I usually would not put down a review unless it's really good or really bad, unfortunately my visit to BRUE was the latter.
My mother and I went into the cafe and sat down on a Saturday later afternoon (~16:30), the cafe was extremely busy which we totally understand and wait for our turn.
However, both of the servers were neglecting us and the table next to ours, and the older, more experienced waiter showed his enthusiasm when a new table of customers sat down who were apparently frequenters and served them right away.
My mother and I waited for half an hour with no table service, nor an eye contact. Only until the old waiter asked the younger one to come ask us if we have "bestellen" (order) or "bezahlen" (pay), still nothing happened.
Maybe we don't look like German, nor we look like we speak German, and I sincerely hope racism is not the case here. This is one of the least enjoyable cafe experiences I have had living in Germany for 5 years....unglaublich
