Cache310 is a new cocktail bar in West Loop that’s definitely worth checking out! The space has a cool, intimate feel with sexy vibes that make it great for a night out. The cocktail menu is creative and thoughtfully put together. I tried the Popcorn Au Beurre, which was served with truffle popcorn on the side a fun touch that actually worked really well. I also ordered the Bread and Brie, but was given the Ricotta with Pistachio instead. Even though it wasn’t what I originally chose, it turned out to be excellent, so I didn’t mind keeping it! Overall, it was a great experience. Cache310 is an ideal spot for catching up with friends or enjoying a relaxed date night in the West Loop. Will definitely come back next time!

A must try hidden gem in the heart of the loop. As soon as you walk in you feel like you're in a lounge in Paris. Great ambiance, delicious drinks(Cinderella In Paris) and very friendly and attentive staff. If you work in the loop or live near by definitely make this your go to spot!

Super weird vibes. Not Paris in the 20s, maybe the 60s? Great for people catching a train to the burbs.

OMG, this place is absolutely beautiful—magical! The vibe, the service, the attention to detail—it’s all excellent. Isabell—wow! The service was truly top-notch. Thank you, Mariana, for such comprehensive service; the drinks were perfect. Highly recommended!

Sign said to wait for staff member to bring into the bar, waited 10 minutes and no one showed. Infatuationchi said the drinks needed work, wanted to see for myself so perhaps this is growing pains as they’re new.

I have high hopes for this place—and overall, it really delivers. The interior is absolutely beautiful, the ambiance is on point, and the space feels intimate, making it great for a casual date or hanging out with friends. The drinks are reasonably priced, and the food is solid as well. Here’s where things become a bit inconsistent. My girlfriend and I usually stop by when I pick her up from Union Station. The first time we visited, everything was excellent—service, atmosphere, and overall experience were all top-notch. However, on our second visit, we were turned away and told they were closing early, despite it only being around 8–9 PM and their listed closing time being 10 PM. We didn’t question it at the time and simply left. On our third visit, we were informed of “last call” shortly after ordering a drink—again, around 8:30 PM. This time, I asked our server why they were closing early and was told they were in the process of changing menus. That explanation didn’t fully make sense, as menu updates would typically be handled outside of operating hours. If early closures are necessary, it would be helpful for the business to communicate that in advance—whether through social media, Google, or signage. I’m not entirely sure what the underlying issue is, but it seems like they may still be working through some operational adjustments, especially if they’ve opened relatively recently. That said, I don’t want this review to discourage others from visiting. It’s a great space with a lot of potential, and I’m hopeful that these inconsistencies will be resolved—especially with summer approaching. CHI-TOWN NAS @chitown_nas

Might wanna give them a call before you head here after dinner - they said they were closing up the bar when we arrived at around 8:30, even when they had hours listed until 10 (the open sign at the door was also still lit up). They turned away 2 groups that came after us as well. After all of us were turned away (6 people total) we saw 2 more groups walk in, but I’m not sure if they ended up reopening the bar for them. Seems like a pretty popular spot, and we had high hopes! But yeah, might want to check in on their hours (especially when you’re walking here in the cold).

Cache 310 was an absolute vibe from start to finish. The energy in the bar was great, the music set the mood perfectly, and the whole place just felt alive. But the real highlight of the night was our bartender, Dominick. From the moment we sat down, he completely guided us through the drink menu and took us on a full cocktail journey. Every recommendation was spot on, and you could tell he genuinely cared about crafting drinks that fit exactly what we were in the mood for. Each cocktail he made was incredible—balanced, creative, and honestly some of the best drinks we’ve had in a long time. Dominick didn’t just serve drinks, he made the whole experience fun and memorable. If you’re heading to Cache 310, definitely grab a seat at the bar and hope Dominick is behind it. Between the drinks, the atmosphere, and his hospitality, the whole night was phenomenal.
