"Newly constructed in 2020, this above-garage guesthouse is located directly next to the main house on the property, but it was built with privacy in mind so that the windows do not face the other unit. This Airbnb says it can sleep three, but with one bedroom, it’s best suited for couples or small families with one child. The spacious open-concept living room and kitchen feature modern appliances and furnishings, plus trendy details like a subway tile backsplash and fiddle-leaf fig trees. The house is about a five-minute drive to downtown Stowe, but the entire Cady Hill trail network can be accessed directly on property for hikes, bike rides, and cross-country skiing in the winter." - Lyndsey Matthews, Nicholas DeRenzo

Beautiful views and the trails are pretty easy and great for all ability levels. The jump line is incredibly fun, the climbs aren't bad, and there's some new options out back. They do a great job taking care of the terrain, and it links into multiple other networks. Definitely worth visiting!

Really nice trail network 👌🏼Florence is A LOT of fun! Good parking at the trailhead. If you rent a bike from RanchCamp you can also park there and bike into Cady

We were there to mountain bike. Nothing too technical. Definitely has some roots and rocks that can be slippery. One flow and bermed trail that we found too

Great little mtb network, the Florence and Bear Run trails are so fun going down. Skip the lower Zogs trail, not worth it.

Fun trails! Florance should not be missed. Fun for all ages and abilities. My 2.5year old was able to find some dirt on his level

Nice set of trails through hills and forest. I'm a noob, but I managed to make it through their green (easiest) loop even though it was snowy and slippery. Not too many photo opportunities along the way, but nature is untouched and beautiful. There are also bike routes and we saw people on bicycles even at the end of December.
