Cadu, Cafe an der Uni

Love this place, I’ve been here thrice already and would love to go back. Just the right place to catch up with your friends with wonderful food, and ambience. I especially enjoyed their vegetarian pizzas.

Food was tasty 😋 Had to wait for a while for our order to come, but it was full so we didn‘t expect it to arrive fast anyways. Atmosphere - none really. And the toilet was clogged and smelled… 🤢 But a decent sized pizza for the pricing though 😌 And a LOT of options on the menu 🙂‍↕️ But, sadly, no iced coffee in the evening :(

It’s a damn good cafe near odeanplatz. The food is quite good and the cocktails are better!! They use quite funny names in their menu card - which I truly loved. They have an indoor “outside seating” concept which I really liked. The overall ambience is very nice and the place gives you a great and satisfying feeling by the end of it. The cocktails are not that expensive and well made. I would recommend this highly if you are around

Democratic and happy atmosphere. Lots of nice people, students. Simple food, good beer and a cosy place to meet friends.

Convenient location. Had the steak and it was okay, the side of potatoes were Incredible though. Not the best steak I’ve ever had but for that price you definitely can’t complain, especially taking into consideration how big it was. Only have a bad pic because I couldn’t wait to eat it, but it was great. Went on Sunday so it was pretty crowded and the service was busy, but I can’t find any reason to complain :) I promise the actual portion was way bigger than what I managed to capture during my hunger

Cadu, Cafe an der Uni - located across from the university, we were visiting from Canada and staying down the street. Maria our server was wonderful, spoke great english to assist us in our order, the pizza and beer were great! You can sit outside on a nice day. Thanks to Maria for spending a little extra time during a very busy restaurant shift!

The food was delicious, but horribly expensive for the new year's eve. The table was extremely small to fit our group. The location is fantastic, 2 min walk from ubahn. The staff was very nice.

We were there with friend to watch a football game and it was terrible experience! So loud, can't hear each other, service is slow cuz there is not enough staff when is crowded! We made reservation and it was messed up! Manager was nice guy but until he sort things out we missed almost 1st half-time!

Nice bar and restaurant at the university. It's good for some fiber after a long day at Oktoberfest. Service is fast and salad is tasty.

Cheap place just in front of the university which is good for a beer but not particularly memorable.

Good food good prices. I wouldn't say it's the best food you'd ever taste in your life but it's a pretty nice place! From the road it doesn't look like much - just a bunch of tables outside a narrow door in the wall - but if you go through that door there's a rather charming covered (and heated) courtyard which makes for a very nice ambiance. They have a wide variety of food ranging from salads and bagels to burgers and schnitzel and a good range of drinks to choose from too! The waiters can be a bit on the slow side but if you're not in a hurry this place is worth a try.

This is one of the cheaper cafes / restaurants along the Leopoldstraße, located close to the English garden and the subway station. The pastas and burgers are good, the Kaiserschmarrn dessert (scrambled pancakes with powdered sugar, raisins and ice cream) however didn't do it's name justice. The service was very slow and inefficient even though there weren't that many people. I recommend taking a few more minutes to walk down Schellingstraße for a broader selection of options with better quality for the same price.
