Cafe Brasserie Het Heerenhuis

I felt scammed. I was told that my card payment hadn’t gone through, but two days later I found out that my account had been charged. Despite providing proof, the restaurant refused any refund. This kind of practice is unacceptable and strongly feels like a scam, especially towards tourists. I strongly do not recommend this place.

The food is good...Other than that the behavior of the waiters was extremely rude. If you are a tourist you should better pass by this restaurant. Please guys show some respect to the people!!!

Great place close to the Windmill museum. Very pleasant, easy access and parking, everything we ordered was really tasty (french soup superb), prices lower than I expected for the area.

Stopped by here near Zaanse Schans, nice koffee and food/beer options (quite the variety actually) good brunch

No customer service. We wanted to eat and they told us we have to wait 30 minutes to order as the kitchen is closed while it was written in the website it was open until 21.30. Meantime, other tables were served and when we asked they said they ordered before 17.00. So apparently, you cannot order food between 17.00-17.30. We decided to leave and find a restaurant with real customer service.

Really great cafe for a pitstop when you are out on bikes. Food was really nice and service was both prompt and friendly

We came for lunch without any reservations and they were full but thank goodness they were so kind to give us a table. After we sat down comfortably, I saw the waiter shuffling the tables around making changes to the floor plan and tables that were already nicely set. Thank you! Lunch was so good, I am so glad we ordered many different things on the menu to try. I strongly recommend their sweet potato fries with truffle sauce and their big jac burger with homemade spicy sauce! There is free parking right next to the restaurant very convenient especially when it’s not exactly easy to find parking around the neighbourhood.

Food was awesome, perfect portions. Very flavorful. Service was excellent, wait staff worked together to make sure the experience was exceptional. We went back the next night to a closed kitchen as there was not a lot of people. I've worked in the industry for a long time and this is always a killer. Stay open for your hours, when you close early you lose consistency and that leads to poor experience for your patrons. I would recommend this location just make sure you are there early
