Very conveniently located, very helpful staff. Good spacious rooms. Cons were there were 3 steps at the basement and when u reach 2nd floor, a step in middle twice. The lift was small and just managed to fit in the push chair

Location. There is no beat to this place. It is walking distance from Collosium, Roman Forum and many other attractions. Rome has a lot of places to visit and a tourist is usually hard pressed for the time. So in that aspect, location is key and so its hard not to recommend the place. The rooms are compact and comfortable. The room had a big wardrobe with a safe. Loved the multiple shower heads in the bathroom. When we visited thr TV had almost nothing in English and the reception was poor too. It is a single floor housed in a old building. The elevator is a clear indicator of the age of the building. Being a single floor, they have small reception and breakfast area. Its a residential hotel. They don't have spa and other amenities. The breakfast variety is moderate and not extravagant. However you can get fresh fruits and tasty croissants. 🥐 The staff is very friendly. You can ask them about any attractions and they will help you in detail with the map as well. Its very hard, almost impossible to spot from the road. But it's on the main road. Trust Google Maps.

Location, location, location! 2 minute walk to the colloseum and the metro. Located in the heart of Rome, this place is a little hard to find as there are no major signs outside the building. But inside, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly and can recommend great itineraries and resteraunt. Will definitely stay again!

Nice and cozy hotel right next to the Fori Romane and around the corner from the Colosseum. Situated on the 2nd and 5th floor of a residential street the hotel features a small amount of rooms including air conditioning and a decent bathroom. There is a cozy breakfast area, which is open from 07:30 the the morning and gives you a good start into the day. On the 5th floor there is a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the Colosseum. Even though there is no restaurant in the hotel you have plenty of options for drinks and food in the immediate neighborhood. Metro line A is accessible via stations Cavour and Colosseum within ~5min of walking time. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, which makes the stay even better. Absolute recommendation especially in terms of value for money!

Nice and comfy rooms in a perfect location. Breakfast is basic but good. I especially liked the mattress, it was neither too soft, like it often is in hotels, nor too hard.

They don't deliver. We booked this for a week, in particular as we had to do business so needed internet access. The internet did not work and each day the told us to 'wait,' or that it was becasue it was 'raining!' When they did get it working it was so slow we could not use it - it cost me hundreds on my data plan. I asked for a reabate, they gave us 30 euros on a 1500 euro bill! The first night we were kept away by a loud driling noise - it turned out to be the refridgerator - we asked for it to be fixed/replaced. That took 3 days, and the replacement did not work. We were then told to transport our food to the reception as they would not fix/replace the 2nd broken unit. Breakfast was included but was poor quality. Chewy pastries, cheap products, and on one occasion a long hair in the cold meats! And 'cheap' extended to hiding the water supply for the coffee maker outside of the restricted breakfast hours. Nope, you spend 1500 euros, they aren't buying you a coffee! Our requests for service were always met with excuses and dismissals. We gave them 48 hours and told them we wanted to move hotels. Although they were fully booked with a waiting list they told us they would not refund us for the last half of the week if we left - even with notice and even though they could fill the room. Upside - the room was clean, and most of the staff was pleasant. Location is great to explore. Do not expect this property to deliver on what they advertise - they refuse to do so, yet you will pay....

Absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed in the 'Sabine' room which was beautiful and with a four poster bed. It was located only 5 minutes from the Colosseum and just across the road from the Roman Forum. Breakfast was the only let down as there was little choice but would still go back.

Nice staff, very safe, nice big room with a large bathroom. Would be a higher rating but the breakfast was not great and the coffee was not great.
