Cafe 295

Great coffee. We tried Cortado and pistachio latte and we loved both. Also their cafe 295 Sandwich was also amazing and a great option if you are vegetarian. The staff is also very courteous. Great experience overall. Almond croissant was also good. One of the best coffee place I have tried so far in GTA.

We were looking for a coffee shop along the way, and I’m really glad we decided to stop at this spot. At first glance, the location feels a little unexpected since it’s inside a building, which might seem a bit sketchy initially. But the moment you step inside, that impression completely disappears. The café is peaceful, well cared for, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff were incredibly kind and genuinely friendly with one another, which added to the warm, inviting feeling of the space. You could really sense the positive energy behind the counter. The barista—a young boy who served us—clearly took pride in what he was doing. He paid close attention to every single order, and watching him carefully craft each drink was honestly very sweet and enjoyable. There’s plenty of space inside to sit comfortably, whether you want to relax, chat, or just enjoy your coffee quietly. Speaking of the coffee, it tasted excellent. While the prices are a bit higher than you might expect, the quality absolutely matches it. You can tell this is a place that’s truly cared for by its owners, from the drinks to the overall experience. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be back just because of the location, but if I find myself in the area again, I’ll definitely make a point to stop by.

Had a nice visit at Cafe 295 in Etobicoke! We ordered a matcha latte and a cappuccino. The cappuccino was really good, balanced, smooth, and exactly what you want from a well-made coffee. The matcha latte was sweetened with vanilla syrup, which I didn’t realize at the time. It was a bit sweeter than I prefer, but that’s on me, next time I’ll ask for it without syrup. We also tried the carrot cake (super moist and flavorful!) and the chocolate sea salt cookie, which was served warm and delicious. Overall, such a cozy spot with great drinks and baked goods. Definitely worth visiting. I’ll be back!

We recently hosted a brunch at Cafe 295 to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic. There were 18 of us, and between the group we practically ordered half the menu—every dish was beautifully prepared. The highlight of the celebration was definitely the Kunafa Crunch Waffle Sundae. We ordered five of them for the table, and they were way more popular than the birthday cake. The girls screamed "Dubai chocolate!" as they dove in. Definitely a must-try. The Tokyo Fog (with oat milk - but they offer a choice of all milk varieties) was made the true matcha way—whisked rather than mixed. It had that authentic slightly bitter flavour and was perfectly balanced, smooth, and not overly sweet, which is rare to find. A big thank you to the staff who went out of their way to rearrange the seating so all the girls could sit together, which made the birthday celebration even more special. Our servers, Matteo and Noor, were friendly & attentive. I also appreciated that the bacon in both the Cobb and Chicken Caesar salads was made with beef rather than pork, which allowed more people at our table to enjoy these dishes. There were plenty of options for the vegetarians and gluten free in our group. 7th floor, make a left from the elevator. Plenty of seating. Child friendly. The venue is really, really clean - bathrooms included. You can tell that owner Fahad’s attention to detail shows up in the quality of the food and the overall experience. Cafe 295 is a hidden gem and we’ll definitely be back.

i’ve been meaning to visit this place for a while and i finally got around to it :) toootally worth it!! my mom and i came around 2:00pm and it was not busy at all, there was plenty of seating and the seating area was gorgeous. there’s also extra seating around the side and the back. we ended up sitting near the back for more sunlight, the actual seating area has darker lighting which is very nice and comfortable—would love to sit and study there—but my mom loves sunlight. we had the chicken caeser wrap and a breakfast sandwich (you can add bacon to the breakfast sandwich but we opted out), both were delicious! and so pretty in pictures :) and then we got a vanilla latte and strawberry matcha to drink. the latte is very good, smooth, tasty, and lots of options to customize. the strawberry matcha was delicious! matcha can be hit or miss at places but this one was amazing, perfect balance between sweet and refreshing and also lots of customization options. the people were all so nice and welcoming and the ambience of the place is stellar. highly recommend if you’re looking for a nicer cafe to sit and work at for lunch or breakfast, and even dinner. i will defo be back with my friends :)

Had a great experience at 295 Cafe! The service was amazing and everything was served super quickly. The matcha and mocha were both excellent, really well made. We also ordered the garlic bread and a pizza-style dish, and everything tasted great. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

The cafe is so cozy and the atmosphere is great for hanging out with friends and they do have tasty snacks and good options for wraps and sandwiches. Their coffee is amazing and they have vegan options as well. Their staff is so friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and would love coming back for some good times.

Went to Cafe 295 today great atmosphere, food was delicious the chicken club and the banana matcha was very good. My favourite was the almond croissant. Definitely will be going back. Easy to find.
