CACAO & CACAO Chocolate & Coffee Shops

Staff spoke well english. Bought some chocolate and coffee, nice and local. Also got matcha latte, a bit bitter to my taste but still good. The only alternative milk is Almond milk.

We were looking for a nice, local chocolate shop and this fit the bill. Employees were very helpful. They helped us with our coffee selection as well as picking out treats. Short walk from the JW Marriott and worth a visit. If you like chocolate stop here!

Great cacao, plant milk available, great service, great atmosphere. They have good internet. Good spot to work from and even take calls. They also serve breakfast here, eggs, fresh fruit etc. Also a shop to buy Ecuadorian chocolate. I recommend 😁😁 Gracias ✨

This place is a great little cafe and chocolate shop in Quito. You can come in and they will help you pick the best chocolate as per your taste (though I don't think bad chocolate exists) the wait staff know enough English to be able to help if you're Spanish isn't great. Would recommend to come here to buy chocolate.and coffee as well as to sit down, drink some coffee and have some chocolate or a sandwich. I would recommend the chocolate milkshake here.

Juan Diego was so helpful as we went through some chocolate tastings. He was patient as he went through his information on the different varieties of chocolates sold in the store. We finished our visit with a couple of flat white coffees that we sipped as we enjoyed the sunshine of the day. Highly recommended!

Excellent cappuccino. I ended up buying a bag of the Loja coffee that it was made with. Staff generously ground it for me and resealed it for my flight home. Good selection of chocolate from different Ecuadorian producers. I purchased some of that as well😊Inside and outside seating.

Super wonderful place for delicious coffee and also they sell a lot of coffee and chocolate made in Ecuador. I really enjoyed my breakfast here and it is a very chill environment. I will come back!

Great place for coffee or hot chocolate. Various types of coffee to select from and a good selection of methods (V60, Chemex, Aeropress...) +the espresso based ones. The baristas are friendly and speak also English. Recommend!
