We spent a week in Cadix 35 and were very satisfied. The building is located in a quiet part of Antwerp, next to a park, a short walk from the port and about 15 minutes from the city centre. The balcony had a beautiful view of the park. Restaurants, cafés and a supermarket are nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The owner David was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended if you are going to spend time in Antwerp! ❤️

Wonderful experience at Cadix 35! Clean and well stocked kitchen with everything needed for a meal. Quiet and centrally located to see the Antwerp sites. The best item was that Bert offered to assemble my bike that I brought from overseas! I haven't seen that leave of service and care for a very long time. Thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Cadix 35. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by its cleanliness and spaciousness. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. David was incredibly friendly and accommodating. His warm hospitality added to the overall positive experience. As a family of four, we found the apartment to be perfect for our needs. This place is top. Clean, very functional, it is one room flat with american kitchen. Nice big bathroom, 2 single bed. Cleaning twice a week. silent place. Stayed a month, and am coming back. Owner David very nice person and gives excellent attention. I flew in from South America and had a lot of luggage, even he was so kind to pick me up at trainstation as he was closeby. No doubt this is 10 ! supermarket 150 m from the flat. def recomend.

Our family was lucky to call Cadix 35 our temporary home for 4 months while on homesearch in greater Antwerp. The location is brilliant to explore the city, fast to get to the motorway and the appartments are very well maintained and very practically furnished. David and his dad Bart were such lovely hosts and always helpful. Clear 5 of 5 stars and can only recommend no matter whether for a weekend break or longer stay as temporary accommodation 👍
