Of all places you can eat in the Mall of America, I would not recommend this place. While the location is convenient, the food and service were not great.
The service was very slow to start. The server came over to our table about 20 minutes after she dropped off drinks to tell us that our "food would be out shortly" but we hadn't even ordered yet!
We ordered cheese curds to start, which were very unimpressive. The ranch and chipotle ranch were pretty good, though. Then I ordered the Buffalo chicken flatbread for dinner and I could only stomach a couple pieces. It wasn't terrible, but it was very bland. I didn't even bother taking the leftovers home. My kids had the kids mac and cheese, which was just microwaved Kraft easy-mac, which didn't come with any sides. Good enough for my 6 year old, I guess.
We also had to ask multiple times for our water to be refilled starting from before our food was even delivered, and the only time our server refilled it was as she dropped off the check.
Also, I ordered a side of ranch with my flatbread, but never received it. I asked about it when the server checked on us, but it never came. We ended up having enough left over from the cheese curds to last the 2-3 pieces I ate so I didn't bother asking again. However, when the bill came, I saw I was charged for the ranch I never received! I asked to have it removed from my bill and the server removed it.
All in all, it wasn't the worst experience, but it wasn't good. I regret not choosing another restaurant, since there are so many choices at MOA!
