This our our second time here and we loved every minute. Great location next to beech and coastal paths for walks. St David’s centre is no more than half an hour walk backup the lane.|The lane that brings you to the site entrance is tight, all you need is to take your time and stick to the checkin times. Facilities on site are perfect and everything you need. Always spotlessly clean. Definitely would recommend. Our pitch number was pitch 54, and we faced the front of our van to the sea on a hard standing pitch. Reasonable level and in the middle of two pitches is a water and drain point. We couldn’t make the waste pipe work but managed to get the water connected for the week. |Would also recommend the two takeaways five mins up the lane on the right hand side.

Excellent site. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Great access to coastal walk, beach and pubs in St David's. Would have no hesitation is staying here again. High winds! Not your fault, but I'd find an alternative if they were forecast on what is a very exposed site.

Very friendly welcome, great spot overlooking Caerfai Bay, short walk to the beach and the coastal paths. At first glance, shower blocks look a little outdated; however, the showers have good pressure, hot water and are immaculately clean. 10 minute walk into St. David's and all amenities. Really lovely spot, have enjoyed our break here

We could make a reservation by phone on short notice to stay for just one night in mid August on the way to the ferry to the Fishguard - Rosslare ferry. Very nice contact by phone. Late check-in possible via a board at reception. Also the personal contact when we left next morning was very nice and helpful. The campsite is a wonderful location with great view on the sea. As we stayed for just one night we didn't make any tours in the area, but we enjoyed the nice and quiet view during a long breakfast in the morning. The bathroom facilities are fine and clean, has everything we need. Thanks for allowing us to stay for just one night in the main season, we would definitely come back!

Travelling in two camper vans we were allocated two pitches together with both having magnificent views. All of the sites facilities were kept vary clean and were close at hand.|Right on the coastal path we walked a few miles in both directions and enjoyed both walks immensely. St Davids was about 15 mins walk away, uphill.|We were also impressed with the bus services around the bay, Easy to use and made walking further afield easy.|We spent six nights here and could have spent a lot longer had a great time.

Beautiful views, great site. Only let down was 3pm check-in, latest ever experienced on a site for touring!, lost half a day, beach car park always pretty full and possibly couldn't fit our motorhome in there and didn't really want to find carpark to add extra money onto what we had already paid so hung around to kill time

This site is all about the view and probably up there with best we’ve ever had on our travels. Pitches are a decent size and well maintained with all having a sea view (pitches 6-14 had the best view) .Toilet facilities are OK albeit a little dated when compared to some of the newer sites but very clean and no complaints. Handy little kitchen if you don’t want to cook in your van and a few places in the lane to get hot food. I would recommend the lamb shawarma kebab and chips at Glan Y Mor campsite, it was fresh and so tasty. Free WiFi available but only really good for lite surfing and social media. 10 minutes to the beach which is a bit of a slope down and slog back up but it’s on your doorstep so well worth it when the tides out and you can access the nice sandy beach. The last few hundred yards to the site is single track and tight if you have a 7m+ motorhome or towing so take it slow. 20 mins into St David’s with plenty of places to eat and drink (Fish & Chips at The Grove was humongous for £14) and an eclectic mix of shops to kill a few hours if it’s a rainy day. The Cathedral is stunning and worth a visit but the area is amazing if you like coastal walks with the site being right on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Would suggest doing the Ramsey island boat trip, book it at the booking office next to the chocolate shop as it’s cheaper and a longer trip as they use a proper boat not the rubber dinghy’s. Also recommend getting the bus (£4 day pass) or driving to Whitesands bay which is a beautiful beach if you have the weather and great for surfing with a good coffee shop and toilets(40p). Highly recommend this site, loads to see and do and the views will feed your soul.

We have been staying at Caerfai Caravan and Tent Park for over 35 years. At first in a tent, then a camper van, and during the last 18 years, staying in one of the, excellent, static caravans available to rent, so it is fair to say, we have experienced the full range of services and facilities on offer, over an extended period of time, and the experience has always, without exception - been exceptional. The caravans, to rent, are always; scrupulously clean, with extremely comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchens, wifi, excellent showers and spacious seating areas, inside and out, with fabulous views over St Brides Bay. The staff are always extremely welcoming and helpful. The site is beautifully run; quiet, peaceful and well ordered. Caerfai Caravan and Tent Park has excellent, 'green credentials', as, for example, solar panels, no doubt helping supply the numerous electrical hook ups for the campers and touring caravaners. |As for location: Caerfai Bay, a beautiful sheltered cove, is 5 minutes walk away, with its gently shelving sandy beach, rock pools and interesting geology. The coastal path, in one direction, takes you on a spectacular journey, four and a half miles to Solva, along some of the most beautiful and interesting coast line anywhere, and in the other direction, to St Nons, the birth place of St David, just a short and easy walk, (about one mile). The centre of St Davids is less than a mile away, an easy walk of less than one mile.|Clearly, we have loved, and continue to love our, now bi-annual, (May and September), visits to this wonderful place. So we cannot help but recommend anyone to try it out, but if you do, you may end up coming for many years to come!

Yelp
Wasn't sure what sort of caravan park this was going to be but was pleasantly surprised. Whereever you are on the park you have a fab view over the sea. The site proclaimed itself full while we were there but it didn't feel at all crowded and there was plenty of space around. Some of the touring pitches had hardcore bases (ours did) and others were on grass. All were well appointed with plenty of water points dotted about. The grass was well looked after and when they cut it with the sit on lawn mower the cutings were collected in a box on the back of it so you never had the problem of it trailing into the caravan or tent. There was one field that was just tourers and some statics (some for rent and some owner/occupied), the next field had tents and mobile homes and the third field had just tents. Dogs are allowed on the first field only. Near to where we were there was a good toilet block that incorporated both male and female toilets with two showers in each (definitely in the female one so I assume the male one was the same). It also had a family shower block, with bigger cubicles and a toilet in them. There was also a wetsuit washing area and a dishwashing area and veg preparation area, all indoors. Very well thought out. Up near the reception area, there was another set of toilets, a dishwashing area, and a laundry with two washers and two dryers. There was also an outdoor area where you could dry clothes on rotary airers. They also had a chemical toilet disposal area and a facility for filling up mobile homes with water. They also have a 'takeaway' on site. They do breakfasts, packed lunches and evening takeaway meals and sundries. For other basics you need to walk up the road a short way to the farm shop. Everything was clean and well looked after without that 'over fussy - too many rules' feeling. There is a small dog walk area near the exit. The only down side of this place is that you have to access it via a very narrow road so frequently have to pull into passing places or gateways to let other cars pass. A minor problem though. The site has a public car park next to the entrance which also has stunning views over the bay. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path runs below the campsite. There is easy access to the bay but it is a steep climb back up. You can hire a canoe in the bay or go body-boarding as loads of people were doing but check the tide table in the car park before going down as when the sea is in you cannot do either. Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to going back there again.

Yelp
Clean caravans and well equiped inside site was clean staff were very polite and friendly and very helpful food on site well priced hot and tasted good close to all theme parks and super close to the beach even took our dogs only one downside stopping it getting five stars was the grass cutters staying in the same area for hours (but they do have to keep the site maintained)
