the desert with a knowledgeable and fun Lara Croft. She was so witty, so adorable, and so entertaining to spend my Camel, Desert Tour, Mexican Buffet Lunch, and Tequila Tasting experience with. She will have you entertained from beginning to end, and her team did a wonderful job with the lunch that was very delicious, and so professional on how they care and treat their camels. EXTRA BONUS- I GOT TO SEE WHALES AT THE BEACH! EVEN EXTRA BONUS- I now know how to drink tequila and mezcal properly, which is wonderful when drunken properly, since I am not a drinker, thanks HILDA! THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR TEQUILA!! I am now a huge fan of Tequila Damiana on The Rocks!

Amazing time. Well worth the investment. Purchases the zip-lining (Green team rocked), catamaran snorkeling and ATV adventures. Created unforgettable and precious memories with my babies! Very safe, professional and guaranteed good time!

Other than the explosive diarrhea, body aches, chills, fever, and headache caused by the fake bottled water they gave me, we had a great time.

Wow! Fun Fun Fun!!! Absolutely the best place to go on an adventure! We were in Cabo a few weeks ago and called them from our hotel, it only took about 5 min to get all lined up for the next days trip, totally professionals! We went on the zip line tour and it was great! Totally safe and a lot of fun! No the hiking is not bad at all, the crew keeps everything upbeat and you will laugh and smile the entire time.. Note: ask for the "Black Team" get them on your tour, you need them! You will love them!! Eva, Ramon and Cesar are simply the best!! They made us feel welcome, safe, Just like we were family.... I would highly recommend this company

Ricardo and Julio gave us an amazing snorkeling experience Friday 11/22. They took us to two beautiful locations very far from each other and Gabe it their "ALL"- did everything they could to make it perfect for us. Even more, they made us feel very safe and comfortable each step of the way (we had our two teenage sons with us, i hadn't swam in a while, and I was abtually nervous about the Zodiac boat- which ended up being totally fine). The whole experience was very comfortable and enjoyable- the fish were AMAZING- I felt like I was IN the movie Finding Nemo!!! ;0)

What an absolute amazing experience! The crew of the boat were so nice and welcoming and took our camera and took lots of videos and pictures. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Cabo!

Everything was great ! We got to see a lot of whales and the driver was great and letting us know when to look out and maneuvering the boat in the right directions so that everyone on the boat got a chance to see the whales !

We got back from our family vacation to Cabo San Lucas last Saturday. Our last full day in Cabo we spent the morning on the Beach Hopper snorkeling tour with CE. Natalie and Claudio were amazing! We had our whole family of 11 people ranging from 13-75 years old and they were very patient and helpful. Everyone had a blast and we saw some cool marine life! Thanks for great time, guys! We did the whale shark excursion and loved it! The guide and captain were very knowledgeable about the whale sharks which allowed us maximum time in the water with them. The only thing we didn't love about the day was the GoPro. We paid $40 (cash only, which we didn't know about so we had to pull from an atm) to use their GoPro and it was not functional. We only ended up with one video despite recording a video on every dive. However, the guide did take great pictures that were transferred to us as well. Overall, highly recommend! Just bring your own GoPro!

We just got back from Cabo where we tried SNUBA for the first time. What a great experience!! Our guides were very professional and thorough. They explained everything in detail before we even got on the boat which was really helpful because once you're under the water they can only use hand signals to communicate. We saw quite a fee tropical fish, most of which seemed to hang around Pelican Rock. The tubes that are attached to our air supply are about 20 ft long so that is as low are you are able to go which was fine, where we were we were still able to be on the sea floor. I've never been under the water like that in any capacity, it was so fun! I would definitely do it again! The crew even took us a little farther down after our adventure was over so that we could see lovers beach and the famous arch! Thank you Cabo Expeditions for making our time in Cabo unforgettable!

My husband and I did the tandem parasailing and had a private boat for the afternoon! The entire crew from the photographer to the captain made our experience so special!! Bring $40 for the CD with all the digital copies of photos instead of buying one for $20. Can't wait to print the photos and have the memento of this special day!!

Jorge and Pablo were amazing!! This is the second time we've done the snuba with them and each time was very enjoyable. Jorge teaches you everything you need to know and guides you as you're underwater. Swimming alongside the fish was a fun and exciting experience. The water was clear and not too cold, wetsuit was optional but does help keep you warm down there. We'll probably go back again the next time we come to Cabo!

Complex booking involving the parasailing adventure in the summer. Two trip cancellations were made in windy weather, with a third chance confirmed when wind conditions were right for sailing. Good coordination with the scheduled transportation to and from the JW Marriott in Los Cabos. The trip itself was absolutely exceptional, with a very experienced crew. The "swings" allow you to just float on air up to 300 ft. High safety protocols and a truly friendly crew. Definitely recommended for your next trip to CSL!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE SCUBA DIVING CLASS ACT-LINO/ARMANDO Scuba diving was a thrill -the sea of cortez was sooooo clear i saw the sea lions swimming above my head , we saw sea horses and the shrimp wreck on the pacific side Definitely ask for Lino as your master diver, i felt super safe and he constantly checked up on me to make i was doing okay and he has been scuba diving for over 12 years and over 12, 000 dives , We saw large Sea turtles, lobster, eels and so many other fish , amazing experience from start to finish . Lino took care of my equipment, washed it down, made sure I was happy with my dives, and the other crew members on the ship were also great ! Arturo a great photographer and what a cool camera and video is a must to buy ! Safety is their number one priority which I also like too . Super well organized all the way thru. Facebook messenger super responsive every time I had a question. Angela at the front desk went out of her way to ensure that I was taken care of and was totally satisfied with the service. Armando you have a great crew and you are a superb leader that cares about their guests -thank you for taking care of me. The experience deserves 6 stars out of 5 !

Went for whale shark adventure, mid November. It was great. They picked us up at hotel, then go to their main site where you get put into groups (they offer different experiences). It says breakfast is included, heads up about that-you start early like at 7am then to main site, it takes maybe 1/2 hour. Use restrooms. They have a coffee stand (My friend got me a coke, i know they have sodas an café, maybe snacks) I went up to my guide and asked him about this breakfast. I found out it was a sack lunch vibe-turkey sandwich, apple and a juice. I said I'm a vegetarian and he was like, 'sorry we only have that, do u want fruit?' I said 'no that's not enough to last me hours please can u make me cheese sandwich?' he took off running to get it made before we left. That was very cool if him, but they need to let you know it's a sack lunch, not breakfast. I highly recommend eat full break if u get up early, or bring your own extra stuff, esp if you have low blood sugar. I knew there was a 2 hr bus ride ahead and the boat/sharks. Bus-Very nice and clean with cold water bottles in coolers. Drive was cool to see sights. Our guide talked to us about sharks and rules and what to expect and the eco-precautions they are taking to protect the whale sharks. I was very happy they had these rules in place. We arrive at whale museum, bathrooms, changing, gear station and lockers (no locks) but they lock the bldg. They provide everything BUT, TRUST ME ON THIS TIP bring your own semi-dry/dry snorkel, mask and fins. Even if it's a snorkel 'kit' or rent gear if you are by a dive shop. Make sure mask fits your face. Most people have that old skool snorkel trauma of inhaling tons of water as a kid. These are those snorkels, the J tube. I'm a diver and have my own gear and prescription mask. I brought a full dry snorkel for my friend who hasn't snorkeled in a min. It was a life saver for her, she could enjoy the sharks without the water worry. But as soon as she jumped in her fin came off, non adjustable. Others it happened to as well. They do float. You do need fins, if the shark isn't feeding in one place, you will have to put effort into kicking. Don't rush make sure your stuff fits well. -They provided special sunscreen that won't hurt sharks use that there's a gallon pump of it. And shorty wetsuits are there as well. You can only take minimum stuff with you on board that was that wasn't clear. I left extra GoPro batteries and other things I always take on boat. If u need waterproof bag for your stuff u don't want to leave in locker, buy one on amazon or dive shop b4 your trip. Your stuff under you on boat will get wet. Went to our boats and waited for our turn. Tha Captn has water on the boat and candy if you need something, you may get hungry. (Again special diets/diabetic bring own snack) It was amazing an magical! Worth every penny. Your guide has a GoPro camera filming your adventure. Stay by him so he can get good shots of the experience. The viz isn't great maybe 8' or so because of all the plankton and they can get good shots. Cost is extra for USB of pix, take advantage of this! Have your guide get some great shots for u. *remember to tip the guys as u see fit and don't forget the captain.

What unbelievable adventures! I cannot describe how I feel after these experiences with Cabo Adventure: on day one, I took the snorkeling tour, which bring you to see all the fantastic reefs just outside Cabo's bay. After that, we navigates to the Playa de Santa Maria for snorkeling. The seabed is variegated and closer you get to the reef, more varieties of fishes you can observe! They also give you instruction for the use of the kayaks and stand up paddles. Our guide Manuela was really knowledgeable and at our disposal for any request and Gabo the photographer was ready to get the perfect shot! On the second day I got the tour to the Sea of Cortez on board of a beautiful catamaran. Again, Manuela was our exceptional guide: she entertained us on the bus on the way to La Paz and time flied until we got to the marina. Her passion for her job and her love for the place could be felt in any of her speeches. There started our navigation to Isla de Espiritu Santo. An amazing trip: all the crew on board was attentive, they prepared lunch for us and Paul, the sailor-barman shake exceptional cocktails. Hector the photographer was ready to shot wonderful memories of us and also Ben and the other sailors were nice and funny. Once we arrived to Espiritu Santo we discovered the marvelous water life: seals, sea stars, fishes, what a show! We could swim in this fantastic environment, under the surveillance of our guides, that protected us and especially the seals from too invasive approaches. Third day to La Paz again with our new guide Alex for swimming with the whale sharks. Alex was really good in calm down our excitement, give us proper instruction, help the more anxious participant in order to enjoy every single moment of this experience: swimming with the whale sharks. He made sure everyone got to see them and feel comfortable in the situation. He was really attentive and he did his job with professionalism and sensitivity. We also had the opportunity to had a great lunch with fish tacos and some tequila shots! And on the way back we had a surprise: we stopped at the Hotel California, quoted in the Eagles' song! I will never forget all the sensations I lived in those three days and the perfect organization and the people working for Cabo Adventures are part of that!

You really can't come to CABO without kayaking to the Arch. Our tour guy, Solomon, was one of the happiest people I've come across in Mexico. He is genuinely in love with his job and it's contagious! The photographer was very focused on her job and took tons of great photos of us! Overall, it was a great experience.

My boyfriend and I did the Camel Riding and it was wonderful! Our tour guide Louisa was amazing and had great sense of humor! The whole group had a great time with her. Definitely recommend booking with them.

We did the camel tour and it was nice. The food was delicious better than I expected. The only downfall is that they don't let you use your personal cell phone to take pictures with the camels and that was pretty upsetting. You have to pay about $35 for just one picture or get a package.

We just had an epic adventure with the whale sharks and Jesus and his team were our fearless leaders. We were picked up promptly at 6:10 from our hotel in Cabo. From there we drove to la Paz, stopping once for bio break and coffee. We got to their office in la Paz, we changed into our wetsuits (Cabo expeditions provided shorty wet suits and snorkel gear), and set off to find the whale sharks. Once our skipper and Jesus found a whale shark we plunged into the water to swim along side it. It swam quite quickly at first, so we had to get back onto the boat a few times to chase after it. Jesus and our skipper were excellent at spotting it again and again. For those who weren't able to get a good look at the whale shark, Jesus jumped in next to them and held there arm, guiding them along side the whale shark-- everyone got a good jump in. For our last jump we found a whale shark that gently glided through the water (we saw at least two different whale sharks). We must have swam along side it for 30 min or so, staring into its eyes and admiring its grace and beauty. On our boat ride back we were greeted by a pod of dolphins (amazing!) and once at shore we had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant (included in the trip). The van took us back to our hotel exhausted and feeling grateful for this incredible experience and our guides. Thank you to Jesus and his team! I would recommend them hands down if you want to watch the whale sharks.

10/10 would recommend. We used for parasailing. Booking was easy (day before) and everyone was friendly. We had the passport and the honored the deal so we got a great price. Location was easy to find and very nice. All the staff was friendly and i felt like i was safe and in good hands!

Went on the Lands End Snorkel and Kayak tour with my family, and we had so much fun that we went again in the same week for the Lands End Snorkel tour! We had Captain Jose both times and he was super experienced and took great care of us He snorkelled with us and dove down and brought back up a puffer fish for us to see! Honestly would recommend this to anyone it was super worth it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU IF YOU LET THEM! Here is my story and reasoning for these bold statements.... My wife and I recently visited Cabo San Lucas, Baja Peninsula, Mexico this past week. We had a tour booked for the parasailing tandem ride with Cabo Expeditions (CE). At first glance, CE appeared to have good reviews and be a genuinely decent company to take tours with. Unfortunately, this was not our experience! This company became the media-driven story that all tourists fear happens, a con-artist taking advantage of tourists who could not speak fluent Spanish. To quickly surmise what happened, we booked our tour for a specific day and time through the online scheduling system. When I called the morning of to confirm said date and time, the boat engine was "broken." Then, trying to reschedule for the next day, the board engine was "still broken" again. When I requested a refund, CE would not provide one! They offered to let me ride a jet ski, however my wife and I did not want to ride any jet skis. Plus that is not the tour service we paid for. So, in essence, they stole my money off my credit card! My guess would be that they are stealing money from several tourists and these tourists' families. To be straightforward here, this excursion company is CROOKED and CORRUPT! I would never ever suggest doing business with them to any potential client or customer! If an unexpected challenge, change of plans, or equipment failure occurs, thus being the fault of the company, they will steal your money if already paid, and you will not get it back your charges unless you go direct to the credit company to dispute your case. HEED MY ADVICE HERE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY! Book your family excursions with a better, more secure organization!

My wife and I had a terrific day. Many thanks to our Green Team and to Jesus, Carlos, Dioney and Alex. They made our adventure memorable. We highly recommend Cabo Adventures.

Took the kayaking, beach hopper, and parasailing activities with them. Kayaking comes with half kayaking and half snorkeling. We get to have some good shots of the arch. Bring a waterproof case for your phone! There is a bin to keep your small bag/towels/change of clothes on the boat that takes you out to the sea. Only provides kayak, life jacket for kayaking. For snorkeling provides life jacket and goggles/snorkel and flippers. Beach hopper is a snorkeling activity where went snorkeling in the Chileno Bay. Very beautiful! (You can probably skip the tour and instead take some ground transportation via local bus or taxi to the Chileno Bay and bring your own flippers and snorkeling gear.) You can literally dip your feet in the water and already see many fishes by your toes. The waves are also extremely gentle. Hardly any!!! We did get to double dip in this activity though and caught some whale watching on our way back! Ivan is a great tour guide and was able to spot some whales prior to the end of our tour. Parasailing was also nice. About 10-15 minutes up in the air. Hold on tight to your phones and bring some sort of waterproof cover! Pose on your way down if you wish to buy pictures from them or have your friends below take good shots for you. Don't bother buying their picture as their "photographers" are terrible. They fail at timing the photos and their photo quality isn't anything special or better than the average iPhone photo. Take a waterproof case that is tied to a lanyard or get those ten dollar waterproof phone/ziplock bag looking lanyards. You can probably get better selfies and views from above on your own. They don't provide any towels. We made our reservations via our hotel concierge service which was much more affordable than buying online. We ended up paying half of what was listed online per person for each activity which also included transportation from hotel to location and back. Transportation was alright although they simply did not pick us up on one occasion and when we tried to figure out why, they claim that we had to pay a taxi out of our own pocket if we wish to not lose the booked activity. (Really disappointed that they made no effort to acknowledge their mistake). I had to suggest that they reschedule our activity to one of our other days in the stay rather than simply missing our which they accepted.

We did two tours through Cabo Adventures the week of 1/6/19. The whale shark tour (with Aaron) and the camel tour on the beach (can't recall names). They were both fabulous and I highly recommend them. The tequila tasting was an added treat!! All the guides very talented and experienced. Aaron was amazing at spotting the whale sharks so we could snorkel with them...

I am too shook up to write a full explanation of my family's horrific experience on their zodiac today, but i will be back. Do not trust this company. Do not believe the lies in the brochure. We were taken out on their zodiac for a whale watching trip today. The water was clearly too rough, and I tried to talk to the "captain" who totally ignore my concerns, never once spoke to us or even introduced himself. I should have gotten off when they gave us our "life vests". No they are not the nice real life vest from the photos. They were all broken one strap not ocean grade vests. But I stupidly went along with the crowd against my better judgement. I knew the water was way to rough, but he kept go further and further out. My daughters were crying and holding on for dear life. Not Funt scared, We really would have died if we went in the water. So far out and not one boat around. The waves got bigger and bigger and the little zodiac was being thrown. We came across a parachute in the water and there was a man who had beef pulled out, floating alone at sea with no board to ride in on or even hold on to. Still the "captain" says nothing to us and drives away leaving him there. At this point I am telling him he needs to call for help, not just for us but for them. All he said is "there is no boat coming for us". I said this is to dangerous and finally he gives a straight answer. "I am not gonna lie to you, it's very bad" we spent the next 25 minutes barreling trough waves so big I We were just waiting to get thrown in the water. No boats in sight and no help coming. We finally made it back to dock, and the "captain" didn't say a word. He just took off and left us to the shuttle drivers. No apology or explanation or even water. When I came back to the World Mark Coral Baja still shaking to tell them what happened they said they called the company but they need something in writing, clearly blowing us off. That "captain" needlessly risked all our lives with almost cold indifference. If we had real life vests, if the "captain" made the slightest attempt to make us feel safe, if weather crept up on him, but none of those things happened. He went full speed into water he knew was too rough/ there wasn't another damn boat out there and this is Cabo there are always boats. And they did NOTHING, not even try and calm us. Please be very very very careful and trust your gut because clearly not everyone who works there knows what they are doing. Don't think you are safe because you are on vacation. I have never been so scared in my entire life. It was like that feeling when you hit a rough patch of turbulence, when you don't know if you are about to crash to your death, but for an hour in rough water with a mute captain. I wanted to hold my daughters but would have flown off the boat, so I had to just keep telling them to hang on. I also can't stop thinking of the man he left in the water, we didn't see another boat for at least 20 mins when we finally got to where the cruise ships were parked, so by the time they would get to him it would have been at least 40 mins of him alone in rough water with no board or life jacket. I pray he is ok. So you aren't going to refund me? I don't care, I just don't want what happened to me to happen to another family. Shame on you. Shame.

The luxury sailing was great. Cesar and crew made sure we had a great time. Food was really good too.
